Since July 24, 2002 the United States has repeatedly violated Humanitarian Emergencies and has also violated "THE BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS. We have begged and pleaded with the Federal and State Government to assist us and every Agency here in the United States whether it was Federal or State or County have denied me who is a disabled man and my wife Annette the BARE NECESSITIES OF LIFE! We lived in our car for FOUR YEARS! NOT OUR CHOICE! We starved for days at a time! NOT OUR CHOICE! We tried so hard to get ahead and instead we ended up having all of our sites attacked over and over and over again stopping a disabled man from making any money whatsoever. The United States Federal Government would like to show to the entire world that the American Government is Compassionate. WHAT A DAMN CROCK OF A LIE! The U.S. State Department tells the entire world "WE AMERICANS ARE HERE FOR YOU IN YOUR TIME OF NEED!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF BULLSHIT! The U.S. Homeland Security tells everyone in the United States "WE ARE FIGHTING TO KEEP THE COUNTRY SAFE!" MORE LIES and MORE BULL CRAP! President George W. Bush and U.S. Attorney General John David Ashcroft went on TV for the entire world to hear "THAT THEY WILL WELCOME THOSE WITH TECHNOLOGY WITH OPEN ARMS AND GIVE THEM IMMEDIATE CITIZENSHIP!" BULLSHIT!!!! BULLSHIT!!! BULLSHIT!!!!! I had Technology and I was left on the Streets here in the U.S. to Starve and Die with my Wife after I offered them Technology!!! Nor, did OBAMA ever sign an Executive Order STOPPING our FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS. NOR DID OBAMA EVER FORCE THE F.B.I. TO ARREST ALL INVOLVED with our False Removal Proceedings. WHY SHOULD HE ARREST HIS FREEMASON BROTHERS and FREEMASON SISTERS!!!! Obama had full knowledge of Human Rights Abuse that was escalated by his Administration against us and OBAMA....Well I just want to say that he is MORE Interested in the Media taking Pictures of his Nostrils and his nose hair. Show me just one photo of Obama that he does not have his nose in the air!!! How many times do you have to tell the Leader of the Country whether it was Bush or Obama that you and your wife need EMERGENCY HELP, FOOD, SHELTER and the bare necessities of life. How many times does a disabled man with two Brain Tumors, a severe injured back, two injured knees and a heart condition have to beg Government Agencies for Emergency Help? Eight Years and Three Months Later NO EMERGENCY HELP FROM THE WHITE HOUSE, THE U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT, THE FORMER I.N.S., U.S. HOMELAND SECURITY, FROM THE STATE, COUNTY, CITY, CHURCHES, POLITICIANS HERE IN THE UNITED STATES. EIGHT YEARS AND THREE MONTHS BEGGING FOR HELP AND LIVING IN HELL! A disabled Man was left to die on the streets in Sarasota Florida for 4 Years. A Beautiful Woman my wife Annette was left to starve and die on the Streets in Sarasota Florida for Four Years! The Other FOUR YEARS in California we fought all the Criminals that are employed at the U.S. Homeland Security and at the Corrupt U.S. Department of Justice with False Removal Proceedings. WE fought and dealt with Corruption at the U.S. Immigration Court located in Los Angeles, California. We fought and dealt with every Crooked Judge that was Bought by the Freemasons and all of their Corruption was DONE UNDER the United States Flag. The Red, White and Blue that was suppose to represent Freedom. We never found Freedom!! U.S. Immigration is the most vile and disgusting, corrupt and inhumane agency that ever existed here in the U.S.A. and on this planet! FREEDOM??????? BULLSHIT!!!! The expression honest people finish last is so true!! We are the living proof!!! The Past few weeks we have been struggling like we never struggled before. Our GAS and Hot Water was turned off. They threatened to turn off our electricity. Our landlord is ready to kick us out on the street. No money for rent and no money for food. Today, October 18, 2010 I finally convinced Annette who was dead against it, to go to the Welfare Office or Social Services Office as a last chance for the United States of America to rectify the human rights suffering that they have caused us for 8 years and 3 months. A disabled man that is in pain 24/7 with no medication and walks with a cane had to walk with his wife to the Welfare Office which takes 2 hours each way. I really, really thought that if I had all my papers in order including the notice to leave the premises in 3 days or else, the amount that I owe for rent, the copy of the lease, the second notice for the gas to be cut off, my electricity bill, the Appeal from the B.I.A. - notice of appeal that infamous Ingrid Heather Abrash or Ingrid Abrash filed, a copy of my Writ to the United States Supreme Court and of course our expired identification that we cannot afford to renew which is our E.A.D. card and Driver's license which is attached to the E.A.D. card. I thought there would be no problems. After all two years ago one nasty girl working for the Welfare Office in Los Angeles, California said that the Welfare could never refuse you! I did a lot of research and investigation and the Social Security Office or the Welfare whatever you want to call it said they could not refuse me. Even today when I called up before we went I was told they could not refuse us. BULLSHIT!!! BULLSHIT!!! BULLSHIT!!! A two hour walk filling out all their stupid forms being greeted by illegal aliens working there with heavy accents. Can you imagine we were told NO! Sorry we cannot help you with anything like No food, no heart medication, no shelter, no doctors, no transportation, no medical emergency. Sorry we cannot do anything for you! Sorry????? The Supervisor came to see us to tell us that our Case is PENDING and that we are not Residents and that is why we are DENIED! There is nothing they can do for us even though we showed all the evidence we had. BULLSHIT!!! BULLSHIT!!! BULLSHIT!!! However on their form that I wasted an hour filling out it asked me if I am Hispanic, if I am a migrant worker. There is nothing there for anyone who is disabled or if you are white or if you are a Legal Political Refugee. None of that. The Welfare office or Social Security office is run by Illegals or children of Illegals to give money only to Illegals and not white people like us or black Americans. There was a young white man who just had his leg amputated this week. Was he denied because he was white? We don't know but he wasn't smiling. We wondered if he lost his leg by serving the American Military. We don't know. There was no wheelchair for disabled people and for that young man who had his leg amputated this week who was left standing for over twenty minutes on one leg. Compassion among Government Employees? Not in a million years. We know we have been down that route for eight years and three months! Where is my public apology for Human Rights Abuse from The White House, Obama, Bush, U.S. State Department, Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, Five U.S. Attorney Generals and the list goes on and oh yes let's not forget Janet Napolitano who should be ashamed of herself for letting this False Removal Proceedings go on forever and let us suffer such degrading human rights abuse! Where is the Emergency Help from the United Nations? That is another BIG JOKE! If the United Nations are NOT going to arrest all involved with our False Removal Proceedings and those Government Employees that violated our BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS then it will be time to shut down the United Nations since the United Nations are Totally Useless! They are not helping us get out of the U.S.A. like we asked them. They are not helping us with travel documents so we can get out of the United States. They are not helping us with emergency help but they bring in trillions of dollars and claim that they help Political Refugees which is more BULLSHIT!!! EMERGENCY HELP was DENIED TODAY AGAIN UNDER THE UNITED STATES FLAG but this time I have it in writing. We are very happy to let all of you know that we demanded the denial to be in writing and signed which is usually not done because the Government Employees want to hide their corruption BUT this time we did get the DENIAL SIGNED! Two U.S. Immigration Judges that were so full of Corruption Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., and Judge Rodin Rooyani terminated our False Removal Proceedings TWICE and by law of the United States we were suppose to receive a STATUS! These two Judges were crooked and put lies in their Orders and then left our case Pending because they were working with the Opposition encouraging an Appeal so we would be in limbo for the rest of our lives. Eight Years and Three Months Later our Political Asylum Case is Pending and these criminals that are Judges did it on purpose so we would not be entitled to anything including welfare. Not one red cent from the Government was ever given to us in 8 years and 3 months. No taxpayers money ever went to us! I tried to sell my Novel and I only received emails like "Fuck the book and you" sent by an Attorney Jay W. Clark". Another email was from another Attorney Richard H. Lovell who is a member of the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers Board Director for more than 14 years. His email reads "Fuck u". I have one message for my FU Fans. Go FU TOO, GO TO HELL and do not pass go and may the fleas of a thousand Cats infest your armpits forever. Can you imagine getting an email from a FU email from an Attorney.
