On June 30, 2010 we received a disturbing, insane, obscene, bizarre, threatening letter from an Attorney by the name of Diana Kliche from the Law Firm of Sharma Kliche LLP or is it from the Law Office of SharmaKliche, LLP claiming to be an Attorney of Megan Berry Oshiro. It took me 30 seconds of investigation work to determine that Diana Kliche and Megan Berry Oshiro are Best Friends. It took me an entire day searching the data base of the State of California, the City of Huntington Beach, the City of Lawndale, California and surrounding cities to determine that there is no such Law Firm with the above names registered anywhere in the State of California. The first alarm bell rang as a former Private Investigator when I determined that these two conspirators are Best Friends and never had an Attorney Client relationship. The next alarm bell is when I was sending faxes to the D.O.J., the State Department etc in the wee hours of the morning and then faxed out our response to Diana Kliche and she answered the phone with a hello when it was supposed to be the fax number. I thought that was so weird because I thought that was her office. Now, welcome to the Twilight Zone because it gets better. Don't ever threaten a Former Private Investigator and especially one of the best in the world because something will most definitely be found if you are a criminal or if you harass or threaten someone. I deal with Attorneys all the time selling advertising to them. They know me and I know them and they know how to reach me even on weekends and vice versa. My clients send me faxes and I send them faxes. 99.999% of Attorneys have an Office and they are Registered with either the State, County or the City but the majority are registered with the State. When Diana Kliche said hello in the wee hours of the morning she pushed on the start button for the fax to start. This was really weird. The next investigation I did is search for the phone number. It is not registered to a Law Firm but is registered to a Residential Phone Number of Maneesh Sharma an Attorney who is licensed in the State of California with the Bar No. 258977. The next investigation I did is search for the Fax Number. It is not registered to a Law Firm but it is registered to another Residential Phone Number of Diana Kliche. Diana Kliche is a Licensed Attorney in the State of California Bar License No. 260019. The 1-888 number that they are both advertising all over the Internet belongs to a Hair Salon... hummmmmm.. I smell something really fishy going on here! There is no Law Firm of Sharma Kliche LLP or Law Office of SharmaKliche, LLP registered anywhere in the State of California as I have fully investigated. I mean it might be in another State or another small little town but not at the address indicated or any cities near by. More alarm bells going off. You cannot operate a phone number or a fax number in any State or Territory in the United States of America in a Residential Name and operate as a Business, not even a Cell Phone. It is illegal in the entire U.S.A. to conduct any Business on a Residential Phone, Residential Line or a Personal Cell Phone. One phone number going to one resident. One Fax Number going to another Resident and a 888 number that they use and still using going to a Hair Salon. Ok... what is wrong with this picture? Shady Attorneys doing shady business and that is what I suspect and making threats upon threats upon threats to us in Diana Kliche mentally disturbed letter. The first false insane LIE in Diana Kliche letter is where she accuses us of communicating with Megan Berry Oshiro, her so called client. The insane, obscene, ludicrous LIES continue one after another in her threatening letter and emails of which we made available to the public world wide to read by clicking on the link below. We have filed an Official Complaint against Diana Kliche and Megan Berry Oshiro or Megan Berry or Megan Oshiro or Megan Alice Berry Oshiro. Megan Berry Oshiro keeps on changing her name in every Legal Filings. We are demanding that the U.S. Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Justice IMMEDIATELY TERMINATES Megan Berry Oshiro employment and we are also demanding a full investigation and an arrest warrant against both of these Attorneys for trying to bring harm to us. We have also demanded that they get an immediate Mental Evaluation and Drug Test. Our Response appears at the end of Diana Kliche' Threats.
