"9 Years Of Living In Hell In The U.S.A.!
BREAKING NEWS: I want all of our Billions of Viewers World Wide to know the entire story. A very condensed story. It is now Nine Years of living in HELL in the United States. Let me explain how we got to live in Hell in the U.S.A. for 9 Full Years! In 2001 after living underground in Canada for nearly 2 years, sleeping on the Cold floor and only having bread and water and being physically persecuted and tortured by Canada we finally decided that it was time to surrender our Canadian Citizenship and all rights of being a Canadian and leave Canada to stay alive. I want the world to know that Canada always was and always will be part of the British Empire. However, we did NOT anticipate the further problems of leaving Canada. The only Country that we could escape persecution from was to the United States of America. Of course we had no Passports to leave Canada and when you surrender all rights to your citizenship you also surrender all rights to a Passport. My passport was stolen around 1985 by the Canadian Police Agency and Canada refused to issue me a Passport since 1985 although I paid for a passport every year until 1995 and they kept my money year after year but I did not receive a Passport. So I gave up trying to get a Passport. It was not because I was a Criminal or I was wanted. NOPE, Canada wanted me to be in Canada as a Political Prisoner and denied me access to leave Canada. After receiving so many murder attempts on my life I said enough was enough and my wife Annette and I were basically forced to surrender our Canadian Citizenship and we did. On February 28, 2002, we decided to write to President George W. Bush, "THE WHITE HOUSE", the U.S. Department of Justice, the United States Attorney General John David Ashcroft, the U.S. State Department, the Secretary of State in the United States. I actually believed in the American Dream and I thought that after my wife Annette and I legally entered the United States of America then after a short period of time we would be on our feet, that is after the Federal Government of the United States assisted us with Emergency Help. In all of our communications to the, "THE WHITE HOUSE", to the President of the United States, to the Secretary of State, to the U.S. Attorney General we gave totally full disclosure including that we want permission to legally enter the United States as Political Refugees. I gave full disclosure to everything and all events that led up to the Persecution from Canada for many, many years, actually over 25 years of persecution. We could not go to the American Embassy in Canada because I would be murdered by the R.C.M.P. before I even entered the American Embassy Soil. We communicated in Private to the, "THE WHITE HOUSE", the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorney General and the U.S. State Department by sending letters by Priority Mail from Plattsburgh, New York. All of this Information was Classified but unfortunately this Classified information would later be released by orders of President Barack Obama, U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to persecute us and put our lives in danger of being murdered. We opened a Post Office Box at the U.S.P.S. in Plattsburgh, New York in 2001 and we checked our mail box in Plattsburgh almost every two weeks, waiting and waiting to hear back from the, "THE WHITE HOUSE", U.S. Department of Justice and/or from the United States State Department. We risked our lives traveling back and forth from Canada to the United States. In July 2002 we were held by the R.C.M.P. - Royal Canadian Mounted Police or as I call them Royal Canadian Mash Potatoes because they saw an application for Political Asylum in my briefcase that was locked in the trunk of our car. If the R.C.M.P. actually checked me out in their database then they would have seen a Contract on my life that was issued by Politicians and the Prime Minister of Canada and that would have been the end of my wife and I. Actually, my wife Annette saved my life that day and I will not go any further on that subject. In July 2002 the R.C.M.P., the corrupt Police Agency tried to murder my wife Annette and I in a high speed chase on the highway in Canada so we finally knew that it was now time to leave Canada and go to the United States to stay alive. We sent an emergency Fax to the, "THE WHITE HOUSE" and also to the United States Attorney General at the United States Department of Justice indicating that we have to immediately leave Canada and enter the United States legally as Political Refugees. On July 24, 2002 between 11:30-11:35 A.M. we Legally entered the United States of America through the P.O.E. - Port of Entry of Plattsburgh, New York known as the Champlain/Plattsburgh Border Crossing. Annette and I were both inspected and admitted by two Border Crossing Agents of which one was a Supervisor who had full knowledge of our situation and our emergency crisis. We were inspected and admitted into the United States as Legal Political Refugees. I was so relieved that I thought that I could smell freedom but this was going to be quickly shattered by the President of the United States and all American Federal Agencies. We only entered the United States with $200.00 American Dollars and very little clothes. I was expecting the American Immigration or the F.B.I. or any American Federal Government Agency to greet us because we had been directly communicating with the White House, the President of the United States, the State Department, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney General but no one greeted us. I was shocked that no one showed up to meet us. After all, the reason I was expecting a Federal Government Agency like the F.B.I. or Immigration or Secret Services or someone from the White House or someone from the Department of Justice to meet us was because I had a SYSTEM TO PROTECT EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD in the United States of America FROM TERRORIST ATTACKS. I was going to give this HIGH SECURITY SYSTEM to the American Government and the American People FREE OF CHARGE in exchange for my FREEDOM, my wife's FREEDOM, IMMEDIATE AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP and EMERGENCY SHELTER and EMERGENCY FINANCIAL AID. We were NOT farmers or dummies coming from Canada. We are well educated Political Refugees. Actually, I have WAY BEYOND EXTRAORDINARY ABILITY and I would have been totally useful to the United States Government. However, we were NOT going to go back to Canada! This was a one way ticket with NO RETURN! So on July 24, 2002 we drove to the City of Plattsburgh, New York which was approximately fifteen minutes from the Border. We did not have enough money for a Motel so we knocked on several churches' doors. Of course the Catholic Church did not help me but we were given a one night stay coupon at the Econo Lodge in Plattsburgh, New York from another church and it was not the Salvation Army. We immediately sent an Emergency Fax to the White House, to the Former President George W. Bush, to the U.S. Department of Justice and to the Former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft. We notified them in writing of the Motel we were staying at, the address, the Room Number, the Phone Number and the Fax Number but of course no one was home. We waited until the next day hoping that maybe the F.B.I. or Immigration or some U.S. Government Agency would assist us to protect us and to give us Emergency Shelter and Emergency Food but of course no one showed up. Annette and I were NOT going to go back to Canada to be MURDERED. So after I communicated with the Supervisor at the Border Crossing by telephone he suggested we go either to Albany, New York or Washington D.C. so we decided to drive to Washington, D.C. from Plattsburgh, New York. When I entered the United States of America I was in a neck brace and the trunk of our car was full with Evidence of Persecution and Torture and our back seat was full with more boxes of Evidence and some of our clothing. When we entered the United States we did not tell the Border Agents that we were here as Visitors. Annette drove all the way to Washington, D.C. On Friday afternoon we sent a Fax to the White House and we gave them the color of our car, the description of our car, license plate of our car and what street we were parked on. Meanwhile, we went to many churches begging for help including the Catholic Church and the Salvation Army but of course no help was given except a one two day old stale sandwich that we shared from the Catholic Church. The sandwich was hard like a rock. No shelter, no food, no water and no Emergency help was given to us by any church organizations that pretend that they help. For nine days we lived in our car in Washington D.C. a couple blocks away from the White House sleeping sitting up because we couldn't put down the seats because the back seat was full. At that time I could not stand up anymore than a few minutes. Nor could I sit up for more than a few minutes but I was forced to do so by the President of the United States and the U.S. Attorney General and the U.S. Justice Department and the U.S. State Department to face further persecution against a disabled man. My wife Annette had to help me walk because I was struggling with my disabilities inflicted upon me by the Canadian Government trying to assassinate me so many times. When I entered the United States with my neck brace I also had severe chronic back injury, rib injury, knee injuries and two brain tumors from the MURDER ATTACKS I received caused by Canada of which the White House and all Federal Agencies had full disclosure of my disabilities. I should have been in a wheelchair but I couldn't afford one so I forced myself to walk with my chronic pain. Of course we went to the U.S. Department of Justice trying to seek help which was only a couple blocks away from The White House. Yes, Former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft saw a disabled man with a cane and his wife standing in the lobby downstairs for over four hours through the Security Cameras. No, Former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft did not come down to rescue us and nor did anyone from his incompetent staff at the U.S. Department of Justice on Pennsylvania Avenue. If we were in the Country illegally then we would have been immediately arrested while I was talking to the U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft's stupid, incompetent staff on the phone down in the lobby of the Department of Justice. We did go to two F.B.I. Field Offices, one in Washington, D.C. and one in Arlington, Virginia. We also went to the U.S. Marshal's Office and we even went to the Former I.N.S. Building for Immigration in Washington D.C. and in Arlington, Virginia. Yes, we did it all! Yes, we got the Royal Run Around! We made ourselves TOTALLY AVAILABLE to ALL AMERICAN FEDERAL AGENCIES which makes them NOW beyond LIABLE both CRIMINALLY and CIVIL! We spent over 4 hours at the I.N.S. which is Immigration filling out their stupid forms for Political Refugees. Instead of us being welcomed by the United States and being respected as Political Refugees the Assistant Director at the I.N.S. in Arlington, Virginia burst out laughing and threw the Application for Political Asylum/Political Refugees at me striking me in the face with the Application of which this is called an assault and REFUSED to accept our Application. Once again NO EMERGENCY HELP and NO FINANCIAL HELP and NO EMERGENCY SHELTER! We were RIDICULED because of our Country of Origin which was Canada which is against United Nations Laws. Remember Folks, we were at the I.N.S., the American Immigration Office and if we were illegal then we would have been immediately arrested and detained on the spot. ONCE AGAIN WE MADE OURSELVES AVAILABLE! The White House had full knowledge of this Inhumane Treatment we received and so did the U.S. Department of Justice but again NOTHING WAS DONE! At that time Condoleezza Rice was the Advisor for Former President George W. Bush. Did she personally advise Former President George W. Bush NOT to assist us? Did Colin Powell, the Secretary of State at the State Department also participate in persecuting us? I definitely say THEY BOTH DID because they had full knowledge of our Emergency situation! Nine days of living in the heat wave in Washington, D.C. in July of 2002 in our car and once again NO HELP! WE WERE FORCED TO LIVE IN OUR CAR BY PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH, THE WHITE HOUSE, THE STATE DEPARTMENT, THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND BY U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL JOHN ASHCROFT. Thank god for the Washington, D.C. Police Department who did NOT ridicule us at all or persecute us or arrest us for sleeping in our car but instead the Washington D.C. City Police Department drove by every 15 minutes to check up on us to make sure that we were safe. Every day for nine days Annette and I went to Starbucks Coffee Shop and discreetly had a sponge bath with our facecloths and dried off with our towels. We were parked right in front of Starbucks Coffee Shop and the Owner knew of our situation and was extremely kind to us and even gave me a large cup of coffee, juice for Annette and also a piece of chocolate cake. We sat outside of the Starbucks Coffee Shop getting burnt by the scorching sun waiting for help but no help arrived except a white van that were all Secret Services that parked right behind our car and opened their side doors and took pictures of us and left with no help on orders of President George W. Bush. On the 9th day an African American Parking Meter woman gave us a parking ticket and I saw her placing a huge gob of gum on our rear fender because our license plate said Canada. I did not want any problems so I did not approach this psychotic parking meter woman so we went and paid for our parking ticket of money we hardly had and immediately left Washington D.C. We knew that we were NOT going to get any help from the White House or the President of the United States or from the U.S. Department of Justice or from the U.S. Immigration or from the F.B.I. or from the U.S. Attorney General or from the U.S. Marshal's Office so we decided to drive straight to Florida so we would not freeze in our car in winter in Washington D.C. Thank god we left Washington D.C. when we did because a crazy sniper killed quite a few people in Washington D.C. and one of his bullets went through the Starbucks Coffee Shop where our car was parked for nine days. On our way to Florida I was bitten all over my arms, face and legs by mosquitoes and I had bumps all over my face, arms and legs. When we arrived in Florida Annette drove all the way to Port Charlotte because I had an old friend of mine who was in Real Estate. When we got there I found out that my best friend died six months before but I knew his daughter and I had bought many properties over the years from her. I really thought that she would help because she was very rich and she owned many homes but she held out twenty bucks and told me to go to the Salvation Army because they would help. I refused her twenty dollars even if we desperately needed it and walked away. Annette took this bad news very hard and decided she didn't want to drive anymore so I decided that maybe we can get help in Miami, Florida because Miami was full of Political Refugees. Arriving in Miami we realized that we could not get any help whatsoever and if we continued to live in our car we would definitely be murdered within 24 hours. I told Annette that I would have to drive to Venice, Florida because I used to vacation there years ago and we could have showers at the beach every day until the Government helps us. We went to Venice, Florida, a small community which was a place for rich old farts to retire or to vacation. I felt it was a safe place. At night we parked in a parking lot thinking that we would not have any problems but that didn't happen. While we stayed protected from criminals and from hoodlums and from being murdered we were not expecting to be persecuted by the Venice Police Department but we were. For two weeks in Venice, Florida we spent our days having our daily shower at the beach and driving around to all the churches trying to get help but all the churches including the Catholic Church, the Baptist Church and the Salvation Army refused to help us or give us any shelter because our skin color was white and our language was English and not Spanish. We were told time and time again that they could not help us because we were not Mexican or Cuban although many churches owned motels next to their church and their rooms were empty. Every morning at 3:00 A.M. we would park our car in the same parking lot to sleep for a few hours. For two weeks we were harassed every single night by the Venice Police Department and every single night our car was surrounded by the Venice Cops. They knew we were Political Refugees and they had full knowledge that the Chief of Police in Venice knew of our Political Refugee situation and that we were homeless. Instead of the Venice Police helping Political Refugees they surrounded our car one night and gave us a WARNING TICKET and told us that they will arrest us if they catch us camping one more day. Sleeping in your car because you are homeless is classified as camping in Venice, Florida and in the United States of America! Where is Freedom? Where is the right of an individual as a human being to sleep in their car when they have no home? FREEDOM? DEFINITELY NOT IN THE U.S.A.! The Chief of Police in Venice, Florida ORDERED his dirty cops, the men and women in blue to harass us every night for two weeks. Then under his DIRECT ORDERS the Chief of Police of Venice, Florida ORDERED his CORRUPT COPS to ESCORT US OUT OF VENICE, FLORIDA! LEAVE BY SUNRISE OR GO TO JAIL AND WE WERE ESCORTED OUT OF VENICE, FLORIDA BY DIRTY COPS! We had no money! We had no Passport to leave the U.S.A.! We had no Travel Documents to leave the U.S.A.! We could not go anywhere and we ran out of money! But the corrupt cops kicked us out of Venice, Florida! This violated every single Laws in the United States of America. It also violated International Laws and United Nations Laws pertaining to Political Refugees. Freedom in the United States of America? Freedom of movement? NOT HERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! I decided to travel 17 miles away to Sarasota, Florida. I knew that place many years ago as a very polite and very friendly town with a nice sandy beach. I really thought that Sarasota, Florida would help us but the first night we slept in our car a few blocks away from the beach we were again harassed by dirty cops in Sarasota, Florida. We now had to HIDE not just from hoodlums and criminals that could murder both of us but also from dirty cops in Sarasota, Florida. For 4 years we parked our car at a gas station with their permission or at McDonalds to be able to sleep. Every single night we only had between 3 to 4 hours sleep. We never got our 8 hours sleep like the rest of the world does and yes we continued to constantly be harassed time and time again by dirty cops who enjoyed harassing and persecuting the homeless! Actually the Sarasota Cops beat the homeless, steal the little money they have and also murder the homeless. A Journalist in Sarasota, Florida told me this one day that the Sarasota Cops murder the homeless people and when we were appalled to hear this she just said, "Well, what else do you want us to do with them!" I could have sworn I was in a communist Country but of course I was in the United States. Every day we took a shower at the beach in the extreme heat of the Florida sun or the extreme cold weather in the winter months of Florida. We even took our showers during tropical storms and also in hurricanes. We ate at McDonalds which most of the times we shared a burger and many times we went with no food for days at a time and slept in our car with horrible hunger pains. Actually one African American woman by the name of Taryn at McDonalds on Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota, Florida tried to poison us by giving us two raw hamburgers. She pushed the worker aside and grabbed two burgers with her hands without gloves and purposely made sure our burgers were raw. She also called the cops on us for sleeping in the parking lot even though we had permission to do so from the Director of that McDonalds. We had french fries, ketchup and ice water thrown at our car while we were sleeping from the locals. Of course we wrote to Former Governor Jeb Bush who is George W. Bush' brother but again no help. Instead, that same confidential letter we sent to Governor Jeb Bush would later be used against us by the Immigration Judge, Judge from Iran, Judge Rodin Rooyani. Everyone in town knew our story. The rich knew our story. The middle class knew our story. Even the Sarasota Herald Tribune and the Venice Herald Tribune knew our Story but refused to write our story or air our story of pain and suffering to protect the rich Sarasota Society and to protect tourism in Florida. Everyone knew our story BUT NO HELP! This is not because our story was unbelievable but because Americans REALLY DON'T CARE! Four years of living and sleeping in our car and having no home whatsoever and the AMERICAN GOVERNMENT AND THE AMERICAN POLITICIANS AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DID NOT HELP! We got burnt by the scorching Florida sun and we totally froze in the winter months but the White House who knew our situation NEVER CAME TO OUR RESCUE. Nor did the U.S. Department of Justice! Nor did the former I.N.S. or U.S. Homeland Security! In late October 2006 with help from an acquaintance we were able to move from Florida to California where I had been trying to move to for over twenty-five years. I believed in the American Dream a long time ago but realized there is no freedom or American Dream here in the United States but only PERSECUTION, TORTURE, HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE AND LIVING IN HELL! In 2004 we filed a Lawsuit against the State of Florida and in retaliation we were placed in False Removal Proceedings by the Former Attorney General of Florida Charlie Crist and by the Former Governor of Florida Jeb Bush in August 2006. We were only notified after we arrived in California which was in November 2006. From November 2006 until 2011 The White House had full knowledge of our False Removal Proceedings and so did the U.S. State Department and so did the U.S. Attorney General and so did the U.S. Department of Justice BUT once again NOTHING WAS DONE! Instead of The White House, The President of the United States, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorney General, the U.S. State Department, the Secretary of State and the Secretary of U.S. Homeland Security and all Congressmen, Congresswomen and Senators stopping the persecution against us they allowed the persecution and torture and human rights abuse to escalate beyond what any human can endure! There was NO FREEDOM for us in Florida! There was and is definitely NO FREEDOM for us in California! There was and is definitely NO FREEDOM for us here in the United States of America! From 2006 to the current date we are STILL IN FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS. On March 31, 2008 Judge William Joseph Martin Jr. GRANTED our Motion in FULL and TERMINATED our FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS but the NEW PERSECUTOR which is U.S. Government Attorney Ingrid Abrash or Ingrid Heather Abrash filed a FALSIFIED APPEAL to the B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals. On Friday, August 13, 2010 Judge Rodin Rooyani TERMINATED OUR FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS but once again the CROOKED GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE who is a PERSECUTOR INGRID ABRASH filed her SECOND FRAUDULENT APPEAL and the Judge from Iran, Judge Rodin Rooyani obtained many Classified Documents that was never supplied to the Immigration Court or discussed by us or the Government Attorneys. CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION IS ALL WE EVER HAVE SEEN HERE IN THE UNITED STATES! I thought I had seen it all in Canada BUT United States takes the cake as the LEADING PERSECUTING COUNTRY OF THE WHOLE WORLD! NINE YEARS OF LIVING IN HELL IN THE U.S.A.! NINE YEARS OF OUR LIVES BEING WASTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BY CONGRESSMEN, CONGRESSWOMEN, SENATORS, CORRUPT JUDGES, CORRUPT GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES! PERSECUTION FOR NINE YEARS IN THE UNITED STATES! TORTURE FOR NINE YEARS IN THE UNITED STATES! NO FREEDOM FOR US! NO LIBERTY FOR US! ABSOLUTELY AND DEFINITELY NO JUSTICE FOR US HERE IN THE UNITED STATES! Sure we continued with our LAWSUITS and YES we did SUE certain Government Agencies and certain corrupt Government Employees BUT JUSTICE WAS DENIED and we were persecuted at an even more escalating rate. Yes, we went to the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. BUT again JUSTICE WAS DENIED OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN by the FREEMASONS that run the United States. Yes, ALL OUR LAWSUITS were STOPPED without going to Trial! Not because I am stupid or I didn't have a case BUT because ALL JUDGES IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ARE ALL CORRUPT and ARE ALL PART OF DIFFERENT SECRET SOCIETIES. NO, we DEFINITELY DO NOT want to stay here in the United States, LAND OF THE PERSECUTORS, LAND OF THE TORTURERS where FREEDOM DOES NOT EXIST! NINE YEARS OF WASTING MY LIFE AND MY WIFE'S LIFE HERE IN HELL IN THE U.S.A. FREEDOM DOES NOT EXIST HERE IN THE U.S.A.! DEFINITELY NOT FOR US! I want all my billions of viewers to try and walk in my shoes and in my wife Annette's shoes. I want all the women in the world to know how the United States persecuted a beautiful woman which is my wife. I want the entire world to know how the United States of America and the Leaders of the United States PERSECUTED A DISABLED MAN for NINE YEARS! I want everyone in the world to know of the SEVERE GROSS HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE CAUSED BY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! For all of our female visitors I want you to close your eyes just for one minute and try to imagine holding the remains of your unborn child in your hands in the street and being denied medical treatment from a hospital! THAT IS WHAT ANNETTE WENT THROUGH! I want every female in the world to close their eyes for one minute and walk in my wife's shoes and in her footsteps having no money for makeup, clothes, shoes, hair done and suffering the most degrading Human Rights Abuse in History and walking around with horrible hunger pains that my wife went through. WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO SURVIVE NINE YEARS OF LIVING IN HELL? WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO IMAGINE THAT YOU ARE STANDING BY YOUR MAN AND YOUR HUSBAND WATCHING HIM BEING PERSECUTED AND TORTURED? I want every mother on this planet to close their eyes for one minute and try to imagine your son being persecuted and tortured by two Presidents of the United States of America for NINE YEARS. I want every father to close their eyes for one minute and imagine your son being persecuted and tortured for over 33 years of his life because of his Political Opinion. I want every father on this planet to close their eyes for one minute and imagine your daughter being persecuted and tortured for NINE YEARS by the United States of America. I want the whole world to close their eyes for two minutes and imagine being HOMELESS for over 4 years and you are NOT permitted to work. Just imagine for a minute that you escaped your persecuting country that wants you dead at all cost and you go to another country to find freedom and instead of you finding freedom you LIVE IN HELL for NINE SOLID YEARS! Close your eyes and imagine how you would feel being horribly hungry because the country you escaped to did not give you food, or shelter or water. Close your eyes for one minute and imagine how you would feel if the Government refused to issue you a renewal for all your identifications including your driver's license, your Passport, your photo id etc.! Imagine for one minute that the Government refuses to renew your identification for nearly ONE YEAR! No driver's license means you cannot open a bank account or have a credit card or you cannot work or you cannot travel or you cannot go into a motel and that is what happened to us with the United States Government. THIS IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO US! The American Government has REFUSED TWICE to RENEW our American Identification even refusing the FEE WAIVER REQUEST FORM TWICE that we filled out. Imagine how far you would go with no ID! You will not go very far, trust me! Instead of the United States Government assisting us, stopping the corruption, stopping the persecution, the human rights abuse, the torture, the inhuman treatments the United States Government escalated attacks on our websites to silence the truth. The United States Government made sure that we were kicked out of our apartment which we were kicked out of in July 2010 even though we had paid the rent on time for nearly 4 years and then from our second apartment in December 2010. Imagine living in the street with no car, no shelter, no food and you are not permitted to work! Imagine walking in the cold weather in California in the winter months or in the rain with no shelter! Box in Plattsburgh, New York but of course an American Official cannot spell the word Plattsburgh.
