NO STATUS IN THE U.S.A., OVER EIGHT YEARS AND

SIX MONTHS - WE ARE FOREVER PENDING

BECAUSE OF MASSIVE CORRUPTION AT THE

HIGHEST LEVELS OF THE OBAMA

We lost our Apartment in December 2010 and we have no access to scan the letter below that we received from the (B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals that was dated Dec. 15, 2010.)

We have removed our A# from this letter, but first of all I contacted the B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals every week since September 2010 when the Infamous Ingrid Abrash filed her second fraudulent Appeal to the B.I.A. (BOARD) on or about September 13, 2010.

On Friday, August 13, 2010 the Second Immigration Judge at the U.S. Immigration Court Judge Rodin Rooyani "TERMINATED OUR FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS" BUT placed a lot of classified Information that was never discussed by us, the Immigration Judge (IJ), Ingrid Heather Abrash the Corrupt Government Attorney that is still not licensed to practice in the State of California. NOR was this classified information ever released or supplied by either my wife Annette or myself to the WORLD'S MOST CORRUPT COURT which is the US Immigration Court located in Los Angeles, California. Nor was this classified information every discussed at anytime in four years of our FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS.

Around May 2010 or June 2010 we filed MOTIONS for the Immigration Judge, Judge Rodin Rooyani to Sign to force the Corrupt Government Attorneys and Corrupt U.S. Government Employees to be forced to take a DRUG, ALCOHOL TESTS AND A MENTAL EVALUATION because of the massive Corruption that has been going on for four years with our case and files.

In Immigration Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., order dated March 31, 2008 when he TERMINATED OUR FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS the immigration Judge indicated that we are MENTALLY CAPABLE and FIT to go forward and we can handle the Court Proceedings. Now, nothing has changed from March 31, 2008 from One court to the other and while the corruption escalated under Judge Rodin Rooyani's Court, Judge Rodin Rooyani Order is totally different than Judge William Joseph Martin Jr. ORDER. Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., said we are competent and Judge Rodin Rooyani meets us once then says the opposite of Judge Martin Jr..

However, in Judge Rodin Rooyani's Order dated Friday, August 13, 2010 the Judge From Iran the World's Most Corrupt Judge indicated that my wife and I are Mentally Incompetent with no proof from this Judge who is a Man hater because all she wants is revenge!!!

When I contacted the B.I.A. (BOARD) Board of Immigration Appeal before Christmas the Supervisor at the B.I.A. told me the following over the phone, "YOUR CASE IS BIG."

Well, we know that our Immigration Case is BIG. No one has to tell us that. We went to the B.I.A. four times now, to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit three times and the United States Supreme Court Two times. Thank You but we already know about our case.

The supervisor at the BIA told me that there is always two sides to a story. I replied YES, our side is always correct and the Government is full of Hot Air.

In December 2010 after the BIA sent the order below (WORD FOR WORD) Judge Rodin Rooyani panicked and sent our Case and Files to the National Archives to be Shredded.

We know what the World's Most Corrupt Judge is doing and that is hiding the truth. We always said that all of the tapes at the U.S. Immigration Court were all edited by the previous Immigration Judge William Joseph Martin Jr.. Now we have the proof in writing but we did NOT expect that Judge Rodin Rooyani, the Judge from Iran who is a Muslim to further attack us, BUT SHE DID.

While this Legal War will escalate we will never surrender to our persecutors. All I will say is that this Legal War will continue outside of the United States to the International Community and beyond.

We will never stop this Legal War until all of our enemies are destroyed or they are behind bars forever.

Below is a copy of the unedited Order from the B.I.A. (BOARD) Board of Immigration Appeals. Sorry that I do not have a scanner to scan this order but I will see if I can scan it at a later date at a store or wherever.

Note that Ingrid Abrash name no longer appears on this order on behalf of the DHS but our new persecutor Jason Aguilar (a Mexican) name is there instead. But the Infamous Ingrid Abrash filed this fraudulent Appeal on or about September 13, 2010.

The Respondents have appealed the Immigration Judge's Decision rendered on August 13, 2010. The transcriber has stated that, "There are eight tapes in the TTR envelope. Tape 3, labeled 2, Remand Hearing, becomes garbled about one forth of the way through the tape. A large portion of the tape is garbled... The Judge makes mention of this on page 126..." A review of the record confirms that there are numerous indiscernible notations from pages 134 through 136 where the notation, "(ABOUT HALF OF TAPE IS GARBLED.)," is followed by the Immigration Judge stating, "... The tape is not going forward in the right port of the audio recording device...." (TR. at 136, 137).

The transcriber also notes that Tape 8 (labeled 7) ends with the Immigration Judge saying, " ... go to the next tape ...." However, there was no other tape in the envelope and the transcript ends abruptly in the middle of the May 26, 2010, hearing.

As we consider a complete and accurate transcript necessary for our review of this matter, we will return the record to the Immigration Court for further action. Upon receipt of the record, the Immigration Court shall take steps as are necessary and appropriate to enable preparation of a complete transcript of the proceedings including a new hearing, if necessary.

ORDER: The record is returned to the Immigration Court for further action as appropriate and certification to the Board by the Immigration Judge thereafter.

MY COMMENTS WITH RESPECT TO THE ABOVE ORDER. My comments are in Blue and the BIA Order is in Red Below.

First of all the first line above is WRONG. The (BOARD) wrote the following:

We did NOT file an Appeal!

It was Ingrid Heather Abrash that works for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the same corrupt Government Attorney that we sued who filed her second fraudulent Appeal to the (BOARD) B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals on or about September 13, 2010.

Next in Paragraph one the (BOARD) B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals wrote the following:

Tell us something we don't know. We already knew that both of the Immigration Judges, Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., and Judge Rodin Rooyani both purposely played and edited and fooled around with the Court Tapes to hide their Corruption and their LIES.

The (BOARD) BIA - Board of Immigration Appeals wrote the following in Paragraph 2:

Here is proof that the Immigration Judge, Judge Rodin Rooyani also played with the tapes. If the US Immigration hires real Americans and Not Mexicans then we would NOT have this problem. Also, if the Justice Department changes their ANTIQUE TAPE RECORDERS we will NOT be facing this problem and if the Recordings were NOT handled by Judges but instead all Recordings are placed in a Separate Room then we would not have Corrupt Judges Like Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., and Judge Rodin Rooyani editing Court Tapes.

What do you expect when you hire ILLEGALS working at the U.S. Immigration Court that cannot read or write English!!!!!

The last two Paragraphs reads as follows:

OK NOW BECAUSE OF JUDGE RODIN ROOYANI AND THE MEXICAN TRANSCRIBER BEING CORRUPT AND PLAYING AND EDITING WITH THE TAPES, now we have the B.I.A. (BOARD) Board of Immigration Appeals that want this JUDGE, JUDGE FROM IRAN who is corrupt and CRAZY to start all over again.

including a new hearing, if necessary.

HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO FACE OUR PERSECUTORS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

THIS WILL BE THE FIFTH TRIPLE DOUBLE JEOPARDY!!!!!!

WE WILL BE BRINGING ALL CORRUPT GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES INCLUDING CORRUPT JUDGES TO THE INTERNATIONAL COURTS AND I WILL GIVE THESE IDIOTS THE SAME RESPECT AS THEY GAVE US.... WHICH WAS NONE!!!
