BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD TRYING TO EVICT US!

UPDATE:

We are still before the Courts here in California trying to STOP our Eviction that could happen any day now.

We appeared in Court on Thursday, November 18, 2010 to have our Two Motions heard and that was a BIG JOKE. I cannot mention any names of Judges and the Plaintiff at this time.

However, on Thursday, November 18, 2010 Court was the Fastest Court in History. My Motion to DISMISS and my Motion for a GAG Order was heard by the Judge in less than one minute.

It is amazing how much Human Rights Abuse is caused by the United States of America and everyone looks the other way.

It is amazing how these Judges violates all of our Legal Rights and everyone still looks the other way.

Can you imagine that I set a Court Date and filed my Motions on Monday, November 1, 2010 and I served the Plaintiff and NO RESPONSE from the Plaintiff and the Judge looks the other way.

Can you imagine that we are in Court here in the United States with TWO MOTIONS and the presiding Judge Ignores everything I said and DENIES my TWO MOTIONS in less than 30 Seconds.

This was the fastest Motions DENIED in History!!!

Can a Judge actually hear TWO MOTIONS that are nearly 80 Pages in Length including your Response to the Eviction in less than 30 Seconds???

All of our Legal Rights were DENIED by the presiding Judge BUT unfortunately we can not mention his name at this moment BUT we will be mentioning his name in the near future.

I am a disabled man and the Court knows this information. I cannot stand or sit down too long otherwise I am in excruciating pain and can hardly walk.

We left very early to take BUSES to go to Court. We had to take many buses. We arrived at Court at 7:40 A.M. and we waited and waited and waited but of course my name is always Last on the List.

When the presiding Judge called our case he did not call me by my full name meaning my first and last name BUT only my last name. ALARM BELLS!

Why in the hell did he call everyone by their first and last name but when it came to our case he called me by my last name. Hell he did not even call my wife's name. MORE ALARM BELLS!

When we approached, the Bailiff gave me a chair to sit down. At least the Bailiff had manners and respect for a disabled man.

Before I even sat down the Presiding Judge became extremely Vicious and Arrogant. He did not allow me the time to introduce ourselves to the Court without interrupting.

The Only QUESTIONS that the Judge harshly asked was "WHAT CASE LAWS" and "WHO'S AUTHORITY".

Wow! The Judge did not give me a chance to be seated first. What the hell did the Judge eat for breakfast "RUSTED NAILS" I thought to myself.

The Judge was somewhat polite to all other Defendants and Plaintiffs but when my name was called the Judge showed his real true colors.

The only thing that I replied is "I do not have Case Laws."

DISMISS!

Wow! The fastest appearance in History was decided in about 30 seconds.

AGAIN! JUSTICE DENIED!

I immediately informed the presiding Judge that I will be immediately appealing his ORDER!

"GOOD LUCK" he said very arrogantly!

We left the Court Room as always with our Heads held High and extremely disappointed.

Annette had to hold on to me because the Court had the Air Condition full blast that further made me unable to walk because of my numerous broken bones that always act up in the Cold and this is the only reason why we moved to California so that I would be able to keep walking by staying away from the cold.

In the winter or rain I have a hard time walking.

I only had 30 Minutes of sleep the night before the Court because I was worried that we might be locked out of our Apartment.

The Plaintiff being the Landlord did not respond to our Motions and if either party does not respond to any Motions than the Law clearly states that the Motion is UNOPPOSED and the Motion is Granted!

BUT what the Law IS and what the Judges Do are totally opposite like Night and Day.

The First MOTION is a "MOTION TO DISMISS WITHOUT LEAVE TO AMEND" because the Lawsuit or the Eviction was filed in ERROR because the Plaintiff is NOT part of the Eviction which means that we signed a one year Lease with another Company and another Company is trying to Evict US. LEGAL? NO!

The Second MOTION is a GAG ORDER for our Security and Safety!

Wow! Two MOTIONS denied by an incompetent Judge in about 30 Seconds with NO LEGAL ARGUMENTS and again Annette my wife was denied the right to speak although her name is also on the Eviction.

This is the fastest Motions ever to be denied in the History of California and also in the History of the United States of America.... 30 SECONDS!!!

Wow you can really get Justice in less than 30 Seconds!... NOT!

The Presiding Judge did NOT even inform us that we would be having a Court Appearance on Monday, November 22, 2010.

I called up the Court on Friday, November 19, 2010 to see where I have to file an Appeal and ONLY then was I advised by the Clerk of The Court that we had a TRIAL on Monday, November 22, 2010.

Talking about Corruption and Moving full speed ahead to have us thrown on the streets before Thanks Giving Day!

On Friday, November 19, 2010 I finished the Appeal but we had problems and more problems with our sites going down and with faxing out our Appeals.

No matter how hard we tried we could not fax our Appeal as we are allowed to do from Friday and all weekend.

MORE ALARM BELLS!

We tried so hard to Fax out our Appeal for over 4 Hours on Friday and it was NOT going through.

I told Annette the worse case scenario is that I will file the Appeal on Monday Morning.

We managed to send the fax around 1:30 AM Monday Morning to the Court and Thank God that something like a coffee shop or what ever was open.

We also filed TWO MOTIONS that will be posted up later on but not while the Court is in Motion and NOT when the Appeals Court is still reviewing our Appeal. (But we know what happens in the Appeals Court - DENIED)

I had ONLY 10 Minutes sleep and Annette only had cat naps for 30 Minutes the night before Court.

Again, we had to borrow money to take the many buses to get to Court.

We arrived at 7:20 before the Court even opened up because if we catch the next bus we would be late and if we are late than the Court will LOCK US OUT of our Apartment and we will lose everything we own which isn't much but is our worldly possessions.

Again my name was placed at the end of the Docket for the 9:30 AM Court. The Judge now knows that we filed an Appeal, and two Motions - Motion for the Presiding Judge to Recuse himself for being extremely Hostile and Violating all of our Legal Rights by refusing me to give any Arguments. The other Motion was to VACATE the Court date of Monday, November 22, 2010.

The Reason why I wanted the Court to VACATE the Monday, November 22, 2010 Court date is because for the First Time ever I mentioned the date that my Mother was MURDERED by the Freemasons.

Each year out of respect I Mourn my mother for 10 days from November 22, 2010 to 2nd of December 2010 out of respect for my Mother who was a great mother to me!

On Monday, November 22, 2010 the Judge finished with all Cases for the 9:30 Court Appearances and Dockets and started to proceed with the 10:00 AM Dockets and then the 10:30 AM Dockets and Cases.

WAIT A MINUTE!

What happened to our case for the 9:30 that was Docketed, you ask?

We were the Last Ones in Court!

Of Course the Presiding Judge does NOT want to hear us discuss the Emergency Motions before his friends the Attorneys that have spent all morning kicking out Tenants and forcing them on the Street!

One Tennant at a time was being evicted. The Attorneys representing their Clients the SLUM LANDLORDS continued with their cases with NO REMORSE.

The Presiding Judge signed orders, one order after another evicting the Tenants and getting his Joy Ride and his rush as a a Judge and abusing his power with NO CARE for the Tenants or ever advising the Tenants of their Legal Rights.

Attorneys in Court sat there ridiculing and laughing at the Defendants when the Defendants tried to speak to defend themselves.

The Judge even evicted a Single Mother with her 5 year old daughter. If I had money I would have helped all the Victims that day BUT I don't.

It is difficult for myself and Annette seeing all of these families being thrown on the Street and we cannot help them.

Hell, we go to bed many times with nothing in our stomachs.

The Judge took a break without calling out our names indicating that he was waiting for Counsel, the other party being the Plaintiff Attorney.

Gee Wiz! If I was late then the Judge would have immediately entered a Default Judgment and LOCKED US OUT of our Apartment, BUT oh no the Judge must wait for his friends the Attorneys.

It was about 11:00 AM and the Judge finally came back in the Court Room. Of Course besides the Bailiff, Annette, Myself, another female Attorney and another male person the Court was now cleared.

We knew this was not normal and something was up with this!

The Judge called out our case but again the Judge only called my last name and not my first name or Annette's name.

We approached and the nice Bailiff suddenly looking very serious gave me a chair.

The Judge started again and allowed the Plaintiff Attorney to speak.

WAIT!

Why did the Judge say that he had to wait for Counsel when that Attorney was there all Morning on many other cases in the same Court.

What did he do in the Back Room or Who did he speak to on the Phone?

By the way we also sent an Emergency Fax in the wee hours of the Morning to the United Nations about more abuse from the United States and their Government Employees.

The Slum Landlord Attorney started to speak, while I said NOTHING showing respect to the Court but the Court never shows me respect.

After she stopped talking I informed the Presiding Judge that we filed an Emergency Appeal on the Two Motions that he quickly denied on Thursday, November 18, 2010 and also we have two more Motions, emergency Motions that must be heard.

The first Motion was "TO VACATE Today's DATE of Monday, November 22, 2010" and the Second Motion was for the Presiding Judge to Recuse himself.

This time I gave Case Laws and International and the United Nations Case Laws.

Suddenly, I noticed that another female Bailiff entered the Court Room!

MORE ALARM BELLS!

I already told my wife that under no circumstance can we get upset today and I have to seal my mouth.

Annette, always trusts my Gut Feeling and my Gift!

I knew that the other Bailiff, the female was NOT there to change shift with the first Bailiff and I knew that if the Judge has two Bailiffs in the Court we had to be even more careful of what we would say because the Judge was up to no good.

This time the Judge allowed me to discuss the First Motion "MOTION TO VACATE" but the Judge was more interested in me discussing the SECOND MOTION "MOTION FOR THE PRESIDING JUDGE TO RECUSE HIMSELF".

ALARM BELLS!

I told the Presiding Judge that I CANNOT discuss the Motion for him to Recuse himself in front of him.

I know when I get that feeling it is time to shut up to stay alive and also to walk out of the Court with my wife freely and NOT be escorted out or be arrested as the Judge had planned.

I told the Judge that there was a REASON for our Motion "THE GAG ORDER" that we filed on November 1, 2010 and was scheduled to be heard on Thursday, November 18, 2010 and that is, it will have us murdered.

I gave the Judge a Copy of the NEW DEATH THREAT that we received on November 12, 2010 that reads as follows. "immmmmmm going kill you."

I cannot mention where this death threat came from here not yet but I will later.

The Judge indicated that he did NOT remember us appearing before him on Thursday, November 18, 2010.

HELLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOO! ANYONE HOME!!!!!!

The Judge can remember all Attorneys but now his memory went blank when it came to us!!!

PLEASE GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

I know the Freemasons always forget and their memory suddenly is not there anymore whenever it is convenient to them or they are trying to hide something.

I know Judges and Attorneys when they are placed on the SPOT.... suddenly say they cannot remember.... YEA RIGHT!!!

The Presiding Judge tried so hard for me to discuss my Motion for him to Recuse himself.

I was NOT going to fall for this TRAP!!!

I handed the Bailiff my Motion with the Death Threat on the Back page. The Judge started to read the Motion without talking and putting his head down.

It took about two minutes before the Judge finished reading it.

Hell it took me over 20 minutes to read it! I timed myself!

Anyway, the Judge said OH YOU WANTED A JURY TRIAL. Well I do not do JURY TRIALS so I do NOT have to Recuse myself from this case.

The Judge said why didn't you say so... Jury Trials are at the other Court. I will Transfer your case over there. He then asked me if I had paid to get a Jury Trial!

I told the Judge that we have demanded a Jury on Monday, November 1, 2010 and I asked for all fees to be waived.

PLEASEEEEEE.... GIVE ME A BREAK!!!

The Judge agreed that we should have a Jury Trial and transferred the File, Case to another Court and he ordered the fees to be waived.

The Judge also told me that he does not agree with what I wrote BUT I refuse to get into that MOTION because the ALARM BELLS told me to stay away from that Motion in Discussing it in Court.

The Judge tried so hard for me to discuss that MOTION FOR HIMSELF TO RECUSE HIMSELF.

In the Real world the presiding Judge would NOT hear that motion for himself to immediately recuse himself. It is normally in front of another Judge otherwise that Judge you are trying to get himself to recuse himself would abuse his authority and lash out at you in court.

While Annette and I are in the Real World the Judge was NOT!

The Judge told us to go to the Other Court and a Jury will be there and the Court will start on Monday, November 29, 2010. It is a Walk In, the Judge said.

Oh Great now we have a WALK IN COURT like a WALK IN CLINIC I later told my wife Annette. What a Joke!

When you have a Trial by Judge and Jury it does NOT work that way!

How do I know that the Jury on Monday are NOT all Government Employees on a Coffee Break?

YEA RIGHT!

Sorry, but when someone asks for a Jury, you have to go through a Jury Selection.

You have to go through Discovery.

You have to go through issuing Subpoenas.

Sure, I am going to a WALK IN COURT with a Jury already been picked and I will get Justice that DAY.... WRONG!!!

If I did NOT study Law I would have been even more screwed by the system which I already have been so many times but fighting back.

While I cannot discuss any Legal Recourse or the Case or pending actions because "THE GAG ORDER" might be issued any day I will say two legal defense we have and that is the Plaintiff's name was wrong and the amount was wrong and I will go no further.

After Annette and I came home taking so many buses we crashed out for a few hours being totally exhausted from lack of sleep.

When I woke up I decided to once again try to find out the person who owns the Apartment Complex where we live. I had already tried before with no luck whatsoever.

The person who owns this Apartment Complex is hiding and I mean really going out of his way to hide his true identity.

It wasn't easy but I finally found the owner of this Apartment Complex and unfortunately at this moment I cannot say his name but I will in the very near future.

This is what I can say though.

The Landlord is "A BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD".

The Landlord is a "FREEMASON!"

If I had known that in advance we would never have moved here!!!

In Court Documents I clearly indicated that a handful of Corrupt Government Employees that persecuted us and are members of this Terrorist Organization contacted the Owner here to have us evicted.

I never say anything that I cannot prove either today or in the near future.

Then I discovered that this "BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD" also donates money to the Cops and Judges that are running.

Is this BRIBE MONEY?

Who knows.

I say I smell a RAT and then I started to investigate.

During my investigation I discovered that the son of the BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD was arrested twice so far. Once for pulling a person off the road showing what looks like a Police Badge. The son pretended that he was a cop, but he walked free.

Then the son of the BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD was again arrested for DEATH THREATS against his ex-girlfriend.

We did receive a death threat on November 12, 2010 the same day that the Slum Landlord Attorney filed a date for Court for November 22, 2010 of which to this day we did not receive.

The investigation even gets better. I discovered that the "BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD" did NOT pay his property taxes to the City where we reside. He owes over $200,000.00 and he did not pay his Taxes.

Perhaps the State of California and the County and the City where we reside should serve the "BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD" the same notice that he served us which is "PAY IN 3 DAYS OR QUIT".

In plain English if we do not pay rent in three days then we have to leave.

Leave to go where with no money? On the street to be murdered?!

The "BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD" should get a notice from the State of California, the City and County where we reside to force this "BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD" to pay his property taxes or vacate the properties.

The more I investigated the more Questions I had.

NOW I HAVE ALL OF MY ANSWERS.

The Article which I had no time to write was that the Freemasons were going to do the following:

Cancel all of our Bank Accounts...... which they did!

Make sure that all of our Identifications would not be renewed.... which they did!

Stop us from making any money on the Internet......which they did!

Make sure that all of our sites would go down and up and down..... which they did!

Work with the Landlord to make sure that we are evicted.....which they did and still trying to have us thrown on the streets.

Now the Freemasons, The Corrupt Government Employees have used another FREEMASON who is a "BILLIONAIRE SLUM LANDLORD" to file a Falsified Eviction to make sure that we are thrown out on the street to have us murdered.

Thanks Giving Day came and went and Annette and I only ate bread and drank water.

NO FOOD! NO MONEY!

Yet the United Nations still allow the United States to persecute us!!!

It will only be days when we are thrown out on the street!

Instead of Americans going out on a Crazy Shopping Spree Today on Black Friday no one has donated!

No sales because the Corrupt Government Employees stops traffic to our site!

I told Annette that soon we might have to eat Dog Food but now I realize that we do not have any money to buy Dog Food and again no Americans Care but nor does the rest of the World.
