Billionaire Slum Landlord George L. Argyros Sr. Evicts a Disabled man Anthony Martini and Annette Martini who is a Singer and Writer from the Wimbledon Glen Properties in Southern California before Christmas leaving Mr. & Mrs. Martini with no home and no Christmas. Mr. & Mrs. Martini moved from the State of Florida to the State of California in late October 2006. For four years Anthony Martini & Annette Martini had their first apartment in Southern California at Camden Martinique. Mr. & Mrs. Martini claim they were good tenants at Camden Martinique but the owner of Camden Martinique refused to renew their lease with no reasons ever given. They did not have any wild parties and nor do they have any friends to invite for a cup of coffee. They were a quiet couple at Camden Martinique. However, in June 2010 Mr. & Mrs. Martini received a letter from Camden Martinique indicating the following: "The Owner of Camden is refusing to re-new your lease and you must vacate this property by July 9, 2010." The staff and management at Camden Martinique refused to give a reason why the Owner of Camden Martinique refused to re-new their lease. Mr. & Mrs. Martini's problems were about to get worse. They looked at other apartments near by where they were residing at Camden Martinique but every management company demanded to see their tax records for the past five years. Mr. Martini explained to several management companies that he and his wife are Political Refugees and while they are in the United States as Legal Political Refugees they do not have any tax records. Mr. & Mrs. Martini went over to Wimbledon Glen Apartment Complex located in Southern California where they met the Property Manager by the name of Phyllis Trivison in June 2010. Ms. Phyllis Trivison showed them an apartment and told Anthony Martini and Annette Martini that there was only one apartment available and if they did not immediately take it and put a deposit then that apartment would be gone at the end of the day. A one bedroom apartment was $1,545.00 per month. Just a little over one hundred dollars more then what they paid in Camden Martinique. Mr. & Mrs. Martini immediately put a deposit on the last apartment that was available so they would not lose that apartment. This was when all the problems started. The next day Phyllis Trivison demanded to see a copy of Anthony Martini and Annette Martini tax returns for the last five years. Mr. Martini explained to the Property Manager that he and his wife were Political Refugees and there are no tax returns not because Mr. & Mrs. Martini didn't want to pay taxes but they are self-employed who sell advertising to Attorneys and other businesses and Mr. Martini sells his Brand Name Silk Neckties on the Internet. Mr. Martini explained to Phyllis Trivison that since he and his wife's Political Refugee Status is permanently pending, LEGALLY they cannot pay taxes until their STATUS IS CHANGED to either a PERMANENT RESIDENT or they obtain their immediate AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP. The Property Manager then demanded that Mr. & Mrs. Martini supply proof that they paid their rent for the past four years. Mr. Martini obtained the Ledger from Camden Martinique to show that they both paid their rent for the past four years without any problems. The Property Manager kept on giving Mr. & Mrs. Martini a high sales pitch indicating this was the last apartment available for a very long time. Mr. Martini recorded all calls on his business line and he also informed Phyllis Trivison that all calls were being recorded. After Mr. Martini faxed over the ledger he received another phone call from Phyllis Trivison the Property Manager of Wimbledon Glen Apartments saying: "The Owner just walked in and he immediately approved of you both." Anthony Martini and Annette Martini were not expecting any complications or any problems when they moved in. Nor did they expect to be harassed by the Billionaire Slum Landlord George L. Argyros Sr.'s Companies, Arnel Management Company and Wimbledon Glen both owned by the Billionaire Slum Landlord. When Anthony Martini and Annette Martini packed up all their belongings, rented a U-Haul Truck to move to their new apartment that is when the problem started on July 9, 2010. They were short by $75.00 and did not think it was going to be a big issue in moving in. However, an employee by the name of Lesley Martin who was temporarily working at the Wimbledon Glen Apartments refused for Mr. & Mrs. Martini to move in on July 9, 2010. Mr. & Mrs. Martini were forced to live in a cheap Motel for three nights with all their personal belongings left in the U-Haul Truck while they were waiting for an e-check to clear. On July 12, 2010 Mr. & Mrs. Martini e-check was finally cleared and they moved in after six P.M. Their problems were going to get even worse. The lease was between Arnel Management Company and Anthony Martini and Annette Martini but the date on the lease was not changed by Arnel Management. In Court Documents Mr. & Mrs. Martini claimed Phyllis Trivison could not do the basic math and Arnel Management Company Employee overcharged them when they first moved in by over $300.00. Furthermore, Court Documents revealed that Arnel Management Company and the Owner George L. Argyros and Wimbledon Glen Apartment Complex were illegally charging tenants a late fee beyond California State Laws by fraudulently creating a Coupon. The Coupon was a camouflage to force tenants to pay their rent by the first of every month so the Billionaire Slum Landlord can count his pennies. If a tenant did not pay their rent on the first of the month then the Billionaire Slum Landlord would take away the Coupon from the tenant and add on an extra fee of anywhere from $200 to $400.00 onto their rent. When Mr. & Mrs. Martini moved in on July 12, 2010 they didn't pay just the Security deposit plus the pro-rated of two weeks. They were forced to pay the full amount of a whole month of rent plus the Security deposit which again violates the Laws of the State of California. In September 2010 Mr. & Mrs. Martini were late with the rent and a $280.00 was immediately added on to their rent. The California Law clearly states that a Landlord cannot charge anymore than ten percent per year. In actual fact the late fee should be no more than .43 cents per day. Many Slum Landlords have been going beyond and above the Laws of the State of California and the Courts protects the Criminals and the Slum Landlords. Mr. & Mrs. Martini live on an extremely, very tight budget. One dollar over for them makes a big difference. Going into a Motel with their personal belongings in a truck for three days put them over budget for three months. In July they were never given a copy of the lease when they were given the keys. Nor were they given a copy of the lease in August and September. Mr. Martini had to fight with Arnel Management Company to get a copy of the lease. They were being intimidated by the employees of Arnel on numerous occasions. Immediately after they moved in, in July they were told by Arnel Maintenance Employees that are all illegal aliens that Wimbledon Glen Apartment Complex is over 60% vacant. That information was also confirmed by another Arnel Management Employee by the name of Eric who was recently transferred from Wimbledon Glen Apartment Complex to The Cape which is also owned by the Billionaire Slum Landlord. One lie after another lie was told by Arnel Management Company Employees. None of their stories ever checked out as Mr. Martini conducted a full investigation afterwards. Due to the fact that Mr. & Mrs. Martini had to pay a tremendous fee for rent for September it became totally impossible to pay for rent for the month of October. Each notice that they were given had a different amount to pay by various ridiculous and unlawful amounts that was done by Phyllis Trivison who Mr. & Mrs. Martini accused in Court Documents of not being able to do the basic math. In October Mr. & Mrs. Martini again received a three day notice to pay or quit. In other words pay for the rent including late fees or get out. Mr. Martini is a disabled man who suffers from two brain tumors, severe back injury and has a heart condition. He cannot sit or stand for long periods of time. Nor can he walk for long periods of time without being in chronic pain 24/7 with no medications. Anthony Martini injuries were a result of numerous murder attempts on his life when he used to be a Free Lance Reporter and Journalist in Canada. Mr. & Mrs. Martini were hoping that they would be able to get out of the mess they were in when they launched their First Novel DeadLock Conspiracy which is the first Novel out of Five Novels of a continuing Shocking True Story. Mr. Martini spoke with Mr. Jim Jones the Director of Collections and Credit of Arnel Management Company at: 1-714-481-5116 numerous times in the month of October to work out some kind of payment arrangements so Mr. & Mrs. Martini could remain in the apartment. Mr. Jones refused to work out any arrangements whatsoever. Mr. Martini even spoke with Mr. Myke Kim who is also an Employee from Arnel Management Company and again Arnel Management Company and it's staff refused to work with Mr. & Mrs. Martini so they could remain in the Wimbledon Glen Apartment Complex that is owned by the Billionaire Slum Landlord George L. Argyros. Although Mr. Martini is extremely disabled he offered to work for Arnel Management Company. Mr. Martini could have worked at the Office at Arnel Management Company or in any of their divisions with all his expertise as a Builder, as a Developer, as a Consultant or even in sales but Jim Jones refused. On October 27, 2010 Anthony Martini and Annette Martini were served with Legal Documents by the Plaintiff Wimbledon Glen Associates, L.P. and the Law Firm of Kimball Tirey & St John LLP. The Attorneys for the Plaintiff as Court Records showed at the Superior Court of California were as follows: Helaine Serie Ashton, Susan Elizabeth Greek and Shelley Marie Crawford. It appeared by Court Documents that this Unlawful Detainer was going to be complicated and that is why the Plaintiff Wimbledon Glen Associates L.P. used three attorneys and not one because they knew they were dealing with someone who studied Law and has been around the block a few times with Legal Battles against the Federal Government and its Agencies. In September Phyllis Trivison told Anthony Martini that she visited their website but Ms. Phyllis Trivison did not indicate which website she actually visited. Was it his silk necktie site at www.anthonymartini.net or was it the Political Website at www.annettemartini.org ? Mr. Martini suspects it was the Political Website. Court Documents reveals that Wimbledon Glen Associates L.P. is not the Legal Plaintiff. Mr. Martini did study Business Law, International Law, Family Law, Criminal Law. He was also in business since he was sixteen years old and knows what a Legal Contract is but the Courts totally ignored that the real Plaintiff is not part of the Complaint whatsoever. The Lease was signed between Arnel Management Company and Anthony Martini and Annette Martini. All wordings in the Lease said ARNEL MANAGEMENT COMPANY. There is no Wimbledon Glen Associates L.P. mentioned anywhere in the Contract. When Mr. & Mrs. Martini were served with Legal Documents they were served on a Thursday after nine P.M. with the Legal Notice taped to the door and not personal service. The Law states that the Defendants in an Unlawful Detainer have only five days to respond. Mr. Martini had to study the California Tenants Act. They could not afford an Attorney. However, Mr. Martini contacted Legal Aid in the State of California on Wednesday, October 20th, 2010 and Mr. Martini and his wife were refused any Legal assistance by Legal Aid because Mr. & Mrs. Martini are Political Refugees. Mr. Martini accuses Legal Aid of DISCRIMINATION against Legal Political Refugees and Legal Aid will only help illegals. The State of California is full of illegals working at various Government positions including Social Services. Mr. Martini was DENIED Legal Service by a Mexican. As a last resort Mr. & Mrs. Martini went over to the State of California Social Services or Welfare on October 18, 2010 and a Legal Document posted on their personal website of http://www.annettemartini.org showed Food Stamps was denied by the State of California. General Relief was denied. Emergency Relief was denied. Heart Pills for a disabled man with a heart condition was denied. Mr. Martini accuses the State of California and Social Services Reversal Discrimination of Mr. & Mrs. Martini being white by Mexican workers. They were denied the bare necessities of life by Mexicans. Mexicans walked out with Food Stamps. Illegal Aliens walked out with Food Stamps. Emergency Relief were given to illegal aliens but Emergency Relief was DENIED to two HONEST POLITICAL REFUGEES. Mr. Martini put those exhibits in Court Documents that the State of California refused emergency aid but the Presiding Judge Corey S. Cramin just didn't care. On Monday November 1, 2010 Mr. Martini filed a very lengthy Answer and Response to the Superior Court of California and Mr. Martini also filed two Motions, an Emergency Gag Order to prevent Arnel and its Employees from releasing Mr. & Mrs. Martini address for Security Reasons. Mr. Martini also filed a Motion To Dismiss indicating that Wimbledon Glen Associates L.P. never had a Legal Contract nor did Mr. & Mrs. Martini ever sign any Lease or Contracts with Wimbledon Glen Associates L.P. but only with Arnel Management Company. Therefore, Mr. & Mr. Martini demanded that the Presiding Judge Corey S. Cramin immediately dismisses the Case without Leave To Amend. Mr. Martini followed the Laws of California and responded to the Unlawful Detainer within five days which included the weekend. Mr. Martin obtained a

ST. JOHN, LLP The Law in United States in every Court clearly states that when a Motion is unopposed and there is no response from either party then that Motion must be granted in full. What the Law states and what the Judges do is night and day. Judges make up their own Laws as they go along and do what they please with no remorse and no recourse. Mr. Martini should know. He was in the U.S. District Court from 2007 to 2009 and Justice was denied without ever going to Trial. The Appellant Court stole Mr. & Mrs. Martini's money and again Justice was denied without hearing any of their Appeals. Mr. & Mrs. Martini went all the way to the United States Supreme Court and again the U.S. Department of Justice stole their money and Justice was denied without their Case ever being heard or argued. Mr. & Mrs. Martini have been in False Removal Proceedings since 2006 with no end in sight and again Justice was denied. While Mr. & Mrs. Martini Case is still in front of the Board of Immigration Appeals their Case remains permanently PENDING for 8 years and 5 months which prevents Mr. & Mrs. Martini from obtaining Emergency Aid from the Federal, State, Country or City Levels and are forced to fend for themselves and starve. On Thursday, November 18, 2010 Mr. & Mrs. Martini appeared at the Superior Court of California. They had to borrow money to take buses to go to Court. They expected to get Justice. Mr. Martini cannot sit in Court for a long period of time without being in excruciating pain and the Courts are aware of that but no matter what Court Appearance Mr. & Mrs. Martini appears at, their Case is always the last one on the docket. Mr. Martini noticed the Presiding Judge Corey S. Cramin allowed Attorneys to laugh in his Court, rolling their eyes around and ridiculing all the Defendants before him. "It was a circus! It reminded me of the Roman Coliseum where the rich were slaughtering the poor getting their jollies and thrills," Mr. Martini said. "Judge Corey S. Cramin was on a severe joy ride getting thrills persecuting the poor and less fortunate," Mr. Martini said. He continued, "A single Mom with a five year old daughter was thrown out on the street like yesterday's garbage. One case after another and no one had any Legal Representation to represent them to fight evictions and most of the Landlords were all Slum Landlords but the Judge enjoyed putting on a good show for his best friends the Attorneys," Mr. Martini said. "My case and two Motions were heard in less than 30 seconds. How can you discuss two Motions if the Presiding Judge wants to break every single Law of this Land and deny the two Motions without any Legal Arguments whatsoever?" Mr. Martini said. Judge Corey S. Cramin was on the take! It was written all over his face with the hostility he demonstrated towards a disabled man and someone who studied Law and knows what the hell he is talking about," Mr. Martini said. "30 seconds to hear two Motions with no Legal Arguments. Impossible." "I told the Judge that I will be filing an immediate Appeal and his response was a sarcastic and arrogant good luck," Mr. Martini said. Mr. & Mrs. Martini filed an Immediate Appeal on Monday, November 22, 2010 and they also filed an Emergency Motion for Judge Corey S. Cramin to immediately recuse himself from the Case and the file of Mr. & Mrs. Martini. When Mr. Martini contacted the Court on Friday, November 19, 2010 to find out where to file an Appeal he was told by the Clerk of the Court that they had a Court Appearance for Monday, November 22, 2010. Mr. & Mrs. Martini did not receive any notice to appear in Court on Monday, November 22, 2010. Nor did Judge Corey S. Cramin ever mention any future Court Appearance on Thursday, November 18, 2010. Mr. Martini also filed an Emergency Motion for Continuance on Monday, November 22, 2010 because that is the day that his mother was murdered by the Freemasons in Canada. "Every Christmas since I was 16 years old when I saw a Police Officer in Uniform in a cop car smoking weed and hash and I reported that dirty cop my life became a living life. Every Christmas since I was 16 years old the Freemasons attack me to destroy my Christmas. My daughter was murdered during Christmas. My mother was murdered before Christmas. My two daughters were both kidnapped just before Christmas. Now, I have a Billionaire Slum Landlord George L. Argyros who put me out on the street 10 days before Christmas," Mr. Martini said. On Monday, November 18, 2010 we appeared before Judge Corey S. Cramin. We were docketed for our Case to be heard at 9:30 A.M. but because we had to take an early bus so we won't be late we arrived at the Court house before 7:00 A.M. the Presiding Judge again finished his 9:00 A.M. Cases, 9:30 A.M. Cases, his 10:00 A.M. Cases and his 10:30 A.M. Cases and again we were left to the end when the Court Room was totally empty," Mr. Martini said. "I did advise the Presiding Judge that we filed an Emergency Appeal and the Case cannot go forward but he continued nonetheless breaking every Law in the United States of America and a person's Legal Right and Legal Due Process. I also advised the Presiding Judge that we demanded a Trial by Jury and not by Judge only," Mr. Martini said. "Oh good, I don't have to recuse myself because I don't do Jury Trials," the Judge told Mr. Martini. Mr. & Mrs. Martini Case were transferred from the California Superior Court to another California Superior Court in another district to be heard on the following Monday. Mr. & Mrs. Martini went to Court on Monday, November 29, 2010 in front of Judge Jeffrey L. Gunther but first Judge Corey S. Cramin had instructed Mr. & Mrs. Martini to go to a certain Court Room where they waited for three hours. Then they were later instructed to go to another Court Room where they waited until Judge Jeffrey L. Gunther came out from the back and invited Mr. & Mrs. Martini and the Plaintiff's Attorney to his Chambers. "In 33 years of my life I was never, ever invited to a Judge's Chamber and I smelt a dead rat," Mr. Martini said. "The Judge was not in his robe while we were in his Chambers. We sat in what looked like a normal office with Law Books like an Attorney's Office," Mr. Martini said. The Judge was enticed us to come to some kind of agreement with the Plaintiff and the Judge was telling us that there is a high possibility that this could go really bad with a Jury and could be bad if I presided over the Case," Mr. Martini said. Mr. Martini tried to get an extension to bring up the payments of rent until December 30th, 2010 to give him and his wife enough time to try and sale advertisements to Attorneys with crazy and wild specials and for Anthony Martini to sell his Brand Name Silk Neckties for the Christmas Rush. However, Jim Jones who was not in Court refused to extend any date beyond December 15, 2010. "I had a real bad feeling about the Judge. I did not select my own Jury and it was all pre-selected by the Judge. I was denied the right to issue subpoenas. The new Judge already knew we had an Appeal that was filed but he did not care. He went above and beyond the Law. We had no choice. We had a gun pointed to our head and we were forced to sign a Legal Document to have us kicked out by December 15, 2010. The judge was paid," Mr. Martini said. On Saturday, December 11, 2010, Sunday December 12, 2010 and Monday, December 13, 2010 Mr. & Mrs. Martini decided to have a sale spreading flyers throughout the Wimbledon Glen Apartment Complex trying to sale everything that they had which were books, movies, silk neckties, pearl bracelets, printer, fax etc, even their own bed and their couch. Mr. & Mrs. Martini even wrote in the flyers that they are being evicted and they would appreciate any donations from the neighbors. Over two hundred flyers were placed on their neighbors cars. Only one person was a real nice neighbor that donated $20.00. One person bought 3 books for $2.00 each. One person bought Mrs. Martini cell phone for $10.00 but about ten minutes later came back for a refund not because the phone was not working and not because the guy is broke. The guy had a thick stack of hundred dollar bills in his pocket. Instead of the neighbors helping their neighbor that is in desperate need the neighbors decided to keep an eye on the garbage can to see if Mr. & Mrs. Martini threw anything that was valuable. Mrs. Martini put Christmas decorations in a garbage bag and Mr. Martini took it to the garbage bin. After each trip Mr. Martini noticed there were holes in each garbage bag. The neighbors at Wimbledon Glen Apartment Complex all became scavengers. THERE WERE NO RESCUE OR HELP FROM ALL THE NEIGHBORS BUT ONLY SCAVENGERS WATCHING WHAT THEY COULD GET FROM THE GARBAGE DUMPSTER FOR FREE! Mr. Martini also noticed an illegal alien employed by the Billionaire Slum Landlord by the name of Hozey going through all the garbage and tearing all the garbage bags and boxes apart that Mr. Martini had put there to see what he could get for free instead of working. Mr. & Mrs. Martini worked so hard all night packing up all their personal belongings. On Tuesday, December 14, 2010 Mr. Martini went to storage to put their personal belongings in storage but another problem arose. Their identification is expired. U.S. Homeland Security refuses to renew their E.A.D. Card which is their Employment Authorization Card. The problem escalated even further because Mr. & Mrs. Martini State of California Driver's License is attached to their stupid E.A.D. Card. If U.S. Homeland Security does not renew the E.A.D. Card then the DMV of California the Department of Motor Vehicle WILL NOT ISSUE Mr. & Mrs. Martini a renewal for their Driver's License! Mr. & Mrs. Martini did not think there was going to be a major problem to put their personal belongings in storage but the UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW in the State of California made them say expired ID no storage. Mr. & Mrs. Martini went to a motel for a couple of nights but the Motel said sorry no active ID you can't come in, you can't stay. "I did not think in a million years that a storage company would ever say no you cannot put your stuff here and a Motel would ever say, no you cannot stay here. I never thought this could ever happen in California or anywhere in the U.S.A. but it did," Mr. Martini said. On Wednesday, December 15, 2010, Mr. & Mrs. Martini went back to Wimbledon Glen to return the keys and two switchers to open the main gate and for a final inpection. The employee Rachel at Wimbledon Glen refused to do a final walkout inspection. She told Mr. & Mrs. Martini that only Maintenance Staff does it. The Maintenance Staff are all illegal aliens hired by the Billionaire Slum Landlord George L. Argyros Company of Arnel Management Company. Hozey the illegal alien refused to sign any documents that Mr. & Mrs. Martini vacant apartment had no damages. Instead he kept talking about the carpet needed shampoo, the walls had to be painted although Mr. & Mrs. Martini never had time to hang up any pictures. Hozey was so rude and so hostile and started to walk out twice without finishing his job of inspection. Mr. & Mrs. Martini had to go back to the front office and Rachel who claims she is a Consultant employed by Arnel contacted the new Manager at Wimbledon Glen because she said she had no authority to do a walkout inspection. The Manager Brianna, a super bitch came in to the office and indicated she had no authorization to do an inspection. Mr. Martini became extremely furious because for Legal Reasons he only wanted a piece of paper with a signature saying there was no damage done to the apartment. Since they had refused Mr. Martini was forced to contact Jim Jones. Mr. Martini really did not want to speak to Mr. Jim Jones because there are Pending Legal Actions against the Staff of Arnel Management Company. On Monday, November 22, 2010 Jim Jones from Arnel Management committed PERJURY in open Court. All the staff at Arnel Management Company lies and so does every single individual that are employed by the Billionaire Slum Landlord, lie, lie and lie. "The Employees at Arnel have lied to us so many times from day one. They lied about that there was only one place available. They lied about that the Wimbledon Glen Apartment was secure because it was a gated community. They even went as far as lying by saying Luxury Living. There is nothing Luxury about Wimbledon Glen Apartment Complex except their price," Mrs. Martini said. After Mr. & Mrs. Martini filed their response to the Court Ms. Phyllis Trivison, the Manager at Wimbledon Glen Apartment Complex was IMMEDIATELY FIRED according to Jim Jones and other Staff members. Mr. Martini who was a former Private Investigator for over 25 years and one of the best Private Investigators in the world did an extensive investigation on the staff, their employees, Arnel Management Company, Wimbledon Glen Associates L.P., their Law Firm and all the fraudulent businesses that are owned by the Billionaire Slum Landlord George L. Argyros. Mr. Martini also investigated George L. Argyros Jr. who is the son of George L. Argyros, Sr. Mr. Martini was totally shocked that a few years ago George L. Argyros Jr. was arrested in another State by pretending he was a cop on a highway, but let us not forget if you have money and you are a Billionaire or a son of a Billionaire you are going to walk away free. Mr. Martini also discovered that the Billionaire Slum Landlord's son Junior who is a spoilt brat threatened his ex-girlfriend that he would kill her. In normal circumstances, in the real world a person that makes a death threat would immediately be behind bars but not a Billionaire Slum Landlord's son. Mr. Martini also investigated that the Billionaire Slum Landlord did not even pay his Property Taxes for all his properties. Perhaps the County should give the Billionaire Slum Landlord three days notice to pay or vacate the Property like he did to us. Mr. Martini also investigated the Billionaire Slum Landlord, other companies and family foundation and has determined they are nothing but scams and frauds.
