DMV REFUSES TO RENEW OUR DRIVERS LICENSE! – DHS SAID NO TO RENEW, NO FOR PHOTO ID, HOTEL SAYS NO ID, NO ROOM!

For the past few days we’ve been getting the run around from the California DMV- Department of Motor Vehicles.

Last week when we were evicted from our apartment we did not think there would be any problems in going into a Hotel, Motel, Inn etc.

We went to the DMV here in Southern California and spoke to a Supervisor. Of course her first language is Mexican. Last week the Supervisor at the DMV told us that she could not renew our Driver’s License without a current E.A.D. Card – Employment Authorization Card and to talk to the Legal Department in Sacramento at: 1-916-657-7840.

When I contacted that number I spoke to a male worker at the DMV by the name of Dereck and he told me there was nothing he could do but to contact Policy which is the Legal Department at DMV in Sacramento at: 1-926-657-5691 .

On Thursday, December 16, 2010, I contacted the Legal Department at the DMV at: 1-916-657-5691 and I spoke to a female by the name of Danielle who told me she was Italian. She transferred my call to a Supervisor by the name of Glenis Baysinger.

I spoke to Glenis Baysinger in a lengthy conversation explaining to her our Emergency situation. I told Glenis Baysinger that I have a Court Order from the Immigration Judge dated Friday, August 13, 2010 and all of our American Id has expired but our problem is that we sued the U.S. Homeland Security and corrupt Government Employees and they refuse to issue us an E.A.D. Card and even if we paid for that E.A.D. Card we will be automatically refused because of the Lawsuit.

Of course we never went to Trial in that Lawsuit because the District Court Judge Andrew J. Guilford was crooked as hell and a Freemason and he was helping his Freemason Brothers.

Yesterday, Monday, December 20, 2010 we sent an Emergency Fax to Glenis Baysinger who clearly indicated to me that she would review the Legal Documents and get back to me.

When I could not get a hold of Glenis Baysinger I was transferred over to Brenda O’Donnell and I briefly spoke to her, yesterday on Monday, December 20, 2010.

An Emergency is an Emergency but the Employees at the DMV and their Legal Department has a Legal Duty to Protect Political Refugees BUT again they did NOT and the State of California again said NO!

The United States of America is in GROSS HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE and HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION and VIOLATING POLITICAL REFUGEES’ BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS.

We never had any problem last year renewing our Driver’s License. However, this year the corrupt United States Government Employees went above and beyond the Law to persecute us to the maximum.

The Legal Department at the DMV received a 17 page fax from us with a copy of the Judge’s Order, terminating our second False Removal Proceedings, a Photocopy of our expired Driver’s License and our expired E.A.D. Card. We also faxed over 2 Protection Orders from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals dated 2007 and 2009. We also faxed them a copy of the Notice of Appeal from the infamous Ingrid Abrash that we sued in District Court.

All the Legal Documents that we faxed over to the DMV was SUFFICIENT to PROVE that we are LEGAL here in the United States!

Today, Tuesday, December 21, 2010 in the afternoon I contacted Glenis Baysinger at the DMV who was not available because they claim she was in a meeting. She had an Emergency Fax which is LIFE AND DEATH and she is too busy in a meeting or were they to busy all having an office party for their Christmas Party.

At 3:30 P.M. I contacted Brenda O’Donnell at: 1-916-657-5691 and I explained to her that we cannot go in a Hotel, Motel or Inn etc., without any photo Id and we don’t have any current Photo Id because they are all expired because of the DHS.

Did Brenda O’Donnell really care about HUMAN SUFFERING? Did she actually care that the DMV is in TOTAL VIOLATION of ALL ARTICLES under the UNITED NATIONS ACCORD pertaining to POLITICAL REFUGEES?

OF COURSE NOT!!!!

Brenda O’Donnell had full disclosure of our Emergency situation and she DID NOT CARE. She told me that I should get a Passport from Canada. I explained to her that we surrendered our Citizenship in 2001! DAAAAAAAAA!

“But Anthony you could get your Passport from Canada,” she told me.

Where in the hell does the Government find all these incompetent, rude, arrogant and bitchy employees?

When Brenda O’Donnell got NASTY and IMPATIENT I told her I will sue the DMV and DHS.

Brenda O’Donnell said, “Go ahead, sir!” and she slammed the phone in my face.

Christmas time is only in a few days from now. No apartment! No current Id! DMV says NO! DHS says NO!

It cost me $24.84 to send that STUPID FAX which is our FOOD MONEY from FedEx in California.

It is raining like hell in the State of California and I predicted this weather back in October in the article that I wrote CALIFORNIA SAID NO SO GOD MADE IT RAIN! I was only off by a few weeks in my prediction. I also predicted that Obama would lose the control of the Senate and Congress. Well one out of two isn’t bad.

DMV SAID NO AND GOD IS GOING TO STRIKE THEM WITH A LIGHTNING BOLT!

I can predict the future about 99% of the time.

I knew that our situation was going to get worse but if I knew in advance that the State of California was going to persecute me to no end in sight, we would have never moved to the State of California.

We cannot even go into a cheap motel or hotel or Inn because we have NO ID.

I am so pissed off big times with the State of California and all of their DAMN FREEMASONS that controls our Life whether we live or die.

We cannot rent a car to leave the State of California. Nor can we hop on a plane and leave the United States of America because the State Department is violating our Legal Rights by refusing to issue us Travel Documents from 2002 to the current date.

Even IF we were rich I mean totally rich we cannot go into a Hotel, Motel, Inn etc. Nor can we travel anywhere in the U.S.A. by car or plane because the DMV said NO!

In 8 years and 5 months I learnt a VALUABLE LESSON here in the U.S.A. HONESTY IS NOT THE BEST POLICY!

The people that are saying NO to us that are in Authority to stop the persecution are either Jewish, British decent or Spanish.

While I am NOT racist the PROOF IS THERE!

DMV would rather issue a Driver’s License to illegals!

I have seen it time and time again over the years where DMV employees from the State of Florida and California are meeting criminals and illegals at McDonald Restaurants.

The transactions are done in open. The workers at the DMV that are Mexican decent or illegals are selling the ORIGINAL DRIVER’S LICENSE from anywhere from $500.00 to $3,000.00 I have seen it time and time again!

Who am I going to call about the biggest crime wave in American History? The Police?

I remember what happened when I filed 7 or 8 complaints against my crooked previous Attorney. So unless I see a murder happening forget about the cops.

I have seen what the Legal System does to VICTIMS. They victimize them even more to no end!

HONESTY! WHAT A JOKE!

As far as our visitors are concerned we could be living under the bridge now but no one is helping. The widget tells the story that people don’t care and people don’t donate!

While I had someone who helped us out here and there with twenty or fifty dollars that person is the only one donating here in the U.S.A. but as far as the WIDGET is concerned NOBODY HAS DONATED. Not here in the U.S.A. or around the world.

It is pouring cats and dogs in the State of California and we were totally soaked from head to toe three times in the past few days with our shoes totally soaked through and no one cares!

I am not God and I never said I was but I DO have A GIFT and a VERY, VERY POWERFUL GIFT and that is what KEPT ME ALIVE for many years!!!

The State of California angered God beyond what anyone could ever imagine and if you are a none believer I feel so, so sorry for your soul!!!

I just caught a cold being drenched from head to toe and my previous doctor over twelve years ago warned me about catching a cold that could result in my death because my immune system is very, very weak. Not because I have any diseases but because of ALL THE MURDER ATTEMPTS on my life and mainly it was WHEN THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT GASSED ME which totally damaged my lungs!!!

Holder Jr. who is only a damn Freemason and loves persecuting innocent people!

Hundreds and hundreds of letters and calls to the White House, to U.S. Homeland Security, to the DOJ, to the U.S.C.I.S., and also now to the DMV of California and all I EVER RUN INTO IS ARROGANT, STUPID AND RUDE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES who don’t give a rotten shit if we live or die!

Lawsuits upon Lawsuits were ALL TOSSED OUT by the world’s most corrupt Judge Andrew J. Guilford and also Judge David O. Carter and Judge Marilyn L. Huff!!!!

The United States Justice at the U.S. Supreme Court are NOTHING BUT OLD FARTS that are ALL FREEMASONS that DENIED all of our Appeals to be heard although as a Pro-Se or as a Self-Litigant all of our Appeals at the United States Supreme Court were ALL DOCKETED where many Attorneys don’t have their Appeals docketed because they are clueless.

WHERE IS OUR ATTORNEYS THAT IS REQUIRED BY LAW BY THE UNITED NATIONS?

WHY ARE NOT ALL THESE CORRUPT GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ARRESTED?

WHERE IS THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE WHEN YOU NEED THEM TO UPHOLD THE LAW AND PUNISH THEIR EMPLOYEES?

For many years I believed in the American dream and I believed that the President of the United States of America was going to stop the Political Persecution BUT our dreams and hopes were SHATTERED as soon as we entered the U.S.A.

I continued believing that the United States President was going to TERMINATE and put a STAY on our FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS but our False Removal Proceedings started in 2006 by the Florida attorney general Charlie Crist. I also indicated in my previous article and I predicted that Charlie Crist will no longer be the Governor or a Politician forever and that came true in the November 2010 election.

I am TOTALLY DISGUSTED with the Politicians of the United States of America but I am even more disgusted with the DMV of the State of California.

Illegals have rights even if they bought their license at the DMV and it is legal according to the International Laws.

WE WERE HONEST AND HONESTY IS NOT THE BEST POLICY AS WE HAVE LEARNT!

THE GOVERNMENT AND MAINLY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND MAINLY THE DMV LOVES DISHONEST PEOPLE AND WILL GIVE THEM ANYTHING THEY WANT!!!!

NO DRIVER’S LICENSE FOR US! NO PHOTO ID OF ANY KIND FOR US! NO ROOF OVER OUR HEAD AND GOD IS FURIOUS! GOD IS SO, SO FURIOUS AT THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA!

So now we have NO CURRENT ID WHATSOEVER IN THE UNITED STATES!

We cannot go to the Salvation Army or any homeless shelter because we don’t have any ID.

I PREDICTED this in my Court filings that we filed in March, April and May 2010 at the Immigration Court and I also pleaded with the Immigration Judge Rodin Rooyani to stop the persecution but instead Judge Rodin Rooyani persecuted us TEN MILLION FOLDS by RELEASING CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS that we NEVER SUPPLIED to the Immigration Court in the 4 years of our False Removal Proceeding. Nor did the infamous Government Attorney Ingrid Abrash ever submit these classified documents in Court and nor was it ever discussed in open Court which makes it totally illegal what Judge Rodin Rooyani wrote in her Order to make sure we get murdered and destroyed!!!

The DMV of the State of California are in TOTAL VIOLATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS ARTICLES pertaining to IDENTITY PAPERS for Political Refugees!!!

Ms. Brenda O’Donnell and Glenis Baysinger and the Legal Department of the DMV don’t give a rotten shit if we live or die or if we are on the streets!

Ms. Scrooge and Mr. Scrooge at the DMV VIOLATED OUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND TOTALLY SHATTERED OUR CHRISTMAS AND GOD WILL DEAL WITH THEM ON JUDGMENT DAY!!!

WHEN I SAY GOD I MEAN GOD AND NO HUMAN BEING WILL ONE DAY PUNISH THESE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES.

Ms. Brenda O’Donnell REFUSED to give me a telephone number to her Superiors!!!

This will not end here! I don’t care what it is going to take or where we have to go to take all these Government Employees and the State of California and the Department of Homeland Security to legally fight them all the way!!!

DMV does NOT like HONEST PEOPLE and they PREFER to be BRIBED by dishonest people and that is why there are over five million illegals in the State of California with an Original Driver’s License from the State of California.
