This past weekend Saturday, August 7, 2010 - Sunday, August 8, 2010 AnnetteMartini.Org account was suspended for the second time in less then a week. Our Hosting Company was paid for in full so there was no reason why AnnetteMartini.Org account was suspended but it was for over 2 full days.

This time I have no proof that our New Number 1 enemies struck again but I highly suspect that Megan Berry Oshiro, Diana Kliche and Maneesh Sharma struck again this weekend.

It appears that our new number one public enemies want to bring severe harm to us at all cost and silence "FREEDOM OF SPEECH" so again our site was down not because of us shutting down AnnetteMartini.Org but because of our enemies who want to silence Freedom Of Speech on the Internet and want to silence OUR TRUE STORY of persecution here in the United States.

There is no Internet Police but Diana Kliche who is a licensed Attorney but not for long in the State of California and her best friend Megan Berry Oshiro who is employed by the U.S. Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Justice who now is working at the B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals in Virginia think that they can break the Law and stalk and bully Political Refugees on the Internet by abusing their Authority as a Licensed Attorney to silence Freedom of Speech by getting our site of AnnetteMartini.Org suspended. Think Again!

I always warn my enemies on what will happen if they continue attacking us. Instead of Diana Kliche, Megan Berry Oshiro and now Maneesh Sharma walking away from Persecuting us they decided to Threaten Us with a frivolous Lawsuit to Extort Money from Political Refugees, and continue attacking our website of AnnetteMartini.Org by contacting our Hosting Company and getting our site suspended with more lies.

Actually, Megan's story was buried at the Bottom of AnnetteMartini.Org and the story against Megan Berry Oshiro was already starting to die away but it was Megan Berry Oshiro who used her best friend Diana Suzanne Kliche to send us threatening, insane, bizarre and wild allegations filled with lies that now puts Megan Berry Oshiro back on the top list of our stories of what wild, bizarre, insane lies can do to persecute and destroy innocent people and to especially Legal Political Refugees!

Our Millions and Millions of Daily Visitors all know who Megan Berry Oshiro is and so does the entire world but for the new visitors that want to catch up on the story .... here goes a short version of Megan Berry Oshiro.

We first met Megan Berry Oshiro on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at the U.S. Immigration Court located in Los Angeles, California.

Megan Berry Oshiro at that time was working out of the Immigration Court in San Diego according to records from the Bar Society.

This was the first alarm bells because the Los Angeles Immigration Court was not her jurisdiction.

Megan Berry Oshiro made her first false report against us indicating that the U.S. Government did not know what our P.O.E. - Port of Entry was. (Lie Number one)

Then Megan Berry Oshiro who at that time was Megan Berry told (Lie Number 2) in open Court indicating that she has no idea where our files are. (Lie Number 2).

However, Megan Berry Oshiro or Megan Berry or Megan Alice Berry or Megan Alice Berry Oshiro just purged herself twice that day but she was not arrested, of course.

For our Visitors information, this LIE of not finding our files is used over and over again in Immigration Court to allow the Government Attorneys and the Immigration Judges more time to persecute Legal Political Refugees by adding more false charges and to add more time so they never have to respond to any Motions that a Legal Refugee or Legal Immigrant files in this so called Court which is only administrative proceedings in an office building and not a stand alone Court.

When I showed the presiding Immigration Judge a "Confirmation Signature Green Card" that we received back from the U.S. Postal Service with a confirmation signature, Megan Berry Oshiro came up with the next lie (Lie Number 3) that our files must be in Virginia.

Hello!!!! Smell the coffee!!!

Why would our files be in Virginia if we had a Court Appearance in Los Angeles, California and the District Counsel which is the Government Attorneys are in the same building as the Immigration Court but on the 8th floor in Los Angeles, California.

However, the next violation was that Megan Berry Oshiro had only 10 days to respond to our First Motion - Motion To Terminate False Removal Proceedings of which Megan Berry Oshiro refused to respond to the serious allegations against the corrupt U.S. Homeland Security.

By Law here in the United States our Motion had a HIGH PRIORITY and should have been heard on the scheduled Court Appearance on Thursday, February 15, 2007 but it was NOT HEARD that day.

We were ready to proceed but Megan Berry Oshiro continued with her lies indicating again that she had no idea where our files were and she needed extra time to find our files.

We were ready to face our enemies and we were prepared to proceed with the Court and have our Motion heard but Megan Berry Oshiro told so many lies in Court that she actually believes her own lies.

The Laws here in the United States of America is that if the Opposition (including the Government) did not file papers with the Courts opposing the Motion then that Motion will be deemed UNOPPOSED !

What the Law is, is not what the Courts or the Judges follow and I found that out after dealing with the World's Most Corrupt Court which is the U.S. Immigration Court in Los Angeles.

The Presiding "IJ" Immigration Judge on Thursday, February 15, 2007 which was Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., gave Megan Berry Oshiro until June 1, 2007 to find our files. (Over 3 Months) to find our files but of course our files was always on the 8th Floor and a new court date was scheduled.

However there was no response to our Motion - First Motion To Terminate False Removal Proceedings from Megan Berry Oshiro or from the U.S. Homeland Security, or from President George W. Bush, or from the then U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.

No response from any Government Employees in the entire United States.

I investigated Megan Berry Oshiro in February 2007 and discovered that she lied in Court in every single case about the Defendants. She told the same lie over and over and over again indicating that she does not know where the "ALIENS" files are!

She has told so many lies but she is still employed by the U.S. Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Justice.

It seems that the only employees that the United States hires are either Mentally Disturbed, Liars, or members of the Freemasons, the Inns, The Order etc., that are nothing but Terrorists who attack innocent people to get their thrills or fix of the day just like a Drug Addict needs a shot every few hours and so does the Government Employees that are CORRUPT and on THE TAKE.

Around April or May 2007 Megan Berry Oshiro was transferred to the B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals in Virginia.

In June 2007 we filed an Appeal to the B.I.A. and of course you know who handled that Appeal to make sure it would be thrown out which is Megan Berry Oshiro who was intentionally place at the B.I.A. to have our Appeals dismissed.

Of course we kept on getting no charges almost every time we appeared at the Immigration Court.

Now, Ingrid Heather Abrash joins the persecution against us.

The Government NEVER had any proof against us and we said this since late 2006 to the current date in all Court Filings.

We both kept on demanding to see the PROOF to their FALSE CHARGES but every time we went to Court the charges always changed.

It started with Charlie Crist in Florida who is now the current Governor of Florida and it also started with Edward Harris who is employed by the U.S. Homeland Security in Arlington, Virginia...ding...ding...ding...ding..... Edward Harris is in Virginia and so is Megan Berry Oshiro.

It was the duty of Megan Berry Oshiro and her obligation to make sure that the Government that she is employed by has 100% proof to back up any charges. It is also her duty and obligation acting perhaps as a prosecutor to make sure that there is 100% solid information or solid proof to start to prosecute someone.

If there is NO PROOF or NO EVIDENCE it was Megan Berry Oshiro ethic duty as a Government Attorney to immediately terminate the case because her name and her license is supposed to be riding on the truth and nothing but the truth.

WHERE IS THE PROOF and WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE?

There was never any proof against us and there was no evidence to support the charges which was all FALSE!

We have a Legal Right to know what charges we were facing and to know and to see the proof from the Government which never happened.

We demanded time and time again to see the Evidence that the Government had against us so we could challenge them in Court but the Government had no proof and no evidence of which we knew of course because we were honest and we never broke any damn Laws here in the United States.

The First False Charge was that the P.O.E. - Port of Entry was Unknown.

Megan Berry Oshiro continued by abusing her authority and telling all the other Government Attorneys to continue with the same charge.

The Second False Charge is that after we proved that the first charge was false the second charge was that "you entered on or about July 24, 2002 through the P.O.E. of Plattsburgh, New York.

A STATEMENT, NOT A CHARGE.

The Third False Charge was "you only had permission to remain in the United States for 1 year which was changed over a year later to a:

Fourth False Charge which read, "you do not have permission to remain in the United States for 1 year.

We have been accused of being "Stowe-Aways" with no proof.

We have been accused of arriving in the U.S.A. on a Visa through the P.O.E. - Port of Entry of Miami, Florida and we overstayed our Visa. Again, with no proof whatsoever from the corrupt Government Employees.

Our true story and true nightmare is OUR STORY and we can post ANY COMMUNICATIONS and ANY LETTERS and ANY EMAILS that we deem fit to post on our site or anywhere on this planet.

Our TRUE STORY will NEVER be silenced and if you are a persecutor or a torturer or a corrupt Government Employee, or a corrupt Attorney, or a corrupt Judge and you walked into OUR LIFE and continued the persecution then YOU WILL BE EXPOSED not just on our website and not just all over the Internet but also in our Novels that we are writing and our future movies.

In August 2009 we filed a Lawsuit against all corrupt Government Employees as individuals that we held personally accountable and liable for conspiracy to commit murder, for lies and for persecuting Political Refugees.

Megan Berry Oshiro was named as a Defendant in that Lawsuit.

There were 15 names in that Lawsuit plus the John Does and Jane Does. No one and I repeat no one ever responded to that Lawsuit although everyone or Defendant that were named were served but no one responded.

What is the chance of having 15 people in a Lawsuit all not responding to the Lawsuit? Not even one.

As a Former Private Investigator and one who was the best in the world I started to put all the pieces of the puzzle together.

By Law if a Defendant does NOT RESPOND to a Complaint/Lawsuit a DEFAULT JUDGMENT MUST BE ENTERED BY THE COURT but this did NOT HAPPEN and I started investigating why this did not happen and who contacted all 15 people that were named in the Lawsuit and told them all not to respond to the Lawsuit.

Well, I received my answer and I wrote the article "NOW I KNOW WHO YOU ARE."

This article made Megan Berry Oshiro paranoid and it also made a lot of people paranoid especially among all the Defendants that were sued.

However, what really got Megan Berry Oshiro paranoid was on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 when her other partner in crime Ingrid Heather Abrash CONFESSED in closed Court indicating that the Government had NO PROOF or EVIDENCE AGAINST US of which we always knew for almost 4 years from the time the Government started the False Removal Proceedings against us in late 2006.

Now Megan Berry Oshiro EVIL PLOT was to get her best friend Diana Kliche or Diana Suzanne Kliche to send us a THREATENING LETTER filled with LIES and ORDERING US to REMOVE THE ARTICLE called, "Now I Know Who You Are" and remove Megan Berry Oshiro name OFF THE INTERNET and OFF THE BLOGS.

Well, there is a HUGE PROBLEM with this.

First of all, no schmuck of an Attorney who is best friends with my enemy which is Megan Berry Oshiro is going to order meee to remove my TRUE STORY and there is no way in God's Creation that our story or any story on our website will ever be removed.

Furthermore, I cannot control the Internet and nor can I control thousands and thousands of other sites that have my permission to post my articles or our articles on other sites. Nor do I have control of Google, Yahoo, MSN, Aol, DogPile or thousands of other Search Engines. Nor can I order Search Engines to take Megan Berry Oshiro off their Search Engines.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH is UNDER ATTACK by a corrupt Government Employee, Megan Berry Oshiro who used her Best Friend Diana Kliche to send a FALSIFIED EMAIL to our Hosting Company to have our site with our TRUE STORY shut down and suspended.

IT HAPPENED AGAIN THIS WEEKEND FOR TWO DAYS!
