AnnetteMartini.US and AnnetteMartini.Org was up since 2005. AnnetteMartini.US was shut down in 2005 for three days because of Charlie Crist who at that time was running for the Governor of Florida. We decided to change AnnetteMartini.US to AnnetteMartini.Org in January 2010 and create a Members Area because of all the attacks we were getting from Corrupt U.S. Government Employees. Yesterday, Thursday July 29th., 2010 we were busy on the road and later in the evening we noticed that AnnetteMartini.Org was SUSPENDED by our Hosting Company. It took me 15 seconds after communicating with the Hosting Company to find out why AnnetteMartini.Org was suspended and WHO was the CULPRIT. When we say that our sites are under ATTACK from corrupt Government Employees we always have the proof to back up our story. We also have the EVIDENCE to back up everything we say on AnnetteMartini.Org site. 15 seconds is all it took me to put our site back on line when we found out it was suspended and at the same time it only took me 15 seconds to find out who was the CULPRIT. DO YOU KNOW WHO OUR NEW ENEMIES ARE? We have been dealing with the same Hosting Company since 2002 and our hosting company knows us and knows of all the attacks we constantly get. We do monitor our sites 24/7 and we have lots of programs that monitor all activity. We are not interested in normal public visitors activity BUT we are interested in corrupt Government Employees activities on our site and STALKERS activities on our site. How many times have I written on my website that I used to be THE WORLD'S BEST PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR and that I can find out information on anyone within seconds and not years? Criminals actually think they can get away with a crime or with stalking or intimidating people behind a monitor but again they are dealing with one of the World's Best Private Investigator and a Computer Expert who does forensic work on computers, hard drives and I can easily trace illegal activity on the Internet. I also develop Highly Sophisticated Sensitive Programs for Governments and High Security Applications and I am also one of the BEST HACKERS but in Order to be an excellent Programmer you have to be an excellent Hacker to protect your data and your software to make sure that all your doors are closed to keep out the criminals. However, I do NOT use my expertise for illegal purposes! The question is: WHO IS OR WHO ARE OUR NEW ENEMIES? While the snakes have temporarily stopped their attacks against us momentarily out comes out of the closet THREE LAWYERS FROM THE PIT OF HELL who think that they can really hide behind a computer and monitor and do their illegal activities to harass, threaten and attack two Legal Political Refugees who are only telling the whole world their True Nightmare Story. We reserve THE RIGHT to be FREE Human Beings and we also reserve THE RIGHT to EXPOSE these CRIMINALS and their CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES on the Internet and beyond the Internet. We also have the Legal Right to practice our FIRST AMENDMENT CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT here in the United States of America which is FREEDOM OF SPEECH. I also have the Legal Right as a Former Free Lance Reporter to write any stories I see fit and post it where ever I see fit. In my entire life as a Former Journalist and a Former Private Investigator and one of the Best in the World I was never, ever sued for any articles I have ever written or any investigation work I have ever done. Now, we have NEW ENEMIES! Less than 30 days later from the first threat, harassment, stalking, intimidation letter we received, the LAWYERS from the PIT OF HELL strikes again! Diana Kliche, Megan Berry Oshiro or Megan Oshiro or Megan Alice Berry Oshiro or Megan Alice Oshiro and Maneesh Sharma STRIKES AGAIN! The reason why I now mention for the first time Maneesh Sharma from the so called unregistered Law Firm of SharmaKliche LLP is because Maneesh Sharma posted something on the Internet to a perspective client of which he gave Legal Advice and that Legal Advice was "CEASE AND DESIST ORDER." The same letter that Diana Kliche sent us which was " CEASE AND DESIST ORDER" which proves that Maneesh Sharma was also involved in this "EVIL PLOT." Furthermore, in the threatening Letter Diana Kliche used the word "WE" and not "I" which now implicates Maneesh Sharma as our new Public Enemy Number One along with Diana Kliche and Megan Oshiro. During my investigation against Diana Kliche and Megan Berry Oshiro I already determined that neither of these two Attorneys from the PIT OF HELL has the brain power to figure out who was my Hosting Company that was hosting AnnetteMartini.Org. However, Maneesh Sharma does have some computer skills but not much but enough to find out who was the Hosting Company and he is also the party that gave the idea of the "CEASE AND DESIST ORDER" to the other two criminals which is Diana Kliche and her partner in crime Megan Berry Oshiro. As a Former Private Investigator and again one of the best in the world I analyze every word, every sentence and the meaning behind that word. I also analyze the letter itself to see if it is original or fake. I also have a SPECIAL GIFT that allows me to know what is behind that Letter. I always find out who my enemies are and what is their next game plan so I can be prepared with either a Lawsuit or to have the criminal arrested. You cannot hide behind the monitor and think you can get away with it with your new lies and your new threats. You cannot go around and hide behind a monitor and contact someone's Hosting Company by threatening the Hosting Company that you will sue them if the site is not shut down because you will be caught and you will be busted. You cannot use anonymous emails and pretend you never sent anything because as long as you are on the Internet there is a big trail. You cannot call someone's bank and have all their bank accounts closed with more lies and have their credit cards all cancelled with your lies and think you can walk free. You definitely cannot abuse your authority as an Attorney or Lawyer and start stalking Legal Political Refugees, persecute them, torture them, stop them from making a living or stop them from TELLING their TRUE STORY. You cannot silence FREEDOM OF SPEECH by abusing your authority as an attorney. You cannot be a criminal and be an attorney at the same time. You cannot be a Freemason or a Terrorist and think you are going to heaven when you die. I already investigated Maneesh Sharma and discovered that he is a member of the Freemasons, a Terrorist Organization. I already investigated Diana Suzanne Kliche and Megan Alice Berry Oshiro and already determined that they also belong to the Freemasons, Female Division and they are Terrorists trying to terrorize Legal Political Refugees which is us. I have never been sued in my entire life for an article I have ever written or any investigation work because my enemies never had any proof but I have all the evidence against them. A handful of Attorneys were forbidden from practicing Law for the rest of their lives because they sent us threatening emails. An insurance agent in New York was fired from MetLife for sending us a harassing and threatening email and his excuse was that somebody broke into his house, logged into his Yahoo Account and sent us a threatening email. Another criminal's story but the person who allegedly broke into his house did not steal his computer. I have heard it all before and nothing ever surprises me which is the words that come out of a criminal's mouth when they are busted. From the time you get hooked up to the internet or wherever you get hooked up at or use your internet services at and from the time you turn your computer on there is a Log Sheet and there is a trace. Yahoo, Hotmail and all other free email accounts and business email accounts are monitored by the U.S. Homeland Security who uses AT&T to suck up every communications on the Internet. Yahoo and Hotmail and other free email accounts are all monitored by the F.B.I. Whatever email you send out the FEDS all have a copy of. The F.B.I. looks for certain key words which I will not mention here and if you mention any of those key words in your email then they immediately get an alert copy of your email or the email from the stalker. The Internet is like one big huge DNA. Each computer has its own DNA which can be traced by any Police Agency or Best Private Investigators. The source of that email is always known. The location of that email is always known. You are sending your own DNA all over the Internet but criminals continue thinking they will never get caught and then when they are finally busted they plead not guilty and find some damn excuse to get out of their crimes. Criminals commit crimes because they actually believe they will not get caught and that is the only reason but a repeat offender of a crime or persecution goes into a panic mode when they are busted. We filed TWO COMPLAINTS to the UNITED NATIONS against our enemies thirty days apart from each other. Now less than 30 days later a THIRD COMPLAINT is being sent to the UNITED NATIONS. Another Complaint is being sent to the F.B.I., to the U.S. Homeland Security, to the U.S. State Department, U.S. Department of Justice and another Complaint is being forwarded to the California Bar Society. As a former Private Investigator you analyze everything and many times you go on theories but the theories have to be proven to be true and it can be proven to be true within a short period of time. You even have to analyze a criminal's behavior to be the best in the industry. Diana Kliche sent us a threatening, intimidating, harassing, obscene and bizarre letter on June 28, 2010. However, she wrote the Letter on June 24, 2010 but did not mail it for 4 days. As a Former Private Investigator you have to put your mind in the criminal's mind. Why the 4 days wait? My theory is that Diana Kliche knew she was doing something wrong and she waited and waited and waited for 4 days before she sent the Letter out. The other theory I have is that Diana Kliche knew she was doing something wrong but then her best friend Megan Berry Oshiro promised her best friend Diana Kliche that if she sent this threatening Letter to us she will help her friend Diana Kliche get a nice cushioned job at the U.S. Homeland Security and work out of the Los Angeles Immigration Office. My theories are ALWAYS, ALWAYS CORRECT. First of all, Diana Kliche LIED by saying that Megan Berry Oshiro is her client and a criminal always gets busted. So after we exposed Diana Kliche, less than 30 days later Diana Kliche THREATENS our Hosting Company with a Lawsuit if they do not permanently shut down our site of AnnetteMartini.Org. Now, I wonder what is with this 30 days later of committing her second crime. First of all, someone who is an alcoholic goes on a binge every thirty days and commits crimes. Someone who is a drug addict will also go on a binge every thirty days and commit a crime. Someone who has severe mental illness also goes crazy every thirty days which I have written stories about this in the past after a full investigation. Other criminals do their crimes during a full moon. Diana Kliche attacks were done on the 28 of June and the 29 of July which are around 30 days apart from each other. Diana Kliche who is a criminal by her own choice and her own free will, actually thought she would never get busted in her second crime against us where she told more lies. In the email below Diana Kliche sent to our Hosting Company, she indicated that she has a pending trademark on her Law Firm and 5 seconds after my investigation work I discovered that there is NO PENDING TRADEMARK on SharmaKliche LLP, SharmaKliche, Sharma Kliche or Diana Kliche. The Trademark Office in the U.S.A. will show if there was any pending trademarks or any application for a Trademark or a name reserved for a trademark. There was no pending trademarks of any kind for Diana Kliche or her Law Firm. Furthermore, you cannot do a trademark on a corporation or an LLC or LLP or a Company and you cannot do a trademark on two words but you can do a trademark on a brand name which consists of two words. Furthermore, you can only do a trademark if you are selling products under that trademark name. You cannot do a trademark on a Law Firm. Diana Kliche is currently at this moment a licensed Attorney in the State of California but she does not have the brains to be an Attorney but she does not need to have any brains to be a criminal. Diana Kliche is busted again and so is the co-defendant Megan Berry Oshiro and so is Maneesh Sharma another co-defendant. How long will they maintain their Attorney License? When will they be finally arrested and charged? Is it going to be the United States that will be arresting them and charging them first or is it going to be an International Arrest warrant first for attacking and persecuting Political Refugees? Diana Kliche, Megan Berry Oshiro and Maneesh Sharma dared to cross that line to violate FREEDOM OF SPEECH and to have AnnetteMartini.Org SUSPENDED or permanently shut down for their own criminal gains. AnnetteMartini.Org is back on line and will remain on line forever and no criminals are going to silence our story or stop us from posting on the Internet their criminal threatening Letters sent to us. For a long time now we have been getting harassing and intimidating phone calls even on our new number! Is it Diana Kliche that is responsible for these phone calls? Is it Megan Berry Oshiro that is responsible for those calls? Is it the Attorneys at the Los Angeles Immigration Courts who use their friends to intimidate us? All phone calls have been recorded for International Courts who have told us to record all calls as evidence of criminal activities. The phone calls and Megan Berry Oshiro voice and Diana Kliche voice are all going to be analyzed to see if the calls came from them. Diana Kliche strikes again and left her fingerprints on the email she sent to our Hosting Company which means her computer's DNA. I will be suing Diana Kliche, Megan Berry Oshiro and Maneesh Sharma in the future! The only company that ever sued me was THE HARTFORD because of a Lie from my former Attorney and I counter sued THE HARTFORD and their Attorneys for a Billion Dollars and THE HARTFORD dropped the lawsuit like a hot potato and ran away after I supplied my evidence. When is the F.B.I. going to arrest Diana Kliche, Megan Berry Oshiro and Maneesh Sharma and all that were involved in our False Removal Proceedings and Political Persecution and Political Torture?
