POSTED: THURSDAY, APRIL 28, 2011 - TIME 1:55 PM by Anthony Martini OUR RESPONSE TO THE B.I.A. - BOARD OF IMMIGRATION APPEALS AND TO INGRID ABRASH FRAUDULENT, FRIVOLOUS, LUNATIC APPEAL! AND MOTION FOR F.B.I. TO DO FORENSICS ON EDITED TAPES AND TRANSCRIPTS
We just filed our Response to the B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeal in response to the persecutor Ingrid Abrash falsified and frivolous Appeal that she deliberately sent to the wrong mailing address to make sure that we do NOT respond to the B.I.A. Ingrid Abrash was initially supposed to file her Brief to her Fraudulent and Frivolous Appeal on March 23, 2011. However, on the last day she was supposed to file her Brief to her Appeal to the Board she sent the B.I.A. a Fax requesting an extension of time to file her Brief. Of course we cannot send the B.I.A. a Fax because Respondents which is us are NOT permitted to do so. Furthermore, if we had filed the Appeal first against Judge Rodin Rooyani's Order dated Friday, August 13, 2010 then we would have had to PAY for the Appeal. Ingrid Abrash has NEVER PAID for any Appeals she ever fraudulently filed to the "Board" or B.I.A. which is totally a one sided show and kangaroo Court. Our initial Brief and Response to the B.I.A. was for April 13, 2011. What is with the number 13 that the Government likes? It must be a symbolic gesture for the "Free Masons" but for the rest of the world the number 13 is an unlucky number or anyone who is superstitious. The Board or B.I.A. granted Ingrid Abrash last second change or request demanding for an extension of time. Let us not forget that Ingrid Abrash filed an Appeal on September 13, 2010 and then filed ANOTHER Appeal on the SAME Appeal in February, 2011. Unfortunately, we do not have a scanner anymore or a printer because we lost our apartment and most of our things were stolen out of storage including computers, hard drives, backups and evidence although I had a backup and put it in a safe secure place for all my evidence against Canada and the United States for their persecution. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot scan Ingrid Abrash fraudulent and ludicrous and falsified Appeal full of lies but we are posting our Response and our Brief and our Motion that we have just sent of which the Board or B.I.A. has just received today April 28, 2011 at 10:55 A.M. Eastern Time and signed by W. Spencer. Of course Ingrid Abrash only pays for regular postage which cost the Government $1.56 and of course Ingrid Abrash only faxed her Appeal and Brief to the "Board" or the B.I.A. but we were forced to send our Brief and Response overnight. A one sided Kangaroo Court! In Ingrid Abrash fraudulent, frivolous, ludicrous Appeal she continues like a warped record to say that no matter what the "Board" decides and even if the "Board" decides in our favor then we are still removable out of the United States anyway which shows Ingrid Abrash total disrespect for Court decisions and decisions made by the Judges in Immigration Court. In Ingrid Abrash folly and frenzy to win at all cost she is willing to go above and beyond the law to persecute us and torture us with her ludicrous lies even to the point of making sure that we are MURDERED! It appears to me that the American Government only hires PERSECUTORS, TORTURERS, MURDERERS, PSYCHO WARDS, ALCOHOLICS, COCAINE HEADS, POT HEADS and MENTALLY DISTURBED individuals because the American Government does NOT like honest people to work for them. What Ingrid Abrash, James Michael Left, Edward Lepkowitz, Megan Oshiro (Megan Alice Berry Oshiro) William Joseph Martin Jr., Judge Rodin Rooyani (Judge from Iran) John W. Salter, Thomas Y. K. Fong, Robert Bryant, Tara Naselow, Kevin Riley, Edward R. Grant, Garry D. Mulphrus, Hugh G. Mullane, Indira Joy Cameron Banks, Susan Valerie Gelmis, Debra Workeneh and James S. Stolley and others keep on forgetting is that we are VERY SERIOUS about taking our PERSECUTORS to the INTERNATIONAL COURTS BOTH CIVIL and CRIMINAL and to the UNITED NATIONS not to mention the two Presidents of the United States, five Attorney Generals, two Secretary of State and three Secretary of the former INS and the U.S. Homeland Security. Let us also not forget Andrew J. Gilford and David O. Carter. At this time we are not going to mention if all those names above have been brought to the International Community and to the International Court's Attention but we will mention that these names were filed to the United Nations as PERSECUTORS and TORTURERS of the United States of America that PERSECUTES the INNOCENT and POLITICAL REFUGEES. We will also say that all these names mentioned have been forwarded off to World Leaders. These PERSECUTORS might be shocked at the end of the day when they are forever banned from traveling outside of the United States. Who knows there could already be an International Arrest Warrant for these names that we have mentioned but for now our lips are totally sealed and we cannot discuss any current or pending Court Proceedings outside of the United States. Sometime in March we did receive a huge envelope from the B.I.A. or the "Board" in a TORN brown envelope that was dated March 2, 2011 and in this big, huge TORN brown envelope were the TRANSCRIPTS of the entire Court proceedings from 2007 to the current date. The transcripts consisted of 421 pages of TOTALLY, CRIMINALLY EDITED TRANSCRIPTS that was done with FULL INTENT from the previous Immigration Judge, Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., and his criminal friends who are all "Free Masons" that are U.S. Government Attorneys that represents the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that are ALL FULL OF CORRUPTION. Over 90% of the entire transcripts in what we said in Court from 2007 to May 26, 2010 are ALL INAUDIBLE and I mean almost EVERYTHING that we said in Court in all those years are all TOTALLY WIPED OUT with FULL CRIMINAL INTENT! Did the transcriber Angelina Becerra from Deposition Services Inc. get paid from the B.I.A. or the D.O.J. or D.H.S. to deliberately tamper with all the transcripts to make it sound like we were crazy or did she actually write what was on the tapes which were all tampered with and edited anyway. Yes, the tapes and the transcripts were DEFINITELY CRIMINALLY TAMPERED with! What appeared in one Court Appearance was pasted in another Court Appearance on the tapes. This is the reason why it took Judge Rodin Rooyani from October 2010 to February 2011 to finally give the "Board" or the B.I.A. the tapes that the B.I.A. demanded because Judge Rodin Rooyani was too busy EDITING her own tapes along with Ingrid Abrash. Once again let us not forget that we sued Ingrid Abrash in 2009 but we were still forced to appear in front of this PERSECUTOR! In one of my previous articles I thanked Judge Rodin Rooyani for being a just Judge but I certainly "take all that back" because after I saw her Order dated Friday, August 13, 2010 I finally determined that Judge Rodin Rooyani, the Judge from Iran is the worse PERSECUTOR, TORTURER and LIAR than the previous Judge, William Joseph Martin Jr. Furthermore, Judge Rodin Rooyani is NOT even qualified to be an Immigration Judge. I will go a step further and say that Judge Rodin Rooyani is a "man hater." The Court and especially the Immigration Court is no place for a "man hater" Judge or a "persecuting Judge" or a Judge with "no Immigration experience whatsoever." I personally conducted a full investigation on Judge Rodin Rooyani to determine that first of all she is a "man hater" and she is a Judge from Iran who is a Muslim and who hates "Christians and Catholics" in her Court. Furthermore Judge Rodin Rooyani was picked as a Judge by the B.I.A. to give terrorists from Iran their immediate Citizenship. We are dealing with "one sided kangaroo courts" because the "Board" or B.I.A. ONLY listens to a "one sided story." They don't listen to us as the Respondents or to any Political Refugee! It doesn't matter to the B.I.A. or "Board" that Ingrid Abrash IS a LIAR. Nor does it matter to the B.I.A. that Ingrid Abrash filed numerous falsified, ludicrous and fraudulent Appeals because the "Board" always SIDES WITH THE GOVERNMENT and the CORRUPT GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. We already know what Order the B.I.A. or the "Board is going to issue. We already know in advance what is going to happen. The B.I.A. or the "Board never sides with Justice or Political Refugees and if they do once in a while it is only a game they are playing so their Government Employees can file an Appeal to the Appellant Court and this is how the American Government and the Department of Justice makes their MONEY by TORTURING innocent and honest Political Refugees like we are as the Respondents. An Immigration Judge is supposed to make sure that his or her Final Order is totally "Unopposed" by the corrupt Government Attorneys. On Monday, March 31, 2008 the previous Immigration Judge, William Joseph Martin Jr. INVITED the Opposition which is the Government Attorneys from D.H.S. which are "OUR ENEMIES" to file an Appeal. On Friday, August 13, 2010 the Judge from Iran, Judge Rodin Rooyani again "INVITED" the Opposition to file an Appeal. Both times the lunatic Ingrid Abrash filed her frivolous, ludicrous and falsified Appeal to the B.I.A. When an Immigration Judge terminates a false removal proceedings not once but twice by law they should have changed our Status from "permanently pending" to American Citizenship and that is the law but TWO IMMIGRATION JUDGES FAILED because it was DELIBERATELY done to "leave us pending forever and ever and SUFFER THE ULTIMATE GROSS HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE in history. The only honest Judge that we dealt with was Judge Victoria L. Ghartey who "granted our Change of Venue" from the U.S. Immigration Court located in Orlando, Florida and transferred our Immigration Files to the U.S. Immigration Court in Los Angeles, California and Judge Victoria L. Ghartey made sure that her Order was totally "UNOPPOSED" by the Government and the Government Attorneys which was in January 2007. Nothing was ever mentioned by the Government Attorneys from February 15, 2007 Court Appearance to Wednesday, May 26, 2010 by any Government Attorneys. Now all of a sudden the infamous, criminal, persecutor and torturer Ingrid Abrash mentions that Judge Victoria L. Ghartey erred in her Order in 2007 and she mentions this in her Brief she has just filed. Ingrid Abrash is totally mentally disturbed! You cannot legally mention something that happened in 2007 on your current Appeal or Brief when this has never been discussed before or has never been an issue before. I fully investigated every single person that "touched our files" whether they are Government Attorneys or they were Immigration Judges. I know every single "persecutors home address and what they do." I
also have known for a "very long time" that Ingrid Abrash has a
side business called, "Nicker and Bark, LLC" and that she has a website at http://www.nickerandbark.com and her other website at http://ingridabrash.mp/ The "PERSECUTOR" of Political Refugees "BRAGS" all over the Internet that she is employed by the Department of Homeland Security in order to drum up 'new businesses" for her side job but she "fails" to mention that she is a NUMBER ONE PERSECUTOR in Los Angeles, California and who knows how many Political Refugees she has persecuted with her bullshit and her lies and how many Political Refugees she has actually "sent to their execution." It makes me totally sick and it makes my wife Annette Martini even sicker to know that a "PERSECUTOR" of the Human Race Ingrid Abrash is touching animals and especially horses and dogs because of our love for horses and dogs. My wife Annette Martini cannot stand the fact that Ingrid Abrash would even place her hands on beautiful horses because of Annette's love for thoroughbreds and Arabians since she was a little girl. Is Ingrid Abrash torturing animals that she is handling because a "torturer of the human race" will also be a "torturer of animals"? Does Ingrid Abrash leave her Government job early to go to her side business? I say yes she does. Perhaps we should get a subpoena to see how many hours Ingrid Abrash spends at the U.S. Immigration Court and then we will find out how many times she lied to the Government about her hours at work where in actual fact she was far too busy at the other job at her other business and the "taxpayers" have been paying her for many years to be at her side business! Perhaps I should get a subpoena to see if she actually paid her taxes with respect to her "side job." If you go to the California Website to check on companies and corporations you will see that Ingrid Abrash business is registered to her "residence." I have already done my investigation work and I know what each of my "persecutors" do on a daily business including cheating the I.R.S. with their "side jobs" and that they actually do not spend that many hours at the U.S. Immigration Court. In plain English they are paid by the "taxpayers' to put in 40 hours a week at the work place but they "don't" because they leave around two to three o'clock in the afternoon and most of the time they leave around noon and sometimes they only go to the U.S. Immigration Court for one hour and then leave. The "taxpayers" gives them a laptop where they continuously go on our website and send communications to my enemies. I know my "enemies" have been contacting Canada! How do I know this? Only yesterday I caught someone on our website from the B.I.A. in Virginia and two minutes later four R.C.M.P. Officers were on our website from the link that was given to them from an email. I wasn't born yesterday because I know who is on my site and how they got to my site and their IPs were already blocked. Actually 97% of Canada have been blocked from our site. The entire D.O.J. and D.H.S. have been totally blocked from our website because they continue to hack into our website. Other police agencies here in the United States including the F.B.I. have also been blocked from our websites. The Courts, the Immigration Court and also the District Courts and the Superior Court of California have also been blocked from our website. The reasons why I block our enemies from our website including the D.H.S. and the D.O.J. is because they have been constantly hacking into our website and defacing our website and our other websites. How do you think I got Ingrid Abrash home address the first time? How do you think I got William Joseph Martin Jr., home address the first time in 2007? How do you think I got everybody's home address that are my enemies from day one including the home address of my enemy Megan Berry Oshiro? They "all" went to my website at home using a Government issued laptop paid by the "taxpayers" of course! A Government Employee from D.H.S. which is the Department of Homeland Security hacked into our website in February 2011 and started sending emails from our email accounts to all Government Employees and Government Agencies to buy viagra. This loser of a corrupt Government Employee was trying to get us in trouble with all Agencies to get us arrested. Of course this Government Hacker also deleted the log sheets but he forgot to delete his fingerprints in my back door. The only way that the Government could hack into my websites is getting the UserID and password from my hosting company of which they gave them time and time again. The corrupt Government Employees actually thought that if they hacked into my website they would stop my program from sending to world politicians, world media and citizens of the world. Did they actually think I was really that stupid? My program is not on AnnetteMartini.Org or AnnetteMartini.US but my program is somewhere in space. I said I am a Computer Expert and one of the best and not an idiot. The corrupt Government Employees will never find my program. Furthermore, when they attack my websites my website is sending a signal to my program to attack their computers. So sooner or later their computers are going to be "fried" and they will never discover it. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth and a "hack for a hack"! I wasn't born yesterday and I do protect what I can protect! You hack into my websites then my program hacks into your computers and who knows what information I obtained from the hackers computers for hacking into my websites! In February 2011 I noticed that a corrupt Government Employee installed a program on my website sending invoices to Government Employees about Viagra and they made it look like it came from my website. What a bunch of cowards and sick human beings. What a bunch of psychos! Ingrid Abrash "LIED" to the B.I.A. but what else is new! The only way she got her job is not because she was qualified to work for the Government and not because of what she knows but who she blew! We already know in advance what the B.I.A. is going to do because do not forget I have accused the "Board of Immigration Appeals" known as the "Board" or the B.I.A. of participating in the "persecution, torture and murder of hundreds of thousands of Legal Political Refugees." Furthermore the United Nations does not recognize the U.S. Immigration Courts or the B.I.A. "PERIOD" and nor do we. We also "DEMAND" that the "TAPES" used in Immigration Courts "MUST' never, ever be controlled by Immigration Judges ever again so they will never, ever again "TAMPER" with the tapes and we also "DEMAND" that the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security use the "LATEST TECHNOLOGY" which is "DIGITAL RECORDINGS" that everyone can hear and not a "PREHISTORIC" recorder that emits sounds of "chipmunks." We also "DEMAND" that "Immigration Judges" NEVER CONTROL OR HAVE ACCESS TO STOP AND START AND EDIT THE TAPES" EVER AGAIN! We also "DEMAND" that "VIDEO RECORDINGS be conducted in Immigration Courts and made public and be accessed by the Public so the Public can finally witness the "PERSECUTION" going on by corrupt Government Attorneys and corrupt Immigration Judges. We are not afraid for the world to see actual persecution going on in Immigration Courts and District Courts under the American Flag. Why do you think the Federal Government does not want "video recordings" in Court? It is because the American Government is so corrupt and so are all American Judges and American Government Attorneys!
