We have showed the entire proof of all the Human Rights Abuse that was Caused by Corrupt U.S. Homeland Security and the Corrupt Government Employees.

Did anyone come to our Rescue?

The answer is NO!

While only 2 Angels helped us here in the U.S.A. from 2006-2009 they could not help anymore as of December 2009.

The End of the Road for us is on Friday, October 22, 2010.

We had nearly 11 Billion Visits Coming to both of our sites of AnnetteMartini.US and AnnetteMartini.Org.

I am talking about visits and not visitors.

Almost, everyone in the world came to our site from 1-10 Times per day reading our Nightmare and seeing all of our evidence.

I wasted my time writing or recording Audios.

Almost everyone worldwide had full knowledge of the Human Rights Abuse against us who are Legal Political Refugees.

While maybe some people made Phone Calls either to U.S. Homeland Security or to my enemies or to The White House, hardly anyone donated.

Of course my enemies made sure that My Freedom of Speech and Exposing Corruption would be silenced forever.

The Corrupt Employees at the U.S. Homeland Security made sure that they stopped a disabled man from making any money on the Internet to keep their Gross Human Rights Abuse a Secret forever.

The Corrupt Employees at the U.S. Homeland Security like Megan Berry Oshiro had our sites shut down many times.

We wasted 4 years in California trying to get Justice against the Corrupt U.S. Homeland Security and others with Lawsuits.

The Last thing I ever expected was for a U.S. District Judge Andrew J. Guilford to open up his wallet and accept kickbacks from the same Fraudulent Organization of U.S. Homeland Security and the Corrupt U.S. Department of Justice that filled his wallet and deep pockets to toss out all of my Lawsuits without us ever going to trial.

I studied Law for over 4 Years at a University to become a lawyer so I know what the hell I am talking about.

I expected that an Immigration Judge like Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., would see that we were in False Removal Proceedings and stop our False Removal Proceedings but again his wallet and deep pockets were totally filled with Bribe Money to Torture TWO HONEST LEGAL POLITICAL REFUGEES!

I expected that a New Immigration Judge will see through the Hot Air and all the Bullshit from the Corrupt U.S. Homeland Security and the Corrupt U.S. Department of Justice and Immediately Terminate our False Removal Proceedings and award us with Immediate American Citizenship and Reward us with All the Money that we wasted fighting the evil corruption.

Instead Judge Rodin Rooyani a Judge from Iran opened up her Pockets and she personally continued the persecution against two honest Political Refugees.

I expected that President George W. Bush and U.S. Attorney General John David Ashcroft would keep their word on the news when they told the entire world on CNN and FOX news around late 2001 or early 2002 that they welcomed anyone who had Technology and they would give them immediate Citizenship.

I responded to that call for help with Technology.

Instead Bush and Ashcroft only awarded their Friends and the Secret Societies with a 15 Billion Contract that was ONLY a database that will never protect the U.S.A. in a million years.

These idiots all make me laugh!

My System would have prevented any attacks here in the U.S.A.

I ONLY asked in return for Freedom for My Wife and I, Immediate American Citizenship and Emergency Financial Help and Housing.

I was not asking for Billions of Dollars Not even Millions of Dollars BUT only the Bare Necessities of Life which was food, clothing and shelter.

Was that too much to ask for?

In return I only received a dumb letter from the U.S. Justice Department and the Former INS saying "Thank You for trying to keep the Homeland Safe."

No help and NOTHING else!

My System was a SEVEN STAR that would have secured the United States by Land, Sea and Air.

Where in the hell do you think that BUSH and ASHCROFT came up with the idea of LAND, SEA AND AIR?

Do you actually think that the U.S. Attorney General or the President of the United States are actually that SMART?

NOT!

I expected and BEGGED for ONLY EMERGENCY HELP from The White House and The U.S. State Department and the U.S. Department of Justice BUT all my pleadings and Begging got me nowhere except to live in the Streets for 4 Years starving with my wife Annette.

Sure, we went to all the Churches in Florida for four years. Sure we went to the Welfare Office in Florida for four years and all we got was NO! NO! NO!

That is all we have ever received.

We started AnnetteMartini.US exposing the Gross Human Rights Abuse caused by the President of the United States and The White House and the Bush Administration.

We posted all the Proof.

Instead of Donations or help I only got F.U. emails from Americans that said the following:

"If you do not like it here then go back to your F'N Home."

"Why should I help You and your Wife."

"Why are you saying things like that, the US is a Great Country."

"Why don't you lazy assholes go and work."

"If I find you I am going to shoot you both."

"Get the F'N out of the USA."

"Go back to Canada and take the Mad cows with you."

"Go on Welfare."

"Go to the Food Banks."

"Get the F'N out of my Country."

"I hope that you both die on the streets."

The nasty emails just got nastier and nastier for a short period of time.

I started to post all the Proof and evidence.

Once in awhile I would get some nutcase still sending me threatening messages.

After we posted all the proof on our site with legal documents, letters from The White House, Letters from the BUSH ADMINISTRATION, letters from the U.S. State Department, the I.N.S., the U.S. Homeland Security and all other agencies, I thought that Americans and People from around the World would help!

I thought that the word Compassion would be in the forefront!

Eight Years and Three Months later I can honestly say that there is No one out in this world that is Compassionate.

There is really less then a handful that are but only less then a handful of people really helped a little and only 2 Americans that helped us from September 2006 - December 2009.

So there are 350 Million People living here in the Good Ole USA and only 2 Americans helped us.

Less then 12 people donated a total of $200.00 from May 2005 to the present.

Was it my writing that was the problem or was it the audios that was the problem?

It wasn't the proof because all the proof is posted on our website!

I finally realized that People not just in the USA but around the world that came to our website care more for Animals and not Humans.

That is why Fox News does a Dog Story or a Stupid Cat Story every so often.

Don't Get me wrong I love Animals but HUMANS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE FIRST!

Over 11 Billion Visits to our website and everyone thought that the next person would donate!

WRONG!

I only begged for the bare necessities of life and no one gave a CRAP!

I actually thought that the Justices at the United States Supreme Court would see through all of my Appeals that the U.S. Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Justice and the Judges violated every law against us here in the United States of America and would STOP my Execution and the False Removal Proceedings.

I believed in the Justices at the United States Supreme Court and I believed that I would get Justice.

Boy was I ever wrong!!!

I never anticipated that the OLD FARTS at the United States Supreme Court were all Active Members of the Secret Societies like the Freemasons, The Inns of the Court, The Order etc., which are all Terrorist Organizations!

I honestly thought that the Justices would put a Stay on our False Removal Proceedings.

I even sent a "STAY" to Justice Clarence Thomas. I thought that an African American would know about how it feels to be persecuted. I could honestly say that I had a little faith in Justice Clarence Thomas and the United States Supreme Court, BUT any little faith that I had in Justice Clarence Thomas and the United States Supreme Court and the American Legal System was all FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET!!!!

Justice Clarence Thomas DENIED our "EMERGENCY STAY", actually our STAY was denied twice by the Freemasons and the Secret Societies that are all Justices at the United States Supreme Court.

It is Secret Societies who run your Supreme Court here in the United States!

NOW LETS SEE HOW MANY AFRICAN AMERICANS THAT ARE IN POWER OR WERE IN POWER refused to help us out or did nothing at all and allowed the Persecution to escalate against us down below:

There was Condoleezza Rice. Condoleezza Rice who was the 66th Secretary of State.

There was Justice Clarence Thomas from the United States Supreme Court.

There was Eric H. Holder Jr., from the U.S. Department of Justice.

There was Edward Harris who worked for the U.S. Homeland Security who started this False Removal Proceedings.

AND LET US NOT FORGET PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA who had full knowledge of our situation before he became the 44th President and after he became a President.

Each one of these African Americans were also full members of the Terrorist Organization, The Freemasons, The Order etc.

All of these Terrorist Organizations are a Branch Off the K.K.K.

Now why in the hell would an African American be a full member of the K.K.K.?

Beats me. I guess they were paid royally to persecute other African Americans and try to get the African American Votes.

I really thought that at least the African American Leaders of American Departments like the D.O.J. and others would know what it feels like since the United States Persecuted the Black Community for over 300 years and still does.

Again a Freemason and a Secret Society Member will use Jews, African Americans, Hispanic Members etc to persecute their own race and others.

Our True Story went around the World at least 1 Million Times.

Did anyone mainly here in the USA give a DAMN about Two Honest Political Refuges that are suffering?

All evidence was posted on our site from 2005 to the current date and no one helped!

I believe Charity starts at home so since we are here in the United States I really thought that the Americans would come to our rescue.

I guess all of my prayers went totally unanswered!

While ONLY two Americans helped us, they could no longer help us at all and that put us back in hell!

Everyone around the world have seen our proof over and over and over again

but everyone relied on the next person to donate or help out.

Meanwhile, we were starving and no one cared or cares!

I am dying and no one cared or cares!

I have no Heart Pills and no one cared or cares!

I am disabled and no one cared or cares!

I remember a story that I must share with the entire world.

Here is a short version:

I used to be a Freelance Reporter.

I lived in Caracas, Venezuela for many years.

One Day I was having a Cup of Coffee at the Coffee Shop.

I looked out the window and saw a frail, old Man with clothes disintegrating, going through the Garbage where he grabbed an old piece of soggy, rotten bread.

He sat there eating the Old Soggy Sandwich on a small 2 foot wall, outside a Major Bank.

He drank water that fell off the roof that was on the ground. Contaminated water.

He asked many people for a few pennies so he could eat and buy water.

The rich walked by this frail, old man, not giving him one penny.

He was a very frail old man and no one cared.

The rich walked by as if he this Frail Old Man was yesterday's Garbage.

I was so disgusted watching the Rich passing this old man, getting into their Mercedes, BMW and expensive Limousine and Rolls Royce.

I even watched the local people walking by, this Old Man, ignoring him.

The temperature outside was over 100 Degrees.

No shelter except a little shade, no food and no water for this frail old man.

His dirty clothes were disintegrating on him.

His shoes were old garbage bags tied around his feet.

I watched and watched hoping that someone would help him.

I also wanted to see how many people were compassionate.

An hour went by.

Over 500 People walked past him from the Middle Class to the Super Rich.

No one gave him not even a penny for a glass of water.

The sandwich only cost about 10 cents.

No one gave this old man even enough for a sandwich.

I sat there, tears coming down my face watching disgusting human beings walk past this frail, old man and not caring.

I could not watch anymore!

I went up to the cashier.

"Please give me 3 dozen mixed donuts and 6 sandwiches, 6 bottles of water and 6 bottles of Coke Cola," I told the cashier.

I put all of this in a big bag.

I walked over to this frail, old man.

I gave him the bag.

Inside I put the equivalent of $20.00 which is a lot of money in that country and that is all I had.

There was no ATM back then.

The frail, old man smiled at me with his broken teeth and said

"THANK YOU AND MAY GOD ALWAYS BLESS YOU."

I walked away crying because that is all the money I had with me.

That evening I went to a Department Store and bought him a suit, several shirts, several pants, a bunch of socks and underwear, a hat and a new blanket.

It was Christmas Eve.

I went over to that corner with everything wrapped up.

"Here you go Sir." I told him.

"What's This?" asked the frail old man, smiling.

"Christmas Present from Santa Claus." I told him.

Inside the big bag I gave him a Christmas Card with $500.00 cash in it.

I walked away with a big smile to see the old frail man crying and jumping up and down with joy.

After Christmas I went back to the Coffee Shop.

Everyone was talking about this frail old man that died with his suit on holding a Christmas Card tightly in his hands.

I was shocked that the frail, Old Man Died!

I started to cry.

After I gave him his new clothes he proudly wore them going to the Coffee Shop telling everyone that an Angel came from the Heavens and gave him clothes and food.

This frail old man was so proud of his new clothes that he had to show it to everyone.

He told everyone that this Christmas Day would be the last one here on Earth.

He told everyone that this was the best Christmas he had ever had in his entire life.

He also told everyone that God was going to be taking him on Christmas Day.

Did everyone think that he was crazy?

Who really cares!

I saw him and I spoke to him.

He did not sound crazy!

Even if he had been is this any way to treat a fellow human being?

On Christmas Day he died!

His brand new blanket proudly wrapped around him!

The frail, old man had been planning to check in the Motel on Christmas Day but the Motels were all full.

The entire city was talking about this old man and that an Angel came from the Heavens to give him clothes and money.

His Christmas Card was tightly held in his hands which said, "From a Friend to a Friend!"

The entire city was talking about this frail old man who was visited by an Angel.

It was all over the news!

I did not tell anyone what I had done for this frail old man which was to make him happy for his last Christmas.

It was between me and the frail, old man and God.

I did not do it to get credit or public acceptance.

The People started believing in Angels.

Everyone brought flowers at the place where the old man had died in the middle of the night.

The City buried him with a Headstone that was donated.

Thousands and Thousands of people went to his funeral but no one knew his name.

Someone else also erected a Monument by the Bank that read:

"Here died a poor old man that was visited by an Angel."

For weeks thousands of people visited his grave and also visited where he died.

I cried for weeks but many people told me that he knew he was dying.

The frail old man told everyone that the angel that gave him clothes, food and money made him so happy in his last hours.

"Where were all of these thousands of people before he died?" I thought.

Later on I found out that he lived in the streets for over 10 years in the heat and rain.

If anyone sees a stray dog, everyone runs to save that dog that is a stray and starving.

But when it comes to humans starving or in need everyone runs away and looks the other way.

Sure there are people living on the street that don't want any help.

Sure there are people living on the streets because of Alcohol or Addiction Problems or Mental Illness.

BUT who in the hell are we to judge why they need help!

Who the hell are we to turn our backs against the needy!

Giving money to churches will NEVER get you into heaven!

Giving Money To charities, will never get you in heaven!

If the Catholic Church cares about the poor then why in the hell does the Catholic Church have more Gold then Fort Knox!

If all other Religions around the world care for the Poor then why do RELIGIONS have more money and Gold then any Country?

I have seen a Priest telling a 10 year old girl that was starving for her to go to work on the street as a prostitute.

I have seen the Salvation Army stealing Money and putting it in their Pockets.

The Workers at the Salvation Army take all the Good Food home that is donated and leave the old and stale food for the Poor.

Eight Years and Three Months later I have begged for help not just from the United States Government and its Agencies but from the Americans and People around the world to help us and donate.

Instead, everyone walked away just like they passed that frail, Old Man.

Just like everyone passed us by when we were living on the streets in Sarasota Florida for 4 years.

No one Cared or Cares!

But when it comes to Judgment Day then you should care, because God is going to say NO TO HEAVEN for all of those who passed us by us and did not help!

After Friday, October 22, 2010 then we will be evicted.

A disabled man with no heart medications will die on the streets in California!

When I die of a heart attack, I will not even be on the news.

The United Nations, The International Courts and the World Courts will continue our fight but it will be too little too late.

Once our sites are suspended for none payment and shut down my software that I created on a website outside of the United States will start sending billions and billions of emails worldwide, to all the Leaders of Every Country, to All Politicians World Wide, to the Media Worldwide and to Billions of other eMails.

While the Corrupt US Homeland Security Employees tried many times to look at my website to see if there is a software involved or a script by getting theplanet.com giving them access to my hosting, they are more stupid then I thought. I caught U.S. Homeland Security in my back doors numerous times on my sites and especially AnnetteMartini.Org. I blocked the entire U.S. Homeland Security Agency from my entire site but then they came back with proxies and I blocked all the proxies and they get rerouted to the FU page.

Of course my software will not be on the site that my enemies attack, over and over again but on another site that is in stealth mode.

My software goes on all of my sites but mainly on AnnetteMartini.Org. When it senses the site is down it will continue checking.

I have a certain amount of time to log in and if I don't then my software thinks that something terrible happened to me or I was Killed or I died and my system starts sending and sending with all the Proof and Evidence, including Recorded Calls to the Government etc, and the software will not stop sending until it finishes its job.

It is too bad that the White House did not take me on my offer!

Today, Wednesday, October 20, 2010 I called up Legal Aid in California to assist me with Social Services.

They rejected me even with the Eviction that I will be getting within 48 Hours.

Actually I thought that I was calling MEXICO and not a Government Agency here in the United States...

Here call them up at 1-800-834-5001 and you will see what I mean. By the way that call was recorded and placed on my hidden site.

No English just Spanish.

I shouldn't say Spanish because Spanish is a Beautiful Language but lets say it's all MEXICANS that run the entire United States of America.

I had to call 3 times because I was disconnected from their Automated System.

Then finally after I told a Paralegal that I was a Political Refugee and I had an E.A.D. Card he then asked me questions like:

"ARE YOU AN AMERICAN?"

"DO YOU HAVE A GREEN CARD?

After spending over one hour and a half talking to a guy that asked all the wrong questions I was told that he does not believe that I am a Political Asylee.

WHAT A BIG F'N JOKE!

This is a Paralegal speaking to his MEXICAN LAWYER at Legal Aid!!!

I mean how in the hell did I get my Social Security Number!

I told this ASSHOLE that I have an E.A.D.

This IDIOT kept on putting me on hold for 5-10 minutes at a time with each question he asked! I only have a pre-paid cell phone with very few minutes left and he ate up almost all my minutes making me wait.

I have NO-HEART PILLS!

THIS ASSHOLE TOLD ME THAT I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF LEGAL AID!

GIVE ME A DARN F'N BREAK!

Where in the hell does the United States of America or the State of California find these DAMN LOSERS?

OH YEA, I FORGOT, FROM THE GARBAGE CAN IN MEXICO!!!!!

SO WHEN I GET THROWN OUT ON THE STREET AND WHEN I DIE OF A HEART ATTACK then my enemies will find out the hard way how much power I have!
