TWO LEGAL POLITICAL REFUGEES FOUND FROZEN TO DEATH BEFORE CHRISTMAS IN CALIFORNIA!

Two Legal Political Refugees were found Frozen To Death today under a bridge. Annette Martini well known Singer and Writer and her Disabled Husband Anthony Martini who was a Self Made Millionaire five times and had all of his Money Stolen time and time again by the Freemasons were found under a Bridge Frozen To Death.

Annette Martini and Anthony Martini legally entered the United States of America as Legal Political Refugees from Canada on July 24, 2002 through the Port of Entry of Plattsburgh, New York after they were given permission to enter from The White House, the Former President George W. Bush and from the former INS.

Since 2002 to 2004 and later 2006-2010 Annette Martini and Anthony Martini were not permitted to work in the United States.

From July 24, 2002 to October 2006 Annette Martini and Anthony Martini lived in their Car with no roof over their heads because the United States Government refused to assist them with emergency financial aide and housing violating all International Laws and United Nations Laws pertaining to Political Refugees.

Documents obtained from their site www.annettemartini.org showed that Mr. and Mrs. Martini wrote numerous letters and faxes to the White House, U.S. State Department and U.S. Department of Justice and other Federal Agencies from July 24, 2002 to 2010 asking and pleading for help for Emergency Help, Housing etc., but NO Emergency help was ever given to Mr. & Mrs. Martini.

In 2006 two Americans helped Mr. & Mrs. Martini to move from the State of Florida to the State of California.

Mr. and Mrs. Martini obtained a small one bedroom Apartment in Southern California and were waiting to become American Citizen.

Mr. and Mrs. Martini worked 20 Hours a day 7 days a week trying to sell advertisements on the Internet to Attorneys and other Businesses Worldwide but what the Martini's were not expecting was that they would soon be placed in False Removal Proceedings from the then Attorney General of Florida Charlie Crist and by Edward Harris a corrupt Government Employee at the D.H.S.

Records show that Mr. and Mrs. Martini did not break any laws including Immigration Laws.

Documents obtained from their website shows that Mr. & Mrs. Martini entered the United States after being inspected and were given permission to remain in the United States.

In October 2006 after Mr. and Mrs. Martini moved in their small one bedroom hoping to seek the American Dream of Freedom and their American Citizenship, the U.S. Homeland Security started a False Removal Proceedings against Mr. and Mrs. Martini and they were both charged by the U.S. Homeland Security as the P.O.E. - Port of Entry Was Unknown.

Mr. Martini who studied Business Law, International Law for four years outside of the United States decided along with his wife Annette Martini to challenged the D.H.S. - Department of Homeland Security and their False Charge of the P.O.E. Unknown.

When Mr. and Mrs. Martini challenged the D.H.S. the charge of the P.O.E. was Changed by the D.H.S. to a new added charge of "YOU ENTERED THE UNITED STATES THROUGH THE P.O.E. OF PLATTSBURG, N.Y. ON OR ABOUT JULY 24, 2002.

In 2008, The Martini's challenged the D.H.S. and proceeded with the Lawsuit/Complaint against the U.S.C.I.S., U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, and other named Defendants at the U.S. District Court, Santa Ana, California and that Case was quickly dismissed by Judge David O. Carter who indicated in his Final Order that the United States Agencies all have Immunity from Lawsuits thus denying Mr. & Mrs. Martini a Trial and final justice.

After exhausting all Administrative Procedures and Demanding A Public Apology from the then President George W. Bush, The White House, The State Department, The U.S. Attorney General and the U.S. Department of Justice and receiving no Public Apologies Mr. Martini and Mrs. Martini decided to file a Lawsuit in the U.S. District Court, Santa Ana on August 7, 2010.

That Lawsuit was ANTHONY MARTINI and ANNETTE MARTINI v. WILLIAM JOSEPH MARTIN JR., MEGAN ALICE BERRY OSHIRO, EDWARD LEPKOWITZ, INGRID ABRASH, JAMES MICHAEL LEFT, JOHN W. SALTER, THOMAS Y.K. FONG, ROBERT BRYANT, TARA NASELOW, KEVIN RILEY, EDWARD R. GRANT, GARY D. MALPHRUS, HUGH G. MULLANE, INDIRA JOY CAMERON BANKS AND SUSAN VALERIE GELMIS, Case No: SACV09-906 AG (ANx).

That Lawsuit was before U.S. District Judge Andrew J. Guilford and without any of the Defendants ever responding Judge Andrew J. (Andy) Guilford decided to protect his friends and he denied Mr. and Mrs. Martini to go forward with their lawsuit and to proceed with Trial against all United States Government employees that Mr. Martini accused of playing with their Immigration Files and started the False Removal Proceedings.

Mr. Martini was Politically persecuted and tortured for over 25 years of his life because he was a Former Freelance Reporter and Private Investigator. He also had numerous Murder Attempts on his life and one of the Murder Attempts made him permanently disabled.

Mr. Martini walks with a cane and has a severe Heart Condition. Mr. Martini suffers severe chronic pain 24/7/365.

On March 30, 2008, Immigration Judge (IJ) William Joseph Martin Jr., Stopped all False Removal Proceedings and Terminated the Case and Granted the Martini's Motion to Terminate False Removal Proceedings. Ingrid Abrash, on Contract with D.H.S. Appealed the Judge's Order to the B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeal with more lies and the Board of Immigration Appeals sent the case back before Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., to start the Removal Proceedings all Over Again.

Court Records showed that Mr. and Mrs. Martini filed an Appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, California.

The Appellant Court accepted the Fee Payment from Mr. and Mrs. Martini but filed an Order indicating that it was NOT the Appellants Court Jurisdiction but the Court kept the Filing Fees and never returned the Monies back to Mr. and Mrs. Martini.

Court Records shows that Mr. and Mrs. Martini filed an Appeal to the United States Supreme Court but that appeal was not Docketed and was sent back to the Martini's.

Mr. and Mrs. Martini resent the box of their Appeals back to the United States Supreme Court stating that Mr. and Mrs. Martini forgot to place the order on top of the box and that was not true.

Mr. Martini refused to Accept the returned Box from the United States Supreme Court and sent the Box with their Appeals "RETURN TO SENDER".

The Immigration Court Continued full speed ahead and again the Judge Stopped the Second False Removal Proceedings and once again Ingrid Abrash filed another Falsified Appeal indicating that the Martini's only had permission to remain in the United States for one year.

Ms. Abrash, did NOT have any evidence to backup her wild and hallucinating story and charge and the Board once again agreed with Heather Abrash and not Mr. and Mrs. Martini and sent the case back to the Immigration Courts to restart all over again.

Once again Mr. and Mrs. Martini filed an Appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Court in San Francisco and paid the filing fees.

The Appellant Court kept the Martini's Money and indicated in their final order that it is NOT the Court's Jurisdiction.

Mr. and Mrs. Martini filed an Appeal to the United States Supreme Court in Booklet Format that cost $3,000.00 including Fees to the United States Supreme Court and their Case was DOCKETED on August 7, 2009 Case No. 09-155.

U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder and the then Solicitor General Elena Kagan who is now sitting as a Justice at the United States Supreme Court waived all of their rights to respond August 31, 2009.

That Appeal was Distributed for Conference on September 2, 2009 to be heard by all the Justices.

The Petition was denied to be Heard by the United States Supreme Court October 5, 2009.

However, Court Documents shows that the U.S. Supreme Court Justices denied over 3,000 cases in one day.

Information obtained from Mr. and Mrs. Martini website at www.annettemartini.org shows that it is impossible for the Justices that are Old Farts according to Mr. Martini to hear that many cases in one day. Actually it would take over 3 hours just reading Mr. and Mrs. Martini's appeal.

Court Documents shows that while Mr. and Mrs. Martini was at the United States Supreme Court waiting for their Appeal to be heard the U.S. Immigration Court in Los Angeles, California was going full speed ahead continuing to persecute Mr. and Mrs. Martini and denying them the Rights for due Process and Appeal Process.

In September 2009, Mr. Martini's heart could not handle any more persecution and Mr. Martini became bedridden.

Court Documents shows that Mr. Martini supplied the Immigration Court in Los Angeles, California a letter from his Doctor that said, "Anthony Martini needs four months off from Courts due to Medical Reasons."

Mr. Martini filed his letter to the Immigration Court but the Immigration Judge that the Martini's sued was going full speed ahead.

Mr. Martini was forced to attend Court Appearance and again he had to go back to his doctor to get another letter. This new evidence stressed that Anthony Martini has a heart condition and needs four months off from Courts.

Mr. Martini was bedridden and could barely speak without having severe chest pains.

In December 2009 the Immigration Judge, Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., finally postponed any future Court Appearance.

In January 2010, Immigration Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., was forced into retirement from the U.S. Department of Justice.

In March 2010, Mr. and Mrs. Martini received a Notice to appear at the U.S. Immigration Court located in Los Angeles, California in May 2010 before a New Immigration Judge.

On August 13, 2010, the new Immigration Judge, Judge Rodin Rooyani terminated the THIRD FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS. Once again Ingrid Abrash filed an Appeal to the B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals.

Meanwhile, Mr. and Mrs. Martini received a letter from the owner of the Apartment Complex from Texas that indicated that he would not renew their lease and demanded that the Martini's vacate the Apartment where they have been living from October 2006 - July 2010.

Records, shows that Mr. and Mrs. Martini were good Tenants and always paid their rent on time.

Mr. and Mrs. Martini moved in a new apartment and that is where all the trouble started.

Their Lease was fraudulently done by the Management, dates were wrong on the Lease, amount was wrong on the Lease and the Management refused to give Mr. and Mrs. Martini a copy of their Lease for over 2 months.

Mr. Martini and Mrs. Martini who rely on Sales on the Internet were NOT getting any more Sales. The person that they referred to as an American Angel could not help them with rent because of her financial resources came to an end in December 2009.

Mr. Martini had his web sites shut down by a Corrupt Government Employee that they sued by the name of Megan Berry Oshiro who used her best friend Diana Kliche to shut down the Martini's Websites in retaliation because the Martini's sued Megan Berry Oshiro.

An email from Attorney Diana Kliche who is best friends with Megan Berry Oshiro is posted on AnnetteMartini.Org that ordered the Hosting Company to shut the Martini's Website.

Ms. Diana Kliche even mentioned that her company has a Trade Mark and the Martini's did NOT have permission to use the Law Firm's Pending Trade Mark.

After checking with the Trade Mark Office website there was no Trade Mark or Pending Trade Mark ever filed by Diana Kliche or her Law Firm.

Mr. Martini indicated on his website time and time again that the Corrupt Government Employees are making sure that Traffic to his websites are stopped, sales are stopped to attack the Martini's in revenge to put them on the street and die.

Mr. Martini mentioned in numerous Articles posted on their website that the Freemasons who are corrupt Government Employees want to see him dead at all costs.

Court Records in Immigration Court, U.S. District Court and the State of California Superior Court all showed exhibits of Death Threats that came from Government Employees.

These Death Threats were emails or text messages or mail of which Mr. Martini who was the Best Private Investigator proved to the Courts where the Threats came from.

However, no charges of any kind to this date were ever filed by the U.S. Attorney General, or the U.S. Department of Justice or the F.B.I.

Documents obtained from Mr. and Mrs. Martini website shows Faxes to the White House, President George W. Bush, President Barack H. Obama and five U.S. Attorney Generals and nothing was ever done with respect to the Death Threats that Mr. and Mrs. Martini has received.

Since all sales were suddenly STOPPED Mr. and Mrs. Martini went to the Social Service or Welfare Office in California on October 18, 2010.

Court Documents shows that Mr. and Mrs. Martini were DENIED, EMERGENCY HELP, FOOD STAMPS and SHELTER.

The Current Landlord was trying to evict Mr. and Mrs. Martini and on Monday, November 29, 2010 Mr. and Mrs. Martini appeared at the Superior Court of California.

They were denied an Attorney paid by the Tax Payer. The Martini's demanded a Jury but Court Document would show that the Jury was pre-selected and NOT by Mr. Martini and Mrs. Martini so the Martini's entered into an Agreement with the Landlord with no choice.

The agreement was that Mr. Martini and Mrs. Martini will pay $4,635.00 before December 15, 2010 or a judgment would be entered and they will be immediately evicted.

On October 28, 2010 and in November 2010 Mr. Martini and Mrs. Martini finally sent an Emergency Fax to the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon demanding Emergency Assistance and assistance in Leaving the United States.

There was no reply to the emergency Faxes.

On December 15, 2010 at 5:00 PM Mr. Martini and Mrs. Martini did NOT have the amount of the rent that they agreed with the Land Lord in Court on Monday, November 29, 2010 and the Martini's were locked out of their Apartment by the Billionaire Slum Land Lord.

This winter in the State of California was the coldest in Record and when Mr. and Mrs. Martini were Locked Out of their Apartment they had no money for a cheap Motel and no friends to go to.

Mr. Martini who is severely disabled with his wife went under a Bridge that Cold Winter Night where they Froze To Death.

Mr. Martini and Mrs. Martini were found by a Police Officer dead, frozen together. Annette Martini's tears were frozen to her face.

In Mrs. Martini's purse there was a letter addressed to the United Nations and President Barack H. Obama that read, "May God have Mercy on your souls because we will never forgive you all for not helping us. You all made us suffer in the worse Human Rights Abuse in History and the United Nations and the Secretary General just looked the other way. When we all come before God on Judgment Day, I hope that God will turn you all away from the Heavenly Gates as you turned us away over and over again for over 8 years and 4 months."

Record shows that Mr. and Mrs. Martini owned the website of AnnetteMartini.US and AnnetteMartini.ORG since 2005 and even with all of their pleas and begging for the world to help two innocent Political Refugees no one came to their rescue at the end of time.

Although two Americans helped Mr. and Mrs. Martini from October 2006 to December 2009, the Martini's only received small donations, no more than $200.00 . At the end no one was there for them and before Christmas they died frozen together under a bridge in California.

While both Anthony and Annette Martini had Talents and Dreams the United States Government did NOT give them their Freedom and the United Nations allowed them to DIE.

Mr. and Mrs. Martini DIED without a Country and NO CITIZENSHIP from any Country.
