CONTINUES AND DOES NOT STOP THE PERSECUTION AND CRIMINAL TAMPERING OF TAPES FROM INGRID ABRASH AND TWO IMMIGRATION JUDGES! ALL OF OUR EMAIL ACCOUNTS ON ANNETTEMARTINI.ORG WERE HACKED INTO BY U.S. HOMELAND SECURITY AND THEIR CRIMINAL FRIENDS!
In February 2011 our Storage Unit got broken into. They stole two computers, monitors, keyboards, all my intellectual property, software, programs, evidence and our Novels, my wife Annette's electric keyboard with the piano touch tone, hard drives, books, Dvds, Video tapes, Video Camera, my 35 mm camera, Videos and Pictures, surveillance cameras and other things not mentioned here. I can't believe the gull of criminals that go into storage and break into our locker. However, the criminals took their time going through every single box and there were over a hundred boxes in our Storage Unit. Of course we contacted the F.B.I. and went to the F.B.I. Office in Southern California and we were told the same thing we were told for over eight years and eight months that it is not the F.B.I. Jurisdiction. When it comes to us whether it was 3,927 Domain Names that were stolen from us many years ago or if it was persecution here in the United States against us or if it was Government Attorneys criminally playing with our files or if it was U.S. District Judge Andrew J. Guilford who illegally kicked us out of the Court Room by the Guards when he illegally pushed the panic button because we sued his friend Susan Valerie Gelmis, or if it was Death Threats from another State against my wife and myself or if it was False Removal Proceedings going on for four years caused by criminal Government Employees, or my Intellectual Property Stolen, or Infringement on my Trade Mark "ANTHONY MARTINI, or someone hacking into our sites or some idiot stealing my domain names or Our Pre Paid Telephone is Illegally Wire Tapped or Our Sites are defaced by Corrupt U.S. Government Employees or we receive a Black Mail Letter from Megan Berry Oshiro and her friend in crime the co-defendant Diane Suzanne Kliche or Corruption at the U.S. District Courts, the F.B.I. no matter what the problem was ALWAYS TOLD US IT IS NOT THEIR JURISDICTION! Can you imagine that the F.B.I. even puts PUNKS that are WET BEHIND THE EARS in the F.B.I. Field Offices and every time we meet the F.B.I. Agent they always tell us it is NOT THEIR JURISDICTION. DOES THE F.B.I. REALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR JOB IS????? The City Police even told us that it is NOT THEIR JURISDICTION when we reported our stuff stolen. The Insurance Company refuses to PAY us the Insurance Money because our stuff was stolen although we paid the Insurance Company every month. The Storage Company refuses to take any responsibility for an idiot criminal breaking into our storage unit. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE??? WE ARE POLITICAL REFUGEES AND WE ARE BEING PERSECUTED BY THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT!!! Our E.A.D. Card EXPIRED - Employment Authorization Card and the corrupt U.S.C.I.S. REFUSES to renew our E.A.D. card which is attached to our Driver's License so we cannot renew our Driver's License! So we have been walking around with expired ID for seven months now! Social Services in California said NO to food, no to emergency help, no to heart pills and they continue refusing even to this date and they are the cause of us LOSING OUR APARTMENT! One City Official at the Mayor's Office where we went recently told us that by the Federal Government and the State of California REFUSING to RENEW OUR IDENTIFICATION they are telling us that WE DO NOT EXIST! Don't send us an email telling us to go to churches, Salvation Army, Shelters etc because we have knocked on all doors and we have been refused for over 8 years and 8 months. The United States Government is in GROSS HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE against us and hundreds of thousands of legal political refugees and so is the Obama Administration including the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the State Department, the Secretary of U.S. Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, the U.S. Homeland Security and of course the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. All U.S. Government Agencies that we asked for help are in Gross Human Rights Violation whether it is Federal, State, County or City. According to the International Laws and the United Nations Laws as soon as I said POLITICAL REFUGEES all Government Agencies were supposed to assist us but THEY NEVER DID! After 8 years and 8 months of PERSECUTION by the United States Government and all its' Agencies we have decided ENOUGH OF THE UNITED STATES so OF COURSE after WASTING OUR LIVES for 8 years and 8 months here we have been COMMUNICATING DIRECTLY with another Country, its Leaders and its Politicians. We have been communicating in SECRET and we have never ever posted that information anywhere on the Internet or in blogs or in twitter or anywhere. For the past week our SITE CAME UNDER TREMENDOUS ATTACK but this time instead of the HACKER WHICH IS THE HOMELAND SECURITY defacing our website or removing our articles they decided to GO INSIDE MY EMAIL ACCOUNTS AND DELETE ALL MY EMAIL ACCOUNTS including COMMUNICATIONS from the Country that is trying to help us get out of the United States. They deleted emails from the TOP LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT from the Country that is trying to assist us to Legally leave the United States of America. Can you imagine that my password is secure. My website is secure but of course the U.S. Homeland Security by passes all my passwords and used ThePlanet.Com to HACK INTO MY SITE AND INTO MY PRIVATE EMAIL ACCOUNTS. I changed my password three times this week which is a very long password and the corrupt U.S. Homeland Security Government Employees AGAIN HACKED INTO MY SITE. The best part is I caught the IP that they used which was the IP from AT&T. They DELETED all the logs so they wouldn't get busted but they forgot one crucial log which is my log and not the hosting log. So yes I got their fingerprints and their IP but of course at the F.B.I. nobody is home. They are the laziest police agency that I have ever seen in my entire life. I also had information of an Iranian guy going in and out of the United States on a False Passport. I did go to the U.S.C.I.S. in California but of course they gave me an Iranian woman who called herself an Officer who didn't care and did not take the report to protect her Iranian neighbor. This Iranian guy has also been committing Immigration Fraud with his Iranian wife but the F.B.I. said it is not their jurisdiction. U.S.C.I.S. is useless and the F.B.I. they are beyond useless. I also had information that this Iranian woman said she wants to kill Obama and she hates the United States and just wants her Citizenship so she can travel back to Iran and the United States with no problems. She said she only loves her country Iran and hates the United States. This Iranian woman came in with a green card to become a citizen of the United States and now gets whatever she wants. An Iranian couple can get welfare or help from Social Services but we cannot as Political Refugees who came in the right way. The Iranian couple are getting free medical care but the majority of the Americans cannot and nor can we. The Iranian couple can have surgery and see doctors whenever they want including getting psycho pills. But hello the F.B.I. is definitely not home and do not care nor the U.S.C.I.S. and the F.B.I. again said it is not their jurisdiction. However back in 2003 when my wife was having a miscarriage the American hospital refused to give my wife hospital care so my wife was forced to have a miscarriage on the streets of Sarasota, Florida holding the remains of our unborn child in her hands. As far as I am concerned the United States Government whether it is Federal, State, County or City hire all illegal aliens from Mexico. They give them a paycheck or they give them welfare or Social Services and food stamps but we cannot get anything and we were denied the bare necessities of life. Now on Friday, March 19, 2011 we received a big brown envelope that was demolished from the U.S. Department of Justice, The Board of Immigration Appeals known as the B.I.A. or The Board that sent us a Schedule to file our Brief. It was the transcripts from 2007-2010 that we have never, ever seen until now. A total of 421 pages. Ok, I thought that the Government was finally going to be honest and put in the right transcripts but THEY DID NOT! Instead the U.S. Government or the B.I.A. put in 421 pages of CRIMINALLY EDITED TRANSCRIPTS FROM CRIMINALLY EDITED TAPES. Can you imagine it took me 18 hours to read the damn sucker that was ALL EDITED! 90% of what I said is not in there and almost everything that my wife Annette said in Court was all removed of which they said was inaudible and only a few lines or words here and there was left of what my wife Annette had said. However, we both SPEAK VERY CLEARLY AND ACCURATELY IN COURT where the Opposition and the Judges just MUMBLE. The transcriber Angelina Becerra from Deposition Services Inc. totally edited the transcripts. Also the corrupt U.S. Government Employees CRIMINALLY EDITED ALL THE TAPES FROM 2007-2010. As one of the best Former Private Investigators in the world I have determined that there is the Transcriber to blame, the two Immigration Judges William Joseph Martin Jr. and Judge Rodin Rooyani and also the Clerk of the Court together with the Government Attorneys who have all CRIMINALLY TAMPERED WITH ALL THE COURT AUDIO TAPES and that is why it took them from September 2010 to March 2011 before the tapes were finally submitted and the transcripts were done when the B.I.A. demanded the tapes. I have seen Courts and Judges DRASTICALLY EDIT AUDIO TAPES all my life so this is nothing new from the United States Government especially in the Immigration Courts. In Canada when I was trying to protect my kidnapped daughter and force the Police Agencies to retrieve my daughter the Judge made racial remarks because I was Italian. When I ordered the tapes and paid for it, it was a total different Court. They had children crying and running in the background on the tape but there was NO CHILDREN IN THE COURT ROOM THAT DAY but just myself, the Judge and the Attorneys and a bunch of Police Officers from various Police Agencies. BUT JUST WAIT! In that EDITED AUDIO TAPE they also had chairs screeching across a wooden floor but ONE MOMENT! The Court had all its chairs nailed down on carpet. I have seen Court Tapes EDITED but the U.S. Immigration Court Judge William Joseph Martin Jr. EDITED THE MAJORITY OF THE TAPES FROM 2007-2009. Things that were mentioned in one Court were pasted in another court in the Audio Tape. When William Joseph Martin Jr. EDITED the tapes we sued him in District Court but of course all my Lawsuits were all dismissed and we never went pass first base to trial or discovery. When certain Government Attorneys said something it happened in a another Court but it was changed and edited onto another Court tape. On May 26, 2010 Ingrid Heather Abrash CONFESSED before the Court and myself and my wife Annette and to Judge Rodin Rooyani that the GOVERNMENT HAD NO PROOF OR EVIDENCE TO ANY OF THEIR CHARGES AGAINST US! I read the transcript word for word, line for line and that statement from Ingrid Abrash a U.S. Government Attorney was TOTALLY REMOVED FROM THE TRANSCRIPT. It was the transcriber and the corrupt Government Employees who CRIMINALLY TOTALLY EDITED THE ENTIRE AUDIO CONTENTS ON THE TAPES. Actually at almost every Court Appearance we posted what happened in Court that day in Court. Our information is correct. The United States Government Employees who touched our files or we stood before them are ALL CRIMINALS and CHANGED THE ENTIRE CONTENTS of the ENTIRE TRANSCRIPT from 2007-2010. The B.I.A. wants me to respond with my Brief in a few weeks from now. They sent me 421 pages of all edited contents to respond to, to the B.I.A. Personally, my wife and I do NOT WANT TO REMAIN IN THE UNITED STATES because of the PERSECUTION we went through for over 8 years and 8 months. It took us ALL THIS TIME to realize that first of all HONESTY IS NOT THE BEST POLICY HERE IN THE UNITED STATES. Judge Rodin Rooyani was TRYING TO FORCE US TO LIE IN COURT but we REFUSED! Sure Judge Rodin Rooyani terminated the Case but in her final Order SHE BROKE THE LAW and placed CLASSIFIED INFORMATION in our files that was NEVER DISCUSSED IN ANY IMMIGRATION COURT or ANY COURT and nor did we ever submit this classified information to the U.S. Immigration Court or any Courts from 2007- to the current date. We realized after all these years of suffering here in the United States that the United States Government DOES NOT WANT HONEST POLITICAL REFUGEES or HONEST IMMIGRANTS. The United States Government want illegals from Mexico and criminals and terrorists from Iran. That is who they are interested in! They are not interested in honest, hard working people. They PERSECUTE THE HONEST AND THE INNOCENT AND POLITICAL REFUGEES! No, no, no, the U.S. Government actually love terrorists from Iran to come into the United States and that is what the U.S. Government has shown me in the past and especially the past month! The American Government has VIOLATED ALL OUR LEGAL RIGHTS, CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS and VIOLATED THE INTERNATIONAL LAWS, UNITED NATIONS LAWS and of course let us not forget the AMERICAN LAWS against us. Instead of the U.S. Government helping us out until we got on our feet the American Government CONTINUES TO PERSECUTE US WITH NO END IN SIGHT! The American Government NEVER PROTECTED US WHEN WE NEEDED PROTECTION! The American Government NEVER GAVE US A PIECE OF BREAD WHEN WE WERE STARVING! The American Government NEVER GAVE US A GLASS OF WATER WHEN WE WERE THIRSTY! The American Government NEVER GAVE MY WIFE ANNETTE EMERGENCY MEDICAL HELP WHEN SHE WAS LOSING OUR CHILD HAVING A MISCARRIAGE! The American Government NEVER GAVE US ONE RED PENNY IN 8 YEARS AND 8 MONTHS! However the only thing that the American Government gave us was NOTHING except PERSECUTION UPON PERSECUTION UPON PERSECUTION! The American Government PROFITED FROM US WITH THEIR PERSECUTION AGAINST US by STEALING OUR MONEY that we gave to the Courts all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington D.C. but Justice was always denied. The American Government STOPPED A DISABLED MAN from making any money whatsoever on the Internet! The American Government STOPPED A DISABLED MAN from seeing any doctors here in the Unites States for my two brain tumors, my chronic back pain and for my heart condition! We lived on the streets for 4 years with no help whatsoever from the American Government! The other over four years we were placed in False Removal Proceedings fighting the Government with all their corruption! WE ARE THE SURVIVORS of the American Government PERSECUTING INNOCENT PEOPLE! If tomorrow President Obama decided to give us our American Citizenship of which we have FULLY EARNED AND ARE ENTITLED TO I would tell him to shove the citizenship! Any time I mention anything on our website about Americans I am referring to the American Government and not the American People!!! WE DON'T WANT TO STAY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THAT IS FULL OF CORRUPT GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES! We have been saying time and time again we want to GET THE HECK OUT OF THE U.S.A. but we have a big problem! We have NO PASSPORTS to leave. Nor to we have any TRAVEL DOCUMENTS to leave! The State Department has refused us Travel Documents for many years to leave the United States. Actually, we have wanted to leave the United States since 2007 BUT the U.S. State Department and Secretary of State Hillary R. Clinton REFUSES TO ISSUE US TRAVEL DOCUMENTS SO WE CAN LEAVE! The U.S. Homeland Security wants us out of the United States BUT again U.S. Secretary of U.S. Homeland Security Janet Napolitano refuses to issue us Travel Documents so we can leave the U.S.A. and get on with our lives! I suppose the only reason they are refusing us Travel Documents is because THE U.S. GOVERNMENT LOVES TORTURING POLITICAL REFUGEES AND THE U.S. GOVERNMENT ALSO KNOWS AND HAS FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT I WILL BE TAKING THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TO INTERNATIONAL COURTS! It doesn't matter if I am still here. The International Court is going to go forward with us still being in the United States. The United Nations already has four Complaints from us against the United States Government for their Gross, gross Human Rights Abuse! THERE IS NO FREEDOM FOR US HERE IN THE UNITED STATES. NOR IS THERE ANY FREEDOM FOR OVER THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND POLITICAL REFUGEES THAT WERE PLACED UNDER FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE ORDER OF PRESIDENT BARACK H. WE DO NOT WANT TO STAY IN THE U.S.A. ANYMORE but nor are we going to surrender to our enemies!!! Can you imagine that the corrupt Government Attorneys that are employed by U.S. Homeland Security and by the U.S. Department of Justice WANT TO SEND ME TO ITALY AND MY WIFE TO CANADA!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF SICK DOGS THESE CORRUPT GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ARE!!!
