On Tuesday, March 29, 2011, we received a BIG ENVELOPE from the U.S.C.I.S in Arizona who sent our Application for I-765 - E.A.D. Card - Employment Authorization Card back to us.

We were furious to see that it was REJECTED a SECOND TIME. NO MONEY, NO ID!

It did not matter that we sent documents stating that the Social Services refused us or that we completed Form I-912 "REQUEST FOR FEE WAIVER."

Nor did it matter to the U.S.C.I.S. that we "DO NOT HAVE A HOME ANYMORE."

Nor did it matter to the U.S.C.I.S. that we attached a letter dated Monday, February 28, 2011 addressed to the U.S.C.I.S. Supervisor that explained "OUR DIRE SITUATION."

Nor did it matter to the U.S.C.I.S. that we stated "ALL ARTICLES UNDER THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION AGAINST TORTURE" that the U.S.C.I.S. is in VIOLATION OF.

U.S.C.I.S. and the American Government, Homeland Security, the U.S. Immigration Court, the Corrupt Government Employees at the U.S. Immigration Court, Immigration Judge Rodin Rooyani and the B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals known also as THE BOARD continues to PERSECUTE US WITH NO END IN SIGHT.

The homeless and the poor have the "LEGAL RIGHT" under the United Nations Laws and International Laws to be "FREE HUMAN BEINGS."

While a small percentage of the Homeless here in the United States and around the world are drug addicts and alcoholics or suffer mental illness the larger population of the poor and the homeless were "MADE THAT WAY BY POLITICIANS" whether it is here in the United States of America or around the world.

Many of the homeless are extremely educated but they were caught in a "NO WIN SITUATION BY AMERICAN POLITICIANS" and other Politicians worldwide.
