After We entered the United States of America LEGALLY on July 24, 2002 the United States Federal Government and Federal Government Agencies which includes the Former I.N.S. - Immigration Naturalization Services, U.S. Homeland Security, The White House, Two Presidents of the United States, The United States Department of Justice and all American Politicians have grossly violated ALL INTERNATIONAL LAWS, UNITED NATIONS LAWS, UNITED STATES LAWS and violated HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS against us. For 9 years and 6 months the American Politicians and American Federal Agencies did absolutely nothing to assist us as LEGAL POLITICAL REFUGEES but instead persecuted us, tortured us and left us STATELESS all of these years. They have instead turned us into Political Prisoners of The United States leaving us on the street with expired ID for 18 months now. In August 2006 we were placed in FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS by CORRUPT AMERICAN GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES. The United States Government REFUSED to issue us EMERGENCY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS from 2002 to the current date which now LEGALLY left us as POLITICAL PRISONERS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. In February 2007 we communicated with NUMEROUS EMBASSIES IN THE UNITED STATES ASKING FOR EMERGENCY HELP to get us out of the U.S.A. Numerous Countries REFUSED to respond to our EMERGENCY REQUEST. The Embassy of Fiji returned our envelope UNOPENED. The United Kingdom was the biggest joke for when I personally spoke to David Wild on the phone who is the Deputy Consul-General of the British Consulate in Los Angeles, California, he personally told me on a recorded business phone that if my wife and I went to the U.K. we would be immediately shipped back to Canada because we were extremely happy in Canada. The Deputy Consul-General of Britain or the U.K. David Wild was extremely rude and slammed the phone in my face. Can you imagine a Political Refugee is asking for Emergency Help and he is told by the Deputy Consul-General of the U.K. that if we landed in the United Kingdom then we would be immediately shipped back to Canada! Queen Elizabeth II perhaps appointed him, this idiot and this is the response we get from someone of authority who had the Legal Power to issue us an Emergency Travel Document to help us Legally get out of the U.S.A. The United States should revoke his Visa and ship him back to Britain because we now know he will be extremely happy in the U.K. Canada should immediately kick out all British Subjects out of Canada and ship them back to the U.K. where they will be all extremely happy just as David Wild told me on the recorded conversation. The rest of the world should immediately deport all British Citizens including all the British Actors here in the U.S.A. because they will be much happier back in the U.K.! What's good for the goose is good for the Gander! We did receive a letter from the Embassy of Switzerland that wrote to us and told us that they would treat us the exact same way as the United States of America. We gave the Embassy of Switzerland Legal Documents that proved we were being persecuted by the United States and that we are in False Removal Proceedings and the Embassy of Switzerland wrote back to us indicating that they will treat us the same way. I will never visit Switzerland or the U.K. just because of both Embassies ludicrous remarks! Our initial intention was to go to this THIRD COUNTRY which WE WILL NOT MENTION at this time but we will in the NEAR FUTURE! We did initially CONTACT this THIRD COUNTRY by TELEPHONE, by MAIL and by FAX. This was our FIRST CHOICE and initially that Country's Embassy was sympathetic and showed INTEREST in helping us out and so we sent them ADDITIONAL PROOF of our PERSECUTION and TORTURE against us here in the United States including numerous COURT FILINGS and COURT DOCUMENTS to this Embassy. I even contacted the Italian Embassy because I am an Italian and I was born in Italy but when I was in the Canadian Armed Forces I was forced to surrender my Italian Citizenship and I had no choice in this matter even if I did not want to surrender my Italian Citizenship. The Italian Embassy never responded to us. Nor did they ever write back to us. We continued working with this THIRD COUNTRY and sending them ADDITIONAL INFORMATION including ALL COURT FILINGS to the United States Supreme Court. We even sent the BOOKLETS that we filed to the United States Supreme Court which explains everything of what two Countries have done to us to persecute and torture us which is Canada and the United States of America. We also attached a COPY of ALL COURT ORDERS and sent them to this THIRD COUNTRY. WE WAITED and WAITED and WAITED and NO EMERGENCY HELP arrived from this THIRD COUNTRY. We then started communicating with the UNITED NATIONS to the very top which is the U.N. SECRETARY GENERAL BAN Ki-moon of which he was totally useless. I even personally communicated with the United Nations by phone and the STAFF of the Secretary General of the United Nations were EXTREMELY RUDE, IGNORANT and did NOT CARE about Human Suffering or Human Persecution. Letters and faxes to the United Nations went UNANSWERED. The only response that we received from the UNITED NATIONS was a list of Lawyer Referral names which was nothing but a joke because everyone on that list were Mexican Attorneys or Churches and no one came to our rescue from the LEGAL INDUSTRY to protect us and fight for us. We did demand and we requested from the Embassy of the THIRD COUNTRY to be PRESENT at the U.S. Immigration Court in Los Angeles, California to WITNESS the ILLEGAL ACTIVITY of our FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS but they did NOT SHOW UP which is a HUGE VIOLATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL LAWS and the UNITED NATIONS LAWS. My wife Annette Martini spoke to the Embassy TWO TIMES by phone on a RECORDED conversation on our Business Phone of which I am LEGALLY allowed to record according to the International Laws. The conversation with this THIRD COUNTRY'S EMBASSY was extremely polite to my wife Annette Martini and my wife showed FULL RESPECT. In the SECOND telephone conversation the THIRD COUNTRY'S EMBASSY assured my wife Annette Martini that all the Documents and Legal Documents that we forwarded to this Embassy was sent to the THIRD COUNTRY. We WAITED and WAITED and WAITED hoping and praying that the THIRD COUNTRY was going to get us the hell out of the U.S.A. We continued showing up at every Court Appearance at the U.S. Immigration Court in Los Angeles, California. My wife Annette Martini made a THIRD phone call to this THIRD COUNTRY'S EMBASSY to get an update of our EMERGENCY REQUEST. This time Annette was greeted by a TOTALLY RUDE and HOSTILE employee at this Embassy. This Employee RAISED HER VOICE and harshly told my wife Annette, " Don't you ever call back here, again!" then this Employee at this Embassy of the THIRD COUNTRY slammed the phone down terminating the conversation. My wife Annette Martini was shocked at the way she was treated and started to cry. I was totally taken aback that an Embassy treated my wife in this fashion! THIS CALL WAS RECORDED and I might just post that up for the whole world to hear in the near future! I was totally baffled on how Annette was being treated by the Embassy during a THIRD CONVERSATION. It was not like we were contacting the Embassy every single day. They were never flooded with phone calls from us. The third phone call the Embassy Staff became EXTREMELY HOSTILE! Because of their RUDE BEHAVIOR and their HOSTILITY from this Embassy Employee we decided it was time to contact the Ambassador of this Country at the United Nations. We sent an EMERGENCY FAX to the Ambassador of this Country at the UNITED NATIONS. Once again no one responded! It is not easy getting a FAX NUMBER or an ADDRESS of the Leader of this THIRD COUNTRY but I managed to get that information. We did send an EMERGENCY FAX to the LEADER of the THIRD COUNTRY and later another EMERGENCY FAX and we received NOTHING BUT SILENCE. Once again, I tried for weeks and weeks to obtain email addresses of ALL POLITICIANS in that THIRD COUNTRY. It was a miracle that I found their email addresses. We sent every single Politician from this THIRD COUNTRY an email ONE BY ONE! In December 2010 we received ONE EMAIL out of over 700 emails that we sent out and that EMAIL from this Politician of this THIRD COUNTRY decided to help us to escape the United States. Annette and I were ecstatic and excited that finally one Politician on this Planet HAD A HEART and had COMPASSION! I created a special panel that was PRIVATE and SECURE and away from the public with all communications to THE WHITE HOUSE, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, THE UNITED STATES STATE DEPARTMENT which included all responses that we received here in the United States. In this SECURE AREA I also posted ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTATIONS and ALL COURT FILINGS and ALL LETTERS. I even added the COMMUNICATIONS we sent by FAX and by MAIL to the EMBASSY OF THIRD COUNTRY. There was a lot of documents and there were a lot of communications. Everything was posted. We did not hold back anything and nor did we tiptoe around anything. The POLITICIANS of the THIRD COUNTRY has ACCESS to EVERY DETAIL of our PERSECUTION and TORTURE by TWO COUNTRIES which is CANADA and the UNITED STATES. The corrupt Government Employees at the U.S. Immigration Court in Los Angeles, California, The U.S. Department of Justice, the B.I.A. - Board of Immigration Appeals and all the corrupt Politicians in Washington, D.C. thought that this story was quiet BUT that is FAR FROM THE TRUTH. In December 2010 we received a SECOND EMAIL from this POLITICIAN in the THIRD COUNTRY that we are trying to go to who indicated that he PERSONALLY spoke on OUR BEHALF and showed all the proof to the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Annette and I were extremely grateful and happy to hear this great news. In January 2011 we received another communication from this Politician who indicated that the Minister of Foreign Affairs was working on our behalf. In February 2011 we received another email but this email was an attachment with a LETTER that was SIGNED by the MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS indicating that "Mr. & Mrs. Martini are BLOCKED by the United States of America in every way." The MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS also stated in the LEGAL SIGNED DOCUMENT that the Minister of Foreign Affairs is UTILIZING ALL OF THEIR SERVICES to ASSIST US. It was SIGNED by the MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS where we were also given a FILE NUMBER. I STUDIED International Laws many years ago at a University for 4 YEARS and to receive a Letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs from another Country indicating that we are BLOCKED is the harshest Letter a Politician or a Minister of Foreign Affairs could ever write. This LETTER from the Minister of Foreign Affairs meant the WORLD to Annette and I. For the FIRST TIME I could actually SMELL FREEDOM! Annette finally had HOPE that the THIRD COUNTRY would GET US OUT of the United States any day now! In March 2011 we received another email from this Politician from the THIRD COUNTRY that indicated that the Minister of Foreign Affairs had resigned from that position and a new Minister of Foreign Affairs had taken over and that this Politician had spoken to this new Minister of Foreign Affairs. We WAITED and WAITED and WAITED. In June 2011 we decided to send emails to this Politician that was working on our behalf but this time the emails came back which meant that his email account no longer existed. With some investigation work and research I discovered that this Politician that was fighting so hard for us to get us out of the United States was forced to resign because he punched someone for stealing his parking spot. In July 2011, we decided to write DIRECTLY to this new Minister of Foreign Affairs and we sent ALL THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS again including TWO PASSPORT PHOTOS by OVERNIGHT EXPRESS. However, that did not arrive until July 4, 2011. The reason why we sent TWO PASSPORT PHOTOS was so that THIRD COUNTRY could send us EMERGENCY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS or A PASSPORT giving us IMMEDIATE CITIZENSHIP! After all, the THIRD COUNTRY had FULL KNOWLEDGE that, that was our FINAL DESTINATION but the United States has been ILLEGALLY HOLDING US AS POLITICAL PRISONERS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. We also gave ADDITIONAL INFORMATION about U.S. Homeland Security REFUSING TWICE to RENEW OUR AMERICAN IDENTIFICATIONS even though we FILLED OUT TWO FEE WAIVER REQUESTS because we have no money and BOTH FEE WAIVER REQUESTS were DENIED by the MAFIA at the U.S. Homeland Security that ONLY WANTS MONEY! The NEW Minister of Foreign Affairs had FULL KNOWLEDGE of our PERSECUTION here in the United States BUT he CHOSE to meet U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about THREE TIMES. However, we strongly doubt that the new Minister of Foreign Affairs ever discussed our case with the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. We WAITED and WAITED and WAITED. NO RESPONSE! I decided that it was time to contact ALL MEDIA, TV STATIONS, RADIO STATIONS, NEWSPAPERS, POLITICAL NEWSPAPERS and ALL REPORTERS from that THIRD COUNTRY and OTHER COUNTRIES. The Title was "THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS (--------------) FELL ASLEEP!" All Reporters flocked to our SECURE AREA and they ALL SAW all communications to the THIRD COUNTRY including emails from that Politician that was trying to help us and also the letter from the previous Minister of Foreign Affairs. Every Reporter SAW all the CRUCIAL EVIDENCE and COMMUNICATIONS but NO REPORTER ever did the story! The PROOF IS THERE! The EVIDENCE IS THERE! They ALL had a SECRET ACCESS CODE to ENTER and they did enter and visit and they saw the proof BUT not one Reporter ever wrote the story or confronted either the new Minister of Foreign Affairs or any of the Politicians or the Leader of that THIRD COUNTRY. I took a SCREEN SHOT of every T.V. Station, Radio Station, Newspapers and every Reporter that came to our site. YES, all the Media and Reporters printed every single document that was in our Secure Panel that they had full access to. YES, my bandwidth on AnnetteMartini.Org skyrocketed but no one wrote the story! The THIRD COUNTRY FELL ASLEEP and FAILED US! We WAITED and WAITED and WAITED and we are STILL WAITING! I have no idea if Secretary of State Hillary Clinton or the President of the United States of American President Obama BRIBED the THIRD COUNTRY not to talk to us anymore and not to help us. After all, it wouldn't be the first time or the last time that the State Department BRIBES a Country or its Leaders. I have no proof that U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton officially bribed the new Minister of Foreign Affairs in the THIRD COUNTRY. However, I do have video proof that U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton DID visit and personally spoke to the new Minister of Foreign Affairs. My GUT FEELING tells me as one of the BEST FORMER PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS IN THE WORLD that U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton DID BRIBE the New Minister of Foreign Affairs NOT to accept us or communicate with us and my gut feeling is ALWAYS RIGHT. The reason why I am not mentioning the NAME of this THIRD COUNTRY is for OUR OWN PROTECTION and also the main reason is because my ENEMIES here in the United States which are all corrupt Government Employees are monitoring this site like a hawk and I do not want anymore interference in us trying to get the hell out of the U.S.A. However, I am NOT going to wait for years or months and if I am FORCED to then I WILL REVEAL that THIRD COUNTRY we want to go to, to the WHOLE WORLD on this site and other sites! I will REVEAL and SHOW PROOF of every Media that went to our site from that THIRD COUNTRY and kept silent and said nothing! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the new Minister of Foreign Affairs and that THIRD COUNTRY LEADER! I am also EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that over 700 Politicians from that THIRD COUNTRY did NOT lift one finger to help us! One staff member of a Politician from that THIRD COUNTRY wrote back and said, " I visited Canada and Canada is a beautiful place." I say, "don't ever tell a Political Refugee that was persecuted and physically tortured for over 33 years of his life that Canada is a beautiful Country! I have numerous broken bones in my body and scars to say otherwise! I am the walking, living proof of persecution and torture! Visiting one Country and shaking hands with Canadian Politicians does NOT entitle this staff member of a Politician from the THIRD COUNTRY to give his unwanted personal opinion! I told him, visiting a Country and living in another Country are two different situations and shaking hands with Politicians does not mean that Country does not persecute and torture people! That Staff member NEVER responded to my last email! We tried very hard the DIPLOMATIC WAY and the DIPLOMATIC WAY FAILED US! We tried the MEDIA but the MEDIA FAILED US! NOW, I have to reach all the people and all the citizens that have voting powers to assist us to get out of the United States by FORCING THEIR POLITICIANS to help us to PERMANENTLY leave the United States and NEVER, EVER RETURN TO THE U.S.A.! It would be a crying shame if I have to get the Citizens of that THIRD COUNTRY to force the Politicians to do their job because after all it is ELECTION YEAR in that THIRD COUNTRY and it would be a shame if all these Politicians are replaced! We have to do what we have to do and STOP all these wasted years of ours to continue being wasted by the corrupt American Government. Can you imagine 9 years and 6 months of being persecuted by the American Government with no end in site walking around with expired ID.! SHAME ON PRESIDENT OBAMA, SHAME ON SECRETARY OF STATE HILLARY CLINTON, SHAME ON THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE and BIGGER SHAME ON THE U.S. HOMELAND SECURITY!! NO, THIS STORY IS NOT QUIET! EVERY LEADER AROUND THE WORLD KNOWS WHAT TWO COUNTRIES WHICH ARE CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES HAVE DONE TO US TO PERSECUTE AND TORTURE US ALL THESE YEARS! Mark my words, when the United States needs another Country to sign a VITO POWER that Country will NOT respond to them! Nor will that Country or the majority of the world ever sign any VITO POWERS supporting the United States or Canada. While we are still waiting for the THIRD COUNTRY to get us the hell out of the U.S.A. the United States Government and the United States is responsible for our safety and our well being but that never happened in over 9 years and 6 months which makes the United States Legally Liable in the United Nations and the International Courts for all the Persecution and Torture, Oppression and Cruelty against us for over 9 years and 6 months. The International Law will enforced against the United States! The United States had NO LEGAL POWERS to leave us STATELESS and PENDING forever and the United States had NO LEGAL AUTHORITY here in the United States before the United Nations and before the International Community to place us in FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS! Every single Government Employee whether it was the Immigration Judges or the U.S. District Court Judges or the U.S. Supreme Court Judges or the U.S. Department of Justice or the U.S. Attorney Generals or the Secretary of the U.S. State Department or two Presidents of the United States will be brought to TRIAL and they are NOT IMMUNE because everyone knew about it and no one stopped the False Removal Proceedings. Immunity ENDS for Politicians and Leaders when they become a Persecutor and a Torturer under their command and under their Watch and they do nothing to stop it. This story HAS GONE AROUND THE WORLD FASTER THAN THE SPEED OF LIGHT! The majority of the world's citizens ALL KNOW that it is NOW TIME to get rid of our corrupt Leaders world wide. We the people have the LEGAL POWER and the LEGAL RIGHT to REMOVE our corrupt Politicians one Country at a time. The World Revolution has now started. No Country on this Planet is immune from the VOICES OF THEIR CITIZENS! I WILL BE POSTING THE NAME OF THAT THIRD COUNTRY AND THAT FAMOUS LEGAL DOCUMENT FROM THE FORMER MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS VERY SOON WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR FURTHER NOTICE TO THAT THIRD COUNTRY!!! IT IS A SHAME THAT I HAVE TO DO THAT! IT IS A SHAME THAT I HAVE TO TAKE THIS MEASURE BY NAMING THAT THIRD COUNTRY PUBLICLY! I HOPE THAT THIS WILL NOT HAVE TO HAPPEN AND I HOPE THAT THE POLITICIANS AND THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS IN THAT THIRD COUNTRY WILL FINALLY WAKE UP BEFORE I POST THE PROOF AND EVIDENCE OF OUR COMMUNICATIONS TO THEM!!!
