First of all, I want to talk about our False Removal Proceedings and the Legal Battle here in the United States. Our situation has not changed at all. The B.I.A. - United States Board Of Immigration Appeals have NOT to this date STOPPED our False Removal Proceedings. Nor did the BIA the Board, ever rule on our Motion that we filed almost a year ago to immediately give the criminally edited Court Tapes and the Criminally Edited Transcripts to the F.B.I., as we have demanded so that the F.B.I. can lay criminal charges against all corrupt American Government Employees. An Emergency Motion to the B.I.A. MUST be heard IMMEDIATELY not a year later or ten years later. The United States Government to this date has refused to renew our expired American Identifications. We have been walking around with expired Identifications since August 2010. The United States Government to this day has refused to issue us Emergency Travel Documents so we can immediately depart the United States making us "Permanent Political Prisoners of the United States." We cannot leave because we have NO PASSPORT and NO TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. I really, really thought that Americans and people from around the world care about human suffering but in fact no one gives a shit and that is the real truth. The State of California to this day still refuses to give us Emergency Help and Emergency Aid which includes the United States Federal Government that have violated all our Legal Rights. People from around the world came by the billions to our site to read our nightmare but no one donated. It is not because our story is false but because people are basically too dam selfish and that is the real truth. The Media here in the USA just backed up my story that the media are controlled because every reporter here in the USA have known about our situation but refuse to report our true nightmare. Even Reporters in France, Germany, Belgium, UK, Russia, Italy, Spain, Greece, Holland, Switzerland, Australia, China, Japan, Denmark, The Netherlands, Sweden and reporters from around the world came to our site and did not report our story. I have said this time and time again that the MEDIA is CONTROLLED and there is my proof. Hell, even the Pope came to our site and so did the Vatican. Heck, even the United Nations to this day keep coming to our site and again all we get is silence. We reached out and pleaded for help and we received nothing! We went on our knees begging for help and we received nothing! It's now been one year since we don't have a Home or an Apartment and no one cares! No one cared if we were living under a bridge and that is the sad truth to this story. I kept telling my beautiful wife Annette, "Be patience we will get help and get out of this hellhole." But come on Folks, over 9 YEARS AND FIVE MONTHS of Living in Hell here in the USA and no one gave or gives a damn! In February 2011, we received a communication from the Minister of Foreign Affairs from another Country of which we have been communicating directly in private. That Minister of Foreign Affairs wrote that "WE ARE BLOCKED FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!" That is so true! We crossed our fingers and continued to pray for that country to get us the hell out of the USA. The Minister of Foreign Affairs in that other country also wrote "I AM USING ALL OF MY SERVICES TO HELP Mr. & Mrs. Martini." Well again, we held our breath waiting to find freedom after all of these years. I was so happy to receive that communication in writing from another Country. Annette for the first time was so happy that soon we will be leaving this hell hole here in the United States. Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months and we are still here. Unfortunately for Annette and I the Politician from the other country who was working so hard on our case ended up resigning because of a stupid fist fight he had when someone took his parking spot. Then more bad news. The other Politician who was the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the other country, resigned. So we had to restart from SCRATCH. The new Minister of Foreign Affairs fell asleep on our Emergency Case and I got really upset. I could smell Freedom and then the door was slammed shut! It does not help when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is stopping us from leaving the United States. Now just like the past over nine years we have become Political Prisoners of the United States! We knocked on churches and we were turned away! Americans and People from around the world did not give a Crapo if we had nothing to eat or if we were starving or if we are still alive and that is the real sad truth. I tried to believe that there are good people out there BUT where are they I keep asking myself over and over again? The weather here in California is cold at night now but all of our visitors do not care that we do not have a home or an apartment especially all Americans. Why do I keep on talking about Americans that do not care, you ask? The simple reason is that we lived for 4 years in our car. Now, we have no car to live in. Americans came to our site by droves BUT kept on walking. They came back another day just to see if we are still alive. Hundreds of Movie Producers came to our site to get ideas for their new movies but hell even they did not care about human suffering. Thousands and Thousands of Actors and Singers all came to our site and spent hours upon hours reading. These Actors and Singers did not help or even donate. Everyone believes that the next person will donate but in actual fact billions of visitors later no one donated. Well, lets say that since this site has been on line since 2004 only less than a handful of people have donated which was only enough to maybe buy bread for a few weeks. We walked and walked and walked for over a year now since we lost our apartment and knocked on every door asking for help and we got no help. Thanksgiving came and we watched people in Restaurants eating their Turkey dinner and we had none. We saw turkeys in the Grocery Stores but could not afford a Turkey. Actually, we rarely eat meat because we cannot afford it. We hardly eat at all and especially not the normal food that people usually eat at their kitchen table. We don't even have a kitchen table. What does it feel like to eat at a kitchen table? We have almost forgotten. We don't even have a kitchen. Did you forget we don't even have a home or apartment. No Thanksgiving and No Thanksgiving Dinner! We walked so much that our sneakers are full of holes but no one cares! We walked so much that our clothes, the little we have, all have holes but no one cares! I feel so bad that my wife Annette has so very little clothes that it fits in a little bag. My t-shirts are so discolored and some full of holes that I am embarrassed to walk among the human race. Yes, normally I have tried to get a haircut once every couple of months but now I can almost make a ponytail with my hair. We have to hide from the cops so the cops won't murder us because we have no home but no one cares! I walked so much that I can hardly walk anymore and no one cares! My wife Annette and I now have real bad colds, an awful cough and we cannot even see a doctor and no one cares! Yes, you have forgotten our expired Identification where no doctor will see us or give us a prescription because our Id is expired. So if we catch pneumonia the doctors won't care and will let us die and especially the American Government and President Obama. Look what the American Government has reduced us too, who are two honest Political Refugees. My wife Annette has cracked glasses that she cannot see out of and no one cares! My wife and I have not seen a dentist for so long and we both have horrible, bad toothaches and we are afraid that some of our teeth will soon fall out and no one cares! Yep, we wrote our two Novels of DeadLock Conspiracy BUT then the United States Homeland Security Spent every minute of tax payers money, attacking all of our sites trying so hard to STOP us from making money to survive. Hell, even this site became under tremendous attack from 2004 to the current date. We cannot work because we have no Identifications and the United States Homeland Security has refused to renew our American Identification from August 2010 to the current date. EVEN when we filled out 2 FEE WAIVERS we were REFUSED. We have no bank accounts because the United States refuses to renew our American Identifications. We tried to leave but no one donated so we cannot leave by boat and sail to our Freedom. I actually thought that the grass was greener here in the USA but boy was I ever wrong! Over Nine years and five months of living in hell in the USA is my proof and its not because we are lazy because we are not. We ended up having the American Secret Societies that are all Terrorist OrganizationS attacking us and attacking us and attacking us because of articles we wrote on this site. I wrote so many articles and people came here and never lifted a finger to help. They do not donate not even if it was one little dollar. When the people in Egypt started their uprising I told a friend of mine here in the USA that it will happen all over the world and it will happen here in the USA but my friend stopped talking to me and did not believe that the uprising will ever happen here in the USA. Well, it started with Occupy Wall Street, Occupy LA and all other cities have followed. I was right! I wrote articles in the past saying that "We the People" are more powerful then our governments and "We the People" will drag our leaders on the streets and give them justice. No, it won't be done by me. I don't believe in violence! Don't forget I use the PEN! However, I do know that some Leaders, Politicians and corrupt Government employees, should be in prison for the rest of their sick lives. The movement from around the world is just the beginning! We the people will abolish our corrupt Government and Corrupt Politicians and Corrupt Police Force and Corrupt Government Employees. Yes! We the people of this world had enough of persecution, torture and financial ruins while the Corrupt Leaders are sitting in their Royal Chairs and eating with golden spoons! Our site and all of our articles have created an uprising world wide. Yes! We the people will win and find freedom! Yes! We the people are 99% stronger than any Government, Politicians and Military! Yes! We will all live in peace one day! For over nine years now, I have said over and over and over again in numerous articles and in numerous Court Filings including the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Immigration Court that I was tortured and persecuted from Canada and that I had so many murder attempts on my life and that I was made permanently disabled by the Canadian Police Agencies and by the Canadian Politicians and the Canadian Government. I have also stated that because my wife Annette entered my life and we legally got married that the Canadian Government went after my wife and stole everything she ever owned including homes, monies, personal properties, Real Estate etc. What do we get for being TWO HONEST POLITICAL REFUGEES? No help from the American Government but only to be ridiculed by some smuck at the US Homeland Security. Then we get ridiculed by not one United States Immigration Judge but by two of these son of bitches. Yepper, in over nine years our story of persecution from two countries Canada and the United States remained the same but we were ridiculed by Immigration Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., and by the Judge From Iran, Judge Rodin Rooyani. We were ridiculed by US District Judge Andrew J. Guilford in Santa Ana, California where he dishonored himself by having us illegally kicked out of his Court Room and out of the Court Building by the Guards for no reason at all except to save his Freemason Friends from a Lawsuit that never went to Trial but was thrown out. Yes, he should have been disrobed for his criminal actions and persecution against us done with full intent to go against the Law. A few visitors think that we are Crazy. Hell, even in Judge Rodin Rooyani Order on August 13, 2010 Rooyani wrote that we are crazy. Of course she quickly took that back that we were crazy and wrote a new Order pretending that it was always only this new Order that she had written. In plain English, she tried to wipe out the evidence and persecution against us. Hell, the psycho from Iran only saw us once and refused for us to talk and then said we are crazy. What a sick puppy she is! Just because we came from Canada does not make us Crazy! Just because we fled a Country that Persecuted us and tortured us for so many years and especially me for over 25 years does not mean that we are crazy! I said time and time again that I was physically beaten, physically tortured! I have all the broken bones and scars to prove it! Again, that does not make me crazy! In one of my previous articles I wrote that the Canadian Police Agency tried to murder my adopted father. I had the pictures to prove it But for his safety I decided NOT to post pictures of my adopted father with bruises all over his face in the hospital, for his own protection. In other articles and in court documents I said that the Canadian Government and the Canadian Police agencies MURDERED MY MOTHER and MURDERED MY DAUGHTER! I was there at my mother's funeral when the dirty cops were in their cop car laughing so very hard as I placed my mother in the ground. I was told that my daughter was murdered by her mother after my ex kidnapped my daughter. Hell, I still have all of these recorded calls from the Cops, a Coroner and a Senator in Canada. I also have a letter from the Senator of Canada who said that my daughter was murdered but he cannot force the police to investigate. My daughter was thirteen months old when she was kidnapped. I was notified that my daughter died in the hands of the kidnapper and her mentally disturbed mother around seventeen months old. For fourteen painful years I lived and relived the horror of my daughter being killed. I cried so much after my daughter was kidnapped that I could not cry anymore. I cried so much after I was told that my daughter was murdered that I could not cry anymore. My adopted mother that was Murdered by the Canadian Cops and by the Canadian Government was now in heaven. I always said that the Canadian Government wants me dead at all costs including kidnapping, murder etc, BUT Rooyani the United States Immigration Judge thinks that I am Crazy.... YEA RIGHT! I have more balls and more guts then any American Government Judge or any American Government Employee will ever have in ten life times. I have sole custody of my daughter but she is not with me. Remember, for fourteen years, I was told she was murdered. I demanded an Investigation from the Attorney General of Canada but instead of an Investigation the Attorney General in Canada placed a contract on my life. Every night I always said a prayer for my adopted mother and for my daughter! I prayed that God will always keep their Soul safe. I have not missed one night of prayers. My wife Annette was beside me and she heard that dreadful bad new that my daughter was murdered. I fell apart. I wanted to bring harm to my enemies which were the dirty cops that kidnapped my daughter and left me to die when they kidnapped her. My health drastically just fell apart. I went down under 100 lbs. Now I looked like a dying man. Annette was patient with me as she nursed me back to health. I wanted revenge. I cannot tell a lie. If the dirty cops were in my face I would have used full lethal force in self defense and that is the truth. Tell me what father wouldn't! I filed a lawsuit against the dirty cops and against the Government but I did not expect the Judge to be bribed by Politicians and the dirty cops but that Judge did and I have that recording that was given to me by the Judge's Secretary who could not stand the corruption that was going on. I had more attacks from the Canadian Government and got beaten up more and more from the Dirty Cops because I dared to file a Lawsuit. My Attorney disappeared. My friends were being bumped off one by one. We were forced to live underground in Canada with the help of some friends of mine that the Cops did not know about. We slept on the cold floor eating only bread and drinking only water for nearly two years. Before we escaped Canada, the Five Dirty Cops tried to run us off the highway and make it look like an accident. Annette is a really smart lady and she was driving. The dangerous high speed chase lasted for almost an hour until Annette got off a ramp at the last second. We came to the United States to stay alive and to find freedom but instead the Persecution escalated. We were constantly ridiculed because of our country of Origin by dumb ass Government Employees here in the USA! The Corrupt American Government Employees at US Homeland Security placed us in False Removal Proceedings in late 2006 when we were notified in writing but in Actual Fact our False Removal Proceedings started in August 2006 because we dared to sue the State of Florida for Gross Human Rights Abuse and other violations against Annette and I. We have been in False Removal Proceedings ever since. The Corrupt American Government Employees want to deport us back to Canada. BUT WAIT! We were forced to surrender our Canadian Citizenship in late 2001 and all rights of being a Canadian. We have no citizenship from any country! We have no residency here in the USA! Hell, our status here in the USA is that we are permanently pending! Americans will give citizenship to terrorists like they have done to so many BUT two Honest Political Refugees, FORGET IT! Now lets get back to the story! If you were a Parent or a Father and you were told that the Kidnapper who kidnapped your child murdered your child, wouldn't you really honestly want revenge? I said over and over and over again that Canada wants me dead at all costs because I was a reporter and I told the truth and for the DIRTY SECRETS that I discovered as a Private Investigator which I totally reveal in DeadLock Conspiracy and will continue to reveal in many more Novels to come. Hell, where is my Military Disability Pension as a Retired Intelligence Officer and as a Retired Colonel? This is revealed in DeadLock Conspiracy. I Did NOT get any military pension. For all of our viewers that have been following the story I am sure that you will remember that I said in so many articles that the Secret Societies, like the Freemasons, The Order, The Bilderbergs and the Dirty Cops all attack during the month of August. I just don't have the answer yet to why all these Devil Worshippers commit so much murders in the month of August or why they attack in August. While I was writing my novels I had to do some research and I fell upon a story from the Canadian Newspaper about a Mayor of a certain city that placed a Contract on my life. There was two articles. One Article said that the Mayor died in a Car Accident in the month of August and another Article said that the Mayor died after she tripped down the stairs and broke her neck. How can a person die twice in two different tragedies? In August 2011, the Canadian Government tried to Flush me out once again. Now 99,999 % of all Canadians are blocked from this site. BUT before I tell you the devastating and shocking new development I have to wonder what the hell did U.S. Immigration Judge William Joseph Martin Jr. and Edward Lepkowitz know. I already can prove that they have been communicating with Canada about myself and my wife Annette which violates all International Laws and United States Laws and Laws of the United Nations. It was very strange when Annette and I were in the Immigration Court in front of Judge William Joseph Martin Jr. The entire Court was a Kangaroo Court anyways BUT one Court Appearance I felt it so strong that Martin knew something that I did not know. Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., had two pieces of paper about a lawsuit in Canada. I, nor Annette have never gave any lawsuits that I or we filed in Canada to the U.S. Immigration Court. Actually all of my lawsuits in Canada was over 1,000 pages. It's not like here in the US where the Courts demand that you file your lawsuit in 25 pages or less. BUT Martin wanted to know about the outcome of one lawsuit. Needless to say, we were not before a US Immigration Court to talk about a LAWSUIT in another Country. I felt that Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., had more information then he claimed about my kidnapped daughter that I was told she was murdered nearly 14 years ago. I did write a note to my wife Annette to be very careful because Martin was in direct communications with Canada. I am allowed to write notes in Court. I felt that Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., was up to no good. After all, we did sue the bastard for editing court tapes and we were forced to appear before the son of a bitch that we sued. BUT, as one of the best Private Investigators in the world I knew that Martin communicated with Canada and that is against the law. My wife Annette only answered questions that were relevant to our False Removal Proceedings and so did I. MARTIN had some information but he did not budge to disclose that information. I think that was the last Court Appearance in October 2009, if memory serves me correctly. Anyways, in mid September 2011 I received communications from a friend of mine. I can't say who it is for their own safety. This friend sent me a photo and I was shocked. I was devastated by the shocking news. I started to cry and cry and cry. What could be so devastating that it turned my entire world upside down, you ask? Well, first the dirty cops told me that they will murder my first daughter when she was of legal age. THAT IS TORTURE FOR ANY FATHER OR PARENT TO GO THROUGH! This time I could NOT believe what I was being told! What the Hell I said to myself. My mouth just dropped and I started to cry. Annette looked at the picture and the shocking news and her mouth suddenly dropped and her eyes were full of tears. How can the son of bitches, the Dirty Canadian Cops do this to a father. I looked and looked and looked at the photo that was sent to me and I could not believe what I was told by my friend. This MUST be another SICK Joke from the Canadian Bastards I kept saying! I wanted to rip the eyes of my enemies! For three weeks, I kept on saying to Annette that this is a SICK JOKE and that this is the cruelest jokes that any sick asshole can do. Like I said that Canadian Dirty Cops have been trying for years to flush me out and finally murder myself and my wife. The dirty cops have tried everything to flush me out including trying to murder my adoptive father. They thought that I would be on the phones making calls so they can finally murder me BUT I did not fall for that bait even when photos of my adoptive father showed he was in the hospital all bruised up. No matter what, I could never call any of my adoptive family or any friends that might still be alive today. I almost had a major heart attack staring at the photo. It cannot be! It cannot be true! This is a LIE! This is one sick joke from the Dirty Cops in Canada, I kept telling my wife! My mind was racing 24/7. I could not accept this. This could NOT be TRUE! This is Impossible I kept saying over and over and over again. All I can say is that Canada should be grateful that I have a beautiful wife Annette who calms me down when I get Bad News or Shocking News! When I was in Canada after being persecuted and tortured for over 25 years of my life I had to use so much SELF CONTROL not to kill my enemy. Can you imagine during one of my weekly beatings by the dirty cops, a dirty cop, a scum bucket, placed a police revolver in front of my face on the ground and dared me to pick it up. Gosh, talking about self control as I was laying on the ground being kicked and kicked and kicked. One day, I was in the Government's Main Frame and my fingers were itching to shut all of the Canadian Government Computers. NOW that is self control. I could have wiped all of their data and backups in one second. I could have wiped out all of the Banks' Computers and all of the Police Agencies' Computers and sent them back into the dark ages. This all happened while I was working on the Government Main Frame and the Police Agencies' Main Frame of which I was given full access too. My hands are registered as Lethal Killer Hands in the Military. I have never killed anyone in my life BUT my hands are deadly. With less than a wink of an eye, I can kill an enemy or paralyze them for the rest of their sick life. Over the years, I had to control my hands because I know how deadly they are which took a great deal of willpower more than anyone could ever imagine. However, I swore to myself that my enemy will never raise a hand on me again because this time I will use full lethal force as self defense. I was made permanently disabled by the Dirty Canadian Cops but I thought that being here in the United States I was safe! I was wrong again! I thought that the Canadian Government and the Dirty Canadian Pigs will leave me alone so I can go on with my life BUT again I was wrong! They want myself and my wife dead at all costs including using Corrupt American Government Employees to Illegally send us back to a Country where we surrendered our Citizenship so they can finally murder us. The Canadian Government that was illegally working with U.S. Immigration Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., to illegally ship us quietly in the night was now getting impatient with Martin. They waited and waited and waited for U.S. Immigration Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., to illegally deport us so in August 2011 the Canadian Government and the Dirty Canadian Cops tried one more time after they tried to murder my adoptive father. For sure, they all thought that they would flush me out in the open and finally force myself and my wife to return to Canada to be executed. BUT this time, the news was so shocking. This news for a father was so devastating. WHAT IS THIS NEWS YOU ASK? HOLD ON FOR ONE MORE SECOND! I was staring at this photo that was given to me. I had to do not one but two photo forensic to make sure that this was actually real because this shocking news was so shocking. The first forensic I did on the photo, the results were negative. My friend kept on insisting that this is true! BUT how in the hell would my friend know? I am the only one that will find out the truth. This Shocking News was so devastating that I kept on saying that this was a Joke. I decided to do another Forensic on that photo and my face turned white as a ghost. This was NOT what I was expecting after so many years! This was the last straw that I thought any Government would do? This was the last straw that I thought any Dirty Cop would do? How dare they do this! I looked and looked and stared at the photo but I could NOT believe it. Even with the second photo forensic that proved perhaps about 97% True I just could not believe it was TRUE or is IT! Even Annette had a hard time believing this Shocking News! What the hell did Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., know? What secrets was Martin holding back? After I received the Shocking News and verified the news I remembered Judge William Joseph Martin Jr.'s word in One Court Appearance which proves that he was in direct communications with Canada. How much did the Dirty Cops pay Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., to carry on with our False Removal Proceedings? How much did Canada pay Judge William Joseph Martin Jr., ? I smell a really dirty skunk here! This is the worse Gross Inhumane Emotional Torture Any Parent Can Go through! Have you guess it yet? Well get ready for the biggest shock of your life just like it was the biggest shock for me a father. The Dirty Cops told me that when my first daughter reaches the legal age then they will kill her. They already fulfilled their threats in the past. After all, the dirty cops did murder my adoptive mother. Then the day I was burying my adoptive mother they were sitting outside of the graveyard in their cop car, laughing at me. Before my wife and I left that province for the last time, my wife and I bought a single cut rose from a Flower shop because my mom always loved roses. As a young boy, I always gave my mom roses when she was sad or on her birthday. Later in life, I planted a rose garden for my mom that treated me as a special child and who gave me so much love. Anyways, Annette and I held the one single fresh cut rose over my mom's grave. We said a special prayer and placed the fresh cut single rose in the ground inside my mom's grave. We said our Goodbyes because we were leaving that province and going underground in Canada to escape all the murder attempts on us. I told my mom that sadly I would never be back and that I will always keep her in my heart and prayers. I kissed my Mother's Tombstone and we left. Sadly Annette never met my adoptive mother because she was murdered in 1995 the same year that the Dirty Cops made me permanently disabled. My Mom would have approved of my wife and she would have loved my wife Annette. We left that province. Later I was told that, that single rose we placed in my Mom's grave grew and grew and grew into a beautiful Rose Garden on her grave. My adoptive dad told me that it was a Miracle Rose. Don't Forget that one single fresh cut Rose will not grow but this one DID. The Miracle Rose grew on my mom's grave for 7 full years. Even in Winter the Rose grew. Even In the snow! A few years ago in August someone removed the Miracle Roses from Mom's Grave. That someone you guessed it was the Dirty Canadian Cops. So here we go in August. What news as a father will tear you apart and turn your life inside out? Yes, getting back to the story. After receiving this shocking story and seeing a photo I had to do my own Investigation to see if this was a Joke or to see if this was another sick perverted story from the Dirty Canadian Cops and the Dirty Canadian Government. After spending two more weeks doing an investigation I found out that this Shocking Story perhaps is 97% True! Are you ready for the shock of your life? My First daughter was kidnapped in September 15, 1990 by my first ex wife. Then my second daughter was kidnapped on October 15, 1997. My second wife was a copy cat of the first. In 1998 I was told that my second daughter was murdered by her mother. A Corner told me that my daughter is dead. The Dirty Cops told me that my daughter is dead. The neighbors all told me that my daughter is dead and even the Senator sent me a letter telling me my daughter is dead. Three Private Investigators told me that my daughter is dead. My friend told me that my second ex went to see her in August 2011 and produced a girl and claimed this is my daughter. My friend did not know how to tell me this. Nor did anyone call the cops to have my second ex arrested. After all there is an Arrest warrant out there the last time I checked and that was in 2001. Now, my second ex brings a young teenager and claims that this is my daughter. WHAT! My daughter is dead!!!!!!! What sick joke is this or is it? I could not accept this! So hold on to your seats folks. The rest of the shocking news is yet to come. I was told in mid September 2011 that this might be my daughter that is DEAD!!!!! I was given a photo of this young lady so I decided to heavily Investigate WITHOUT Communicating with anyone in Canada. I was in total shock. The first photo forensic I did was negative which proved that this is NOT my daughter that was DEAD as I was told 14 years ago. I continued working on that photo BUT I had to use another Current Photo of my first daughter that I obtained and do a Forensic of this young lady that claims to be my daughter. It wasn't easy but honestly this was the hardest thing I have ever done but I have done it before when I was looking for missing and abducted children. The Second Forensic on the photo of this young lady who claims to be my daughter was a MATCH 97.5%! WHAT THE HELL! Ya while my eyes were full of tears. While my tongue was totally on fire. I had to do more investigation. I could NOT call anyone in Canada. I could not call the cops in Canada because they would love that so they can finish me off. In February 2011, I was doing some investigation work. I stay off all Canadian Web Sites including the media. I was checking to see if my second ex was ever arrested and I could NOT find her at all. I thought that maybe her drinking finally killed her and she is burning in hell. Then I landed on a profile on the Internet. This young lady had another name. Once every few weeks I would be drawn back to that profile. After receiving this shocking news I decided to create a fake profile. This young lady sent me a friend request. I accepted it and waited and waited then finally she started to talk to this profile which was me but she did not know it was me. I asked a few questions and I could NOT stop crying. She said that she never knew her father. She said that she did not want to know her father. I was pissed. This was my daughter that I was talking to and this was my daughter that the Canadian Authorities made me believe she was dead. Less than a week later I created a Website and placed it all over. My daughter that I was told was DEAD for 14 years decided to send me an email. Although I could not verify if that email was from her or from the Canadian Government assholes. In that email, my daughter said that she was told that I was a drug addict and that I was mean to her Mom. OK ! My Ex Kidnaps my second daughter that I have custody of! Then I was told my daughter was Murdered and I lived with that for 14 years! I have Full Sole Custody of my second daughter. My ex abandoned my daughter after she gave birth to her. Now she sends an email saying I am a drug addict. Hell, I have never done drugs in my life! Then my daughter wrote that she does not want to ever see me. I took care of my daughter from the second she was born until the day she was kidnapped. However, I still will have to do a DNA to be 100% Certain that this is my daughter. Out of 10's of thousands of kidnappings I have ever investigated or read about or I was told about in my entire life I have never heard or seen a kidnapper resurface on their own. NEVER! After my daughter sent me an email then I found out that the Province where she is, in Canada, the Community Services took my daughter away from her mother because of abuse. WHAT THE HELL! My daughter gets kidnapped twice! I cannot contact anyone in Canada and especially the Dirty Cops. I have Sole Custody of my daughter! My daughter just turned 15 years old. The last time I saw my daughter was when she was 13 months old. I have no citizenship here in the United States or in Any other Country. I cannot fight for my daughter because I am here and I have no citizenship. The Canadian Government and the Dirty Canadian Cops and my second ex totally brainwashed my daughter. In July 2011, my daughter was asking a lot of questions on who her real father was. My daughter was told that I was a drug addict. My daughter now knows the real truth and what I did to look for her but at this moment she is blinded with all of the lies. Now I have no idea where my daughter is BUT I can only say that the Canadian Government used my second daughter that I was told was dead 14 years ago, to flush me out. In October 2011 as soon as I verified that this is my daughter by 97.5% then the Canadian Government took my daughter away from her mother. As a father I had a legal right to be notified and I never was. Now the Canadian Government is put on Notice that if any harm ever happens to either one of my two daughters then Canada will pay the ultimate legal price and I mean everything I say! Since, I verified that my second daughter was maybe 97.5% mine and is alive, Annette and I wrote to the other Country begging them to get us out of here and help us with our now five daughters BUT no response. So NOW we are forced to file Emergency Court Papers with the BIA and the Immigration Court to have us immediately removed out of the United States to a Country of our Choice. At this time I will NOT be mentioning the Country that we are trying to go to, to find freedom BUT if they do not co-operate then I will place the Communication Signed Letter from the former Minister of Foreign Affairs on this site so everyone can see and read it. Every Leader and every Politician on this Planet now knows how and what two Countries have done this to us with all the Gross Human Rights Abuse, Persecution and Gross Torture and Brutality. Thousands of Reporters from around the world all now know the entire story! Meanwhile we still have no home, no apartment, no clothes, no food and we are still praying for the people to help before we both die on the streets. Two people that the United States are trying so hard to make helpless by destroying them in every way are still fighting back with full force determined to bring these corrupt Aggressors of Government Employees to Justice and will fight with full force to get out of the United States and finally live a normal life.
